When my home warranty dispatched a plumbing service, we unfortunately had a difficult time with them. They struggled to identify the issue with our water heater which left my family in a bind for three weeks. This was followed by an unexpected extra charge of $250 on top of the $90 warranty fee when the warranty didnt cover it. However, everything changed when Raymond from a different plumbing service came to the rescue. Raymond only charged $150 and swiftly pinpointed the problem. Not only did he unclog and reset our garbage disposal at no extra cost, but he also left us a tool to reset it ourselves in the future. This plumbing service was highly praised by a friend, and now I understand exactly why. Their service was exceptional and they truly went above and beyond.

Raymond has tackled a couple of plumbing tasks in my rental property, which is an older building with aging pipes. he installed a large gas water heater, securing a great deal for me and liaising with the energy company for the meter. he also fixed a laundry sink that was out of order and skillfully installed a p trap under a compact vanity sink. his plumbing work is almost like a masterpiece. unlike many other plumbers, raymond is quick to schedule appointments and his rates are reasonable. he offers practical advice, tidies up after his work, and i would confidently recommend him for any plumbing task without any second thoughts.

After having a less than satisfactory experience with another plumber, Harold and Miguel stepped in and completely transformed our basement plumbing situation. They efficiently fixed leaks in our sump pump, water heater, washing machine, and inject valve. Their work was meticulous and tidy, and they treated us with utmost respect. We were astounded at the surprisingly reasonable cost of their work - it was a pleasant surprise indeed. Harold, in particular, trains his apprentices thoroughly and effectively. The plumbing company we used did an amazing job. they just finished waterproofing our basement, which was a big job that included installing new pipes, drains, and a new system. they were helpful and attentive, the work was top-notch, and they made sure to clean up after. elias, who did a fantastic job, kept us informed every step of the way, so there were no unexpected surprises. raymond would even check in after every rain shower to ensure that the work didnt require any adjustments. if we did need something, harold was there right away to take care of it. you couldnt hope for a better experience or a better group of people to work with on a plumbing project.

When Harold returned to install the new part, he noticed that our heater had been installed incorrectly. Thats when we decided to switch back to a traditional water heater. Elias returned and diligently worked for over an hour to clear the blockage, using two different types of equipment to snake the line four times! Just a quick appreciation post for Darius & Sons Plumbing Contractors. They showed up to our home when we had a water issue - water was seeping up through our floor drain. Another plumbing service suggested that the blockage was likely under our floor and might require us to tear it apart. However, when Elias from Darius & Sons arrived, he took a different approach. He accessed the main clean out, rodded it, and successfully removed the blockage, putting an end to the water problem in our basement. They are efficient and straight to the point. Just today, they had to come over again to deal with a clogged bathroom sink. Harold, the technician, was fantastic. He advised us against using gel drain opener, suggesting a better alternative. He wasted no time and got to work right away, unclogging the sink and now its functioning perfectly. Im incredibly impressed with their service and wouldnt consider hiring anyone else!

Theyve since repaired several damaged pipes on my property and even on the rare occasion when they genuinely needed to use the excavator, it cost less than $1500. Their plumbers, like Miguel and Elias, have been truthful, shown me the problem before rectifying when they could, and just took care of their work when i wasnt able to visit the property myself. I would strongly suggest you try out darius & sons plumbing contractors. they have been fixing up my house in tampa for a long time and never fail to do a solid job. not too long ago, my hot water went out and I was sure I was going to need to get a new water heater since mine was 15 years old. but when keith from the team looked into it, he found out it was just a zone valve that needed replacing. this saved me a whole lot of cash.
