Olin Plumbing were extremely responsive during the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. I discovered after the storm the main intake had cracked and I had a geyser! Although they couldn’t get to me until Friday (I had main shut off) the plumber (Jesus) came to my rescue and fixed it efficiently and was quite professional. Plumber Jesus is truly a Godsend!

Jose was great! He gave us our initial estimate and when we approved the invoice he came out and fixed our leaky toilet shut off valve in no time. I wasnt home at the time but my wife said he was very nice, professional, and courteous. He explained the process to her, did what was required and didnt try to nickel and dime us with unexpected charges. All in all Ill definitely be calling Olin Plumbing in the future should any other issues pop up. Thank you all for the great service!

Anthony did an excellent job of being clean, timely, and efficient. He did a quick assessment before discussing pricing. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the process. He wore shoe covers indoors which I was SO happy to see and the bathroom was left in the same pristine condition minus our clogged drain. Anthony is GREAT!! Instead of charging me hundreds of dollars, [on what turned out to be an easy DIY fix], he suggested I first explore the issue myself. Saved me a ton of money! We had an emergency when a store dishwasher delivery person couldn’t complete the install and I needed help fast. I called Olin (the helped with an emergency in the past) and within an hour I had a licensed plumber (William) assess the situation and repair the issue! Honestly I would never use an appliance store to install again, I will call Olin first. Best part of this service besides him locating and fixing the problem was how friendly Anthony was. I called in at 945 AM on a Sunday with water flooding my kitchen floor. We had service at 1130 AM. Jesus, our assigned plumber, was awesome. Worked quickly and quietly. We have a 6 week old baby, so that was a big deal to us. He even went as far to give me advice on being a father, as he has a 2 year old. And told me I was doing a great job as a father - which is always a good thing to hear as a sleep deprived new parent. I haven’t gotten the bill yet, but they were up front about charges. It should be about $400, which for a Sunday morning before christmas with family coming in town, is less than I would have paid to just get the job done. 5 stars!

Olin Plumbing just finished replacing all of my old galvanized steel water pipes in my 1947 home. I could not be happier with the job they did! I would like to especially thank David for caring for my home like it was his own and doing such a great job on everything. I had numerous special requests, and I feel like he really went above and beyond. I have used Olin Plumbing several times over the years, and have always been happy with their price and service. So much so that I didn’t even get additional quotes for this job. Honestly, I hate writing reviews, but I am more than happy to write this review for such a great company!

I had an old RO tank system removed, and a new RO tankless system put in. While it sounds like an easy job, I can assure you it was not as the unit ties into multiple appliances, and the space was limited. Ezequiel was the technician sent to perform the job. He did an outstanding job. Very professional. Notified me he was on the way. Showed up as planned, even thou I told him he didnt need to wear his shoe covers he did anyway out of respect. I did call a few other plumbers Prior to Olin but either did not get a response or felt the company was a little shady. I found Olin on BBB with a great rating, so I called, and I am glad I did.

They had to work in a very tight spot, and replaced valves, and removed a broken insta-hot, replacing it with a soap dispenser.Afterwards Jose made sure I was happy with everything and that it worked perfectly. Doug from Olin Plumbing came out yesterday and gave me an estimate on install of deep sink in the garage. We have PXE pipe in the house so he did not have tool needed to install, had me call to setup an install, I called after he left and they were able to schedule Doug to come back as 1st install today. The sink we purchased legs were cheap and Doug suggested we setup without the legs, this also allowed the drain to line up correctly with our roughed in plumbing that was installed in the garage without cutting the sink backing.Doug also showed me the the trim along the wall was preventing the sink to sit flush, so he offered and removed the trim to make for a nice clean install.If you are looking for a Plumber in Tampa I recommend Olin Plumbing, their pricing was less than other quotes I received in the past. And quality of work is A+!

This morning Kevin did a really great job of installing the new faucet in my kitchen and also fixing two different things under the sink. He installed new plastic piping that was decaying and about to fail and he also found a leak in one of the two sinks that I had not seen before. It was a slow leak, but it could have gotten a lot worse and Im glad that he detected it. He showed the leak to me and actually let me touch it with my finger so I could see that it was a real leak. Kevin was extremely professional, very amiable, and cleaned up very well after doing his job. The pricing was on par with the trade standard, not cheap but not unreasonable for coming with a year guarantee on the work. I would recommend Olin Plumbing to anyone.

A good experience from start to finish. Alex helped me diagnose a hidden leak in the drain arm behind my kitchen sink that was damaging my entire wall and cabinets and then Richard and John fixed it up very professionally. They did everything to code and didnt cut corners when one of the fittings needed wasnt in stock at the local supply store.They stuck with it to find an acceptable fitting and didnt charge me for time they spent trying to track it down. Communication was clear and easy and everyone was very pleasant.

The plumbing technician, Ramsey, arrived on time, was very professional, analyzed my plumbing issue in my mobile home and came up with a reasonable solution. Im so grateful I got someone who knew what they were talking about. The office staff who I initially spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I recommend Olin to anyone who is looking for a true professionals.UPDATE: I thought at first I had someone who knew what they were doing, I did, it just wasnt to my advantage it was to their companies advantage. The $350 special toilet and the additional $350 install was not necessary and I ended up canceling the service order with them. I was almost hustled. I figured it out myself and it had nothing to do with the physical toilet, it was my own flushing habits. I thought if I didnt flush every time, only as necessary, I would conserve water, this is not the case, I was only creating a plug in my sewer line when I did finally flush. Now I flush every time and hold the handle until all the water from the tank empties. Problem solved. If the technician had listened to me he would have considered this in the first place, all this information was shared with him, but all I received was double talk about what I needed without him even looking at my sewer pipes or anything related to my plumbing, I had to literally drag him outside and try to encourage him to check under my home to see if there was a sewer line strap or sewer pipe that was disengaged. He never did.He never looked at anything, just talked and talked about how he knew what the problem was without even looking. At first I took the talking as knowledge but realized after much thought, that how could he solve my problem, which was my shower was draining and seeping out at the base of my toilet, if he never looked or listened to what my problem was.....I am sorry but you need to listen to people and physically look at their plumbing. If you dont, it appears as though you see people and elderly as a mark and not a respected client.

I received outstanding service from Olin Plumbing. Kevin installed 2 toilets I bought from Home Depot. Kevin identified that there was a tiny crack in part of the toilet and along with his supervisor were very understanding and gracious in working with me for the time it took to quickly submit a warranty with the manufacturer and bring back a new toilet and then do the re-install. At my request he took a look around the exterior of my home and made suggestions as to additional things to be done that would be beneficial. I found this helpful and appreciated that he wasn’t pushy about immediately completing the work. I had David and Jesus out to my house again today to fix a leaky kitchen sink and was informed that it was installed incorrectly from the the start and that a plumber I had install my dishwasher didn’t identify the issues and also installed the plumbing associate with the dishwasher incorrectly. David and Jesus were able to rectify the issues quickly and did it quietly while I was in a zoom meeting while working from home. David and Jesus are super nice guys and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone in the future and if I have any future plumbing issues (which I am sure I will because my house is over 100 years old) I will be calling them again!

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Olin Plumbing, which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling Bob to come out and see what was going on. Bob was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. Its Easter weekend and they didnt even charge an emergency fee. UPDATE - January 25, 2024I can’t add a second review on Google, but I wanted to thank Anthony and Dylan who came out today to fix our garbage disposal. It was a super easy fix, but they took the time to show me how to find any issues. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing assistance.—New home repairs can be stressful (especially for first-time homeowners!), but Olin Plumbing made it easy from scheduling to service. Bob was a knowledgeable and friendly plumber who was honest about what I needed now vs. what we will need later on down the road. He explained everything thoroughly and took the time to not only provide the garbage disposal replacement that I had initially scheduled, but to also help with a problem in one of the bathrooms in our home as well. We had a sewer line blockage so none of our drains were working. I called Olin and they were able to come out the same day at a convenient time. They texted me to let me know when Ramsey was on his way. Ramsey was extremely polite, professional and honest. He could have installed the valve anyway and almost tripled our bill, but he was honest and showed me the one that was there. I don’t even know where to begin, I’ve been having issues with my plumbing since I moved into this townhouse and HOA was fighting me tooth and nail on fixing it. HOA sent Olin out to do their own inspection. Upon arrival, David and Jesus were incredibly personable and so sweet, listening to what my concern was and what I had already had done to the place. They went out of their way to help and immediately got on the phone with HOA when they realized what the issue was and HOA gave them a really hard time. I called Olin late Friday afternoon and they did everything to get someone out to my house that same day. The problem was a clogged toilet in my guest bathroom so not an emergency. I also got a text letting me know so the communication was great and appreciated. Around 8:30a my doorbell rang and it was Richard and Anthony from Olin. You know the day isnt going to go well when you get up and discover there is no hot water. It gets even better when you go out to the garage to check the water heater and discover the floor covered in water. Obviously beyond any do-it-yourself fix, so called Olin Plumbing, who we have used before, around 9am. Bob from Olin arrived about 2 hours later and when a plumber tells you he has never seen this problem before you know the day cant get much worse. Problem was a gas water heater that rusted out around the flue and solution was a new water heater. Fortunately they had a replacement heater at the shop and someone was bringing it to Bob. New water heater installed in about an hour after arrival at our home, total time to remove old heater and install new one about 2 hours. Excellent service that we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. After today Olin Plumbing is our plumber forever now.4/3/23As I said Olin is our plumber forever. Recently remodeled our bathroom and new shower valve seemed to not be giving any cold water. Jose arrived as scheduled and In the process of checking the shower valve issue he also noticed that shower wasnt draining properly. They fixed the shower valve so that we now get hot and cold water then worked on the drain and discovered that during remodeling some cement and grout had gotten into the drain and was causing a partial blockage. Drain was cleared and we now have a properly functioning shower. Great service and cleanup when job was done.

Richard Guzman come to our home today and we were beyond impressed with his character. We had an old PVC valve break on the cold water intake to our water heater at around 8:00 PM on a Thursday, and water was leaking onto the garage floor. Therefore, we had to shut off the water to the whole house. We Googled local plumbers that night and Olins name was second on the list. The first 24 hour plumber that we called didnt answer the phone, so we called Olin next. A nice lady answered and said that they would have someone out there the next day. Ramsey showed up and did the inspection. Since our water heater was 18 years old and was showing signs of its age, we decided that now was a good time to replace it.We agreed to purchase a new water heater and installation package from Olin, so they applied the cost of the temporary valve fix towards that cost. As promised, Ramsey showed up the following Monday morning and installed the new water heater with copper piping and a brass valve, instead of the cheap PVC that was there when we bought the house.Ramsey was a pleasure to deal with on both days that he came by. He is a friendly guy and easy to talk to.Overall we are very satisfied with the new water heater and the service from Olin. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done.

We were having problems getting hot water in our showers and sinks in the bathroom and almost no hot water in the kitchen sink for the past couple of months (when the weather started getting cold no less). My mother had seen the Olin Plumbing advertisement on a bus bench at the corner of MacDill Avenue and Euclid Avenue. We gave them a call to get a free estimate (which they give by the way) to find out what was the problem with our hot water. Joe came out promptly (no waiting around all day) and told us immediately we needed a new water heater.They came out a couple of days later providing us with a new water heater and installed the new one as well as get rid of the old one. Joe said it would take three hours. It ended up being around two and a half. Everything is working fine and we have hot water again thanks to Olin Plumbing. On their trucks they list how they send out only plumbers not service technicians, no overtime charges to customers, and many other benefits you will not see from other plumbing companies.I highly recommend Olin Plumbing for any and all your plumbing needs. They are reasonable priced and do excellent work. Their personal assistant who answers the phone will give you updates if the plumber will be late. Thank you for all you have done. I may call you to get my shower head and other fixtures in my shower/bathtub fixed soon.

While doing some updating, we decided to remove the wet bar and wanted to cap off the pipes from the wet bar so that we could build a subfloor over top. I’ve used Olin a few times now and have always been pleased with their service. This time I had two old hose bibs that were leaking. Not only did Ramsey fix those, he identified an issue with the county’s meter and shut off. I was able to get that fixed before it became an issue. And to prevent future problems, I also had him install a home cut off valve so I could quickly cut the water in case of an emergency.
