We had a water leak coming out of the ground and called several plumbing companies to be told they had no availability for this week. Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Tampa sent Plumber Luis Lanza in less than 30 minutes. He diagnosed our issue and gave us up front pricing and had our water line repaired very quickly at a great price. Luis was very professional and courteous. I will be asking for Luis for any future plumbing problems. Very quick service without a problem. Thanks Mr. Rooter and Luis! We can finally use our water again!

Man I wish I could really elaborate how amazing Brandon was while helping us with our broken water pipe. Definitely not like other technicians truly one of a kind. We had our homes water shut off valve spring a leak and called Mr. Rooter on a Saturday. The plumbing technician Mike Randazzio arrived within 45 minutes or so. He quickly assessed the situation, recommended a repair, followed by the cost. Mike and his apprentice began the repairs. Once the repairs were finished they waited to ensure that the repairs were successful. I did not get Mikes apprentices name, but they were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Now, this was a weekend call and the price was a bit more than I thought it would be, but the service and quality of the repair made up for it.

Needed to have an old leaky outside faucet (hose bib) replaced. Mr Rooter was able to send someone the next day and they did a great job. The technician (T) was really polite and professional in addition to quick. He was upfront about everything and even worked with me on pricing. Our toilet started leaking right after my spouse went out of town and I was left home alone with a newborn. I had called another company and they couldnt get out until the following week, however, Mr. Rooter got someone out within 2 hours, and it was fixed a couple hours after that! The technician, Chris, was really professional and courteous, and I feel as though the price was quite reasonable. Really happy with the service and well be using Mr. Rooter in the future!

These guys are awesome! Where do I even start with my beast of an old house. I called them because Ive had great results with other Neighborly companies and I want to keep doing business with more Neighborly companies. Im so glad I did. Lee, the owner, and his awesome team saved the day. I initially called them to service my old water softening system. After talking to the tech I decided to upgrade to their Halo 5 system. I also made an appointment to get our cast iron pipes evaluated. As anyone with an old house knows- sometimes plumbing issues reach a critical mass and a cascade of issues errupt- literally. Im so glad Lee and his team were there for us while my old house and its plumbing system threw a temper tantrum while they worked. The last thing any home owner wants is to have a problem occur and not have a good team to fix it. Things got super tough and nearly impossible to solve. Honestly other plumbers Ive worked with would have just left and told us we were on our own. Lee and his team stuck it out over 3 days and got us back in business-doing laundry etc and enjoying our new awesome water purification system. I have had a lot of negative interactions with other plumbers in the past. Im so glad to have found Lee and his team. Im glad to know that when my house throws a fit again they will be there. I will also be using them to restore my old cast iron pipes- Im so glad to find a company that can do it without ripping up the original terrazo floors of our home. Luis Lanze had to dig out about a 20 foot section of our playground, which was nothing but sand, in order to get to the pipe that needed replacing. Once repaired he also noticed that the pitch of the pipe was off and he dug further in order to make sure it would drain properly. AWESOME GUY, AWESOME WORK!

Plumbers scheduled to show up Monday morning cancelled via email notification Sunday night at 9 pm.! These guys were saviors! I was having cabinet installers show up to demolish kitchen to install new cabinets. I desperately called many local plumbers... all too booked up. Called JL Emergency Plumbers and they got this emergency crew from Mr. Rooter - the two guys showed up quickly, did a great job disconnecting sink and dishwasher, gave me a good quote for total job of reconnecting everything after the installation of new sink, etc. Signed up for them and cancelled previous plumbing contract. YES - HIGHLY recommend them!

Had a plumbing issue in my well house, turns out for some reason my neighbors well was joined with my piping and I recently replumbed everything and cut a pipe I thought was for sprinkler apparently not. He was having issue with his pump so he didnt have water so at time nothing was coming out. He got his problem fixed and it was just pouring out of that pipe. Plumbers show up and he refused to shut his water off so they could do repair because he hasnt had water for couple days.(my pipe cut didnt affect his water he already had issue before I did that) so we had to come up with different approach, got it done. Very pleased with service and professionalism. Would use again if I ever have a issue I am not able to take care of.

Excellent service. They helped with every aspect of getting my water heater replaced. Since it was under warranty, we had to pick it up from a local vendor but did not have the means to get it. They picked it up for us, installed it, and took the old one with them. The plumbers were kind, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic to work with. They came same day and Im so glad to have my hot water back.

Mr Rooter showed up at my house on a Saturday 8:30 in the morning. Book them the night before at 11:30 when we had a major issue with our main line clogging up. By 9:15 problem with solved. PS almost half the price of what red cap quoted me. Just saying, thank you guys.

My water tank burst and was flooding my 1st floor. I called in a panic and in tears because I had no way to shut it off.One of the owners came over within 10 minutes, got the water shut off, got his team to come out with a replacement, got me on the phone for financing. The tank burst at about 1:30pm and they were done working & replacing everything by like 5pm. Truly heroes in my eyes.As a first time homeowner they really put me at ease and saved the day.

Another contractor could not get the job done properly. Bob Beall, the new owner, came out personally to check on the issues, determined the corrective action and had his team work to solve the problem. Two weeks later, there is no re-occurrence of the problem.I rarely write reviews, but Bob was impressive and his team is a dog with a bone until they get it right. There are many plumbers you can call, but you will not get finer service than from Bob and his team.
