Called them to replace my broken water heater. They responded quickly to my call and gave me a quote over the phone after sending pictures to them. They quickly came to do the job. The technician Jose was very professional, completed the job and cleaned up . Price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Very happy with the service and would definitely call them for any future work I need.

The complete experience was 5⭐s...I called Z Plumbers with a problem just before 5:00 pm. I had a major clog in my 1 bathroom apartment, my wife has Lou Gehrig disease so no water is a problem.i was told they would reachout and see if they can get one of their guys to come out... Demetri arrives about 30 to 40 minutes. He had a great attitude and was eager to assist in taking care of the problem. I need to add the demetri radiated positivity from the moment he got out of the truck..It seemed it was a major clog and he had no intention of leaving until it wad cleared. It was identified that the clog was in a vacant apt and the landlord had to come to open the apartment. Demetri, waited and when we chatted it was a very pleasant conversation and the positivity continued.To sum it up;Top notch, very professional and reasonably priced and...OMG, a company with old school values! A company that restores faith that there are still company/people that care!Thank you and keep doing what you are doing!

This company is amazing!I ran into a technician at a gas station and when I saw his truck with the logo I asked if they could help because my sink was clogged and stools were coming out of it. He immediately called his boss which not even 5 minutes later called me and made arrangements for them to come over within 1 hour.The two technicians were so professional, nice, and well trained. They fixed the issue right away and took their time to explain everything to me.I am very satisfied with the service provided. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Great customer service from Jose!I called for an evaluation for 4 issues:1) Hot water shutoff valve under sink will not turn. Previous handyman told us it was rusted and needed to be replaced.2) Change shower faucet3) Bathroom sink was installed by another handyman but the water supply lines were longer than seemed appropriate and coiled.4) Change shower cartridge.We got a quote of $375 to change shower cartridge including parts/labor. Jose was able to loosen the hot water shutoff valve under the sink and said it didnt need to be replaced. And even though the newly installed water supply lines were longer than needed, Jose said they will not hurt the pipes and he said it wasnt necessary to replace them either. He said he didn’t want to sell me anything that wasn’t necessary, which we appreciate! Jose went to Lowes and bought the shower cartridge. He replaced the shower cartridge quickly and efficiently. And he changed out the shower faucet as well for free. He even did his best to keep the floors clean by using shoe covers or taking off his shoes before stepping on carpet. Towards the end, I thought maybe Jose had to get to his next appointment so he seemed to be in a rush. He tested out the water. Unfortunately, I didnt test out the water myself when he was there. When Jose left, I tested out the shower and realized that the water did not get hot, only warm. So I called Damaris and she called Jose to return which he did fairly quickly. The dial was not set up to turn all the way to hot so he corrected that. Although Jose seemed to be rushed towards the end, all in all it was a great value and customer service. Jose and Damaris were very responsive.

My water valve shut off to my condo was leaking. Had scheduled to be turned off and the guy was ready to do it and it charge me 1000 or more. Z plumbers came out looked at it and tightened the nut and that was it, $79 and it’s done. They will not rip you off.

Jose was amazing! Showed up for his appointment for the assessment, looked at my crawl space to find the leak I thought I had, and took photos and gave great feedback. Thankfully I didn’t actually have a leak, but Jose took me through the entire process.Also he gave some suggestions and understanding to insulation since it’s so low in my attic.Anytime I have a plumbing issue, I will only be calling you guys! I originally called because my water valve to the toilet was stuck, and I couldn’t shut off the water to change the flapper. The plumber agreed that replacing the flapper would solve the problem. I live on a very fixed income and couldn’t afford the additional fee for replacing the flapper. The plumber Alex spoke with his supervisor and they worked it out so I could afford it! Alex replaced the flapper, and that did indeed fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Z Plumberz and Alex!

Andrew from Z plumbers literally saved my rear end this week. Our 70 year old frankenhouse (a plumbers paradise) has always had issues but we ended up with a clog that would not go away on its own. After showing up for after hours service Andrew came up with a plan to root the system but it was a lot of detective work. We discovered pipes with holes amongst other things causing issues. Ultimately we ended up hydrojetting after the initial rooting was not giving results (and we will likely hire them to do more work on our system in the future). They stayed out there baking in the Florida heat making sure a pipe section was replaced with a new clean out and got the main sewer drain unclogged. Andrew and Z are professionals who won’t tell you only what you want to hear and take your money. They figure out the problem and leave you in a better place (and clean up nicely as well). Thanks guys!

The best Plumbers I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We had a big job for them in Tarpon Springs as our old septic tank cracked and we were forced by the city to connect to the city sewage line. No one wanted to do the job—-no one! Z Plumberz came in and gave us a great price & did a fantastic job. The guys that showed up were so nice and always smiling, even though they are literally dealing with peoples Poo.
