Llona Plumbing replaced our entire outdoor sewer grinder pump and lift station. They upgraded our puny 1 HP grinder pump and 2-foot reservoir with a 2 HP grinder pump and 6-foot reservoir. They made all the proper piping connections from our house to the pipe that connects to the force main sewer. They also replaced the old control panel with a new, easy-to-use one. This is the Mac daddy of lift stations! It works great, and we are grateful for their service. Everything was completed on time and on budget with no complications. Larry, the owner, and his partner, Chip answered all of our questions. My husband and I are so pleased with their service, that we have hired them as our go-to plumber. We highly recommend Llona Plumbing!

I have to give the biggest shout out to Llona Plumbing!!! We have lived the past year in less than habitable conditions due to a major problem with our pipes, specifically our kitchen. Our home is old and we have cast iron pipes. A couple of years ago, the issues started and our kitchen was no longer functional. After several different companies came out to give quotes, we secured a fix to a 6 section charging us thousands of dollars. They told us that eventually the remaining main drain that runs straight thru our foundation (100) would fail. Estimates were 50-60k...Last October, the original pipe failed farther down and due to the economy we were not able to get it resolved. Long story short, I was referred by someone to call Llona. David came out and gave me hope!!! He had a workaround! The job was no easy task but Henry, Andy and Gabriel came thru here and worked tirelessly to complete the project! There were more unexpected issues and those did not stop them. They completed the job, passed inspection first time and did everything they said theyd do. Gabriel cleaned up the site and left our home smelling fresh and clean. We really wish we would have met them previously because sadly the company that did the 6 fix charged us more than this entire job. I highly recommend Llona Plumbing for all your needs! They could have easily tried to take advantage of us but instead were honest and fair! I pray continued blessings over the company and its employees in the upcoming year!

Llona installed a hot water heater in 2018 and did a great job. Today Roger completed a trouble shoot of the garbage disposal and determined it needed to be replaced. Roger provided a much appreciated option to purchase a disposal at Home Depot and he could return to install it. Ultimately the price he quoted to provide and install a quality disposal on the spot was very reasonable and our preferred option. Roger and his assistant were very efficient, friendly, and professional. We would definitely recommend Roger and Llona Plumbing and will call Llona again for any future plumbing need.

First of all they have always answered the phone right away and followed up quickly on appointments, status of arrival etc...The plumbers that came out were very nice and trustworthy. Most recently they had to shut off the water to the entire condo building to replace my valves which was somewhat tricky to manage but they were able to coordinate everything with the condo association. For about 2 weeks I had this daily on and off sewer smell in my kitchen. The area under the sink was dry so I wasnt sure what could be the issue. Finally, I was referred to Llona Plumbing. After describing the issue, they sent a technician who was able to determine that my (1952 home) galvanized air vent was cracked after after a thorough inspection. They replaced my 68 year old pipe with a new PVC one with straight and clean drywall cutouts in the bathroom, so I could replace the drywall with straight cuts. They went right to work and were done in a very timely manner. Its been 5 days since the repair, and no more smell in the house. Since my original air vent was tarred into the roof, I was recommended to contact a roofer (I have a personal one) to replace the flashing/boot located in the area. My roofer came by the next day and repaired the area affected in less than an hour. They were very informative and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you very much!

Mine was a simple job, inspect the back flow valve on the residential irrigation system as required by the state. I had this done 2 years ago by another company and needless to say, due to their lack of customer service and questionable pricing, I decided not to use them again. They were timely and contacted me to advise when the plumber was on the way as promised. The plumber was knowledgeable and friendly, as was all the staff I spoke to. I had a warm feeling after my first call to schedule the appointment and I can now confirm, after the service call, that I will use Llona Plumbing again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Our water heater sprung a baby leak. Before it became a deluge we knew we needed to replace. We called a dozen places for estimates. All were at the $1200-$1400 range. These guys were just over a grand. They also talked us through the estimate, what was included and even allowed us to choose the replacement brand. We went with Rheem after doing research online and talking to them. They showed up perfectly on time (with a call in advance letting us know they were on the way). They said it would take about two hours. In two hours they were done. They even added a pan even though we technically didn’t need because the unit was in the garage. Delighted with them. I highly recommend.

I have *never* seen a faster response from any kind of service provider, much less a plumber after hours. We were new customers, and within 20 minutes had a nice, clean, and knowledgeable plumber at our house snaking our line. Service done, VERY reasonable invoice paid for, and plumber out the door within an hour. It was a dream... well, as much as needing a plumber can be a dream. We actually had them come back the following week to ensure all our toilets seals were intact to avoid future issues, and it was the same experience again. Not sure how they can maintain this standard of excellence, but they do and they now have a lifelong customer in our family.

Wish I could leave more than 5 stars. My wife is 9 months pregnant and Saturday afternoon we had a pipe break in our wall so had to turn off the water until it was fixed. Every other plumber was either busy or charged 100s just to come out since it was after hours. Not Llona. After calling in I received a call back within 30 minutes explaining when a tech could arrive. As expected it was a busy day for them but Orlay arrived at 8pm and didnt leave until the issue was fixed and we had running water again. So thankful for him and this business! We look forward to working with them on all our future plumbing needs.

Llona is everything you want in a plumbing service. Its easy to make an appointment, they are available 24/7, the call-backs are quick and courteous. They arrive when they say they will, and are respectful of your home (laying down mats for their work area and entryways). Weve used them twice- to replace a broken pipe, and clear out a nasty kitchen sink clog- and Ill use them again if needed.I called at 8:30 am for our sink problem, they arrived at 9:15 am, and I was washing dishes by 11 am. Our guy was Roger, and he was super nice, friendly, patient and professional. Reasonable price considering the time of night. Didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need, did exactly what was needed, even checked what wed already done to the pipe make sure we hadnt messed anything up. Highly recommended! I cant speak any more highly of the experience that I had with Llona plumbing. We had a clogged toilet and tried every trick in the book. We tried plunging it, we tried hot water and dish soap, and we even went to home depot to buy a snake to unclog it. After trying the snake and the toilet still not working we called Llona plumbing based off of a positive recommendation on the App Next Door. We called then at 9:00pm and Manuel from Llona Plumbing was at our house in less than an hour. When we showed him the toilet, to our embarrassment, the toilet had somehow brought itself to work again [my husband suspects it became unclogged when he pulled the snake out before the plumber arrived]. They did a couple of quick tests to see if there were any underlying issues with the plumbing and gave it the all clear. When we asked how much we owed him for coming out, he would not accept any payment from us. We felt so bad for inconveniencing Manual late at night but he was nothing but all smiles and a gentleman. Manuel and Llona plumbing couldnt have provided a better customer service experience and I strongly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues. They truly are a family owned business that cares about their customers.

We recently moved into a rental house in Tampa and had a pretty serious plumbing issue on our kitchen. Our property is managed by Coldwell Banker. They set-up the plumbing service with Llona Plumbing. Eniel came out and fixed the issue very efficiently. He also fixed a running toilet that I asked about, which was not part of his work order. Before he left, he cleaned and disinfected the entire kitchen sink, counter tops and floors. He put everything back exactly in its place on the counters and under the sink. I was amazed! About a week later, we had the same issue (it wasnt that he didnt do the initial repairs properly, it was due to all the rain backing up from the city sewers). He came back out, fixed the issues and again, cleaned everything and put everything back in its place. He is a very polite and knowledgeable employee and when we purchase our next home, you can bet Llona Plumbing will be our only choice for any plumbing needs we may encounter. Very professional. I had a stoppage in the kitchen sink and took me a while to find a reliable plumber on the internet. I looked up a few places and noticed that Llona Plumbing had several GOOD reviews for which I decided to call them. They definitively lived up to my expectations. It took 1 minute for the plumber to figure out what was wrong with my sink: it wasnt a stoppage in the pipes but a problem with the garbage disposal which had accumulated oxide in it. It probably took him 30 minutes to fix the problem and he cleaned after his work. Some things I say on this review may sound obvious and expected from a plumber, but you would be surprised what bad reviews from other companies say. This is the first home my wife and I bought. We like our Tampa Heights community and certainly are thankful for professional people like Llona Plumbing who make our first-time homeowners experience a little less stressful. Definitively recommended

I have used Llona three times at two different properties and had nothing but a GREAT experience each time --- totally break the contractor sterotype. The first time I had a leaky valve at the day of closing for a property I was selling -- they came out and got it fix just as they said they would. Although they knew I was desperate, they didnt take advantage of the situation.Most recently, they did the piping for our addition and remodel -- which included replacing all of the cast iron and copper piping on the old side of the house. They did great work cutting up all of the slab and, through some clever expertise, managed to save our main bathroom that was recently remodeled before we purchased the house -- saving us thousands of dollars. In fact, our GC was so impressed he said he is using LLona as his default going forward.Genuinely... couldnt recommend a better plumber and all of the person I have interfaced with have simply been great!

To love a plumbing experience - not really love, but they did great work and Chip and the crew were all professional and nice to work with. We had sewer lines that had to be replaced which was a big job - - pavers had to be removed but they did as few as possible and were as neat as possible, too.They also installed a recirculation pump for our tankless hot water heater which has improved our lives greatly - - worth the investment to have hot water everywhere, quickly.Their pricing was fair and they were prompt, honest and I will call them again without hesitation.
