This company came highly recommended by my regular plumber . Communication was excellent from beginning to end of the job. Super nice crew. Respected my house. They were very clean and left without a footprint. Encountered several issues with the old plumbing and explained their solution clearly. Discovered an issue that wasn’t within their scope of work. Cody talked with the septic company and their plumber then explained the best solution before moving forward . I’m not really good with construction “ surprises” but at no time did they ever freak me out because they always had a solution option and a great way of really explaining what was going on .Would totally recommendI am very happy with the completed work and have no hesitation in recommending themGreat job Cody and crew!! 👍🏻

We learned of US Pipelining through a friend. They had not actually used this company but one of the neighbours had. We found From the beginning that their communication levels were very prompt and thorough. The job was started when they said it would be, the guys showed up when they said they would. The job ran three days instead of two as they had anticipated but that was not a problem. We wanted the job done right and didnt want them to rush. The employees were very kind and respectful To us as well as our house. They took the necessary precautions to keep our house clean. They provided updates as the job went Along to keep us informed.We are very satisfied with the service we received.

I cant say enough good things about this company!! From the first phone call I had with Jeff explaining the process from beginning to end to speaking with Brad and helping with the financing. The crew that came out was AMAZING. Cody, Joelle, Steven and Richie were so kind and caring. My mother is in Chronic Heart failure, and they were so kind and caring regarding our situation. As I have moved in and living alone with my 90 year old mother they were so compassionate towards her and her needs. The work they did was amazing and I highly recommend US Pipelining Services to anyone needing their pipes fixed!!

I am so please with the work US Pipeline Services provided. With constant problems with plumbing issues, it was determined that the cast-iron pipes were the issue. After they completed the project, I have full confidence in my plumbing system. The crew working in my home were informative, respectful and courteous. When they completed the project, it was as if they were never here. My home was spotless. I highly recommend their product and solution to repairing cast-iron plumbing issues. If you own an older home its only a matter of time when you will need them. Do it before the pipes completely fail and cause massive interior water damage like I had.

This company is fantastic! I have hired them twice, for two separate houses. Their communication with me through the entire process, made it so easy. They gave me up-to-date status consistently when they were at my home. They protected the inside of my home while they were working. They showed up on time and worked hard, always respectful. First, my wife and I want to thank US pipelining for a job great done. They did exactly what they were going to do that they provided in the job description. They covered the floors and walls to prevent dirt and stains. Second, I want to thank Cody, Joel, and Richie for being professional and communicative during the job process. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!I inherited my parents home which meant I also inherited the old pipes issue along with a septic kinda on a last leg. I finally and thankfully found Brad and his amazing crew. They diagnosed and fixed my issues with the piping with their amazing epoxy coating. Couldnt be happier its like we laid new pipes! Also big shout out to Jeff on the septic side. He also diagnosed and fixed our issues!!I give them all 10 stars and would happily recommend them over again.

It is with gratitude that I share our experience with US PIPELINING SERVICES. From the 1st contact with Jeff to the completion of the project was effortless. This company has integrity, which unfortunately is rare these days. When the scheduled day arrived, Cody, Joel, and Steve pulled in the driveway on time. Can’t say enough about their professionalism and work ethic. Our home was built in 1965 with the cast iron pipes. We had definitely waited until the 11th hour on repairs. The guys had to cut only two places in the tile floor and one in the back wall of our kitchen. They cleaned and placed plastic to keep the dust to a minimum. It is like a brand new house. We have lived in Holiday Park for 22 years and have been having issues with the old cast iron pipe on one half of our house (the other side was repiped with pvc when previous owners put in the pool). All this to let you know we have had consistent and difficult plumbing issues almost annually due to the corrosion and depleted cast iron. We had a quote to have it repiped - which exceeded 25 grand 10 years ago. I did some research and went with US Pipelining Solutions- the company comes out - cleans the existing pipe and pipes in a durable lining with a 25 year warranty. At almost a third of the cost of replacement. I highly recommend this process and now have a smooth running sewer line on that portion of the house. Great company and was very thorough in answering all our questions. Jeff called us promptly back after our inquiry and gave us very detailed information. Then Cody and his team did a great job and were very courteous and respectful of our home. We are very grateful to now have confidence in those pipes.

My tenants were very pleased that they could stay at the house and were not disturbed at all. I would highly recommend this company. Not having to cut up any of my original terrazzo flooring was a huge part of the decision to go with this company

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the technicians from Ypoxy/US Pipeline. They carefully explained what they were going to do, were careful to clean up after themselves every day, and even left a thumb drive with videos of the pipes before and after the process. They were very conscious of minimizing the disruption to our household, which I truly appreciated because my husbands 98-year-old mother lives with us and we couldnt leave the house. I would definitely recommend using Ypoxy, rather than having to replace pipes the usual way. I was far less expensive and only took 2 1/2 days.

The pipelining process was actually recommended to us by two local plumbers who had indicated they would need to destroy our front yard, hardscape, landscaping and fence in order to replace our old clay waste pipe and vent stack. Lacking a local company that did this kind of work, Ypoxy was specifically recommended to us by the last plumber. We used Ypoxy’s online contact form and Jeff called back promptly to discuss our options. We were fortunate that they already had a crew in our area, Gainesville, and could actually start the job the next day! They exceeded our expectations! The crew arrived promptly, were very professional, and took great care in protecting the inside of our house. The process was exactly as they had described - no surprises! Cody and the other crew members kept us updated at all times. We would use Ypoxy again in a heartbeat!

Team that relined our home was very engaging, alowing me to watch the process on their laptop as they did every step, quite frankly it was unbelievable how they do it.They saved us about $22,000 by not having to tear up our house to replace the old pipes.

I bought an older home earlier this year and found out during the inspection that it had cast-iron pipes. I contacted US Pipelining and spoke with Jeff, who reviewed the inspection report and videos I sent him. Jeff reassured me that once the pipes were lined and coated, the rust and corrosion would not return, and the work would come with a 25-year warranty. Jeff insisted that I negotiate the cost of restoring the pipes into the final purchase price. He provided a quote, which I shared with my agent, who negotiated with the seller, and we agreed to split the cost. This decision saved me thousands of dollars. After closing, the team came out and did an excellent job. They were very respectful of my home, and Miguel, Cody, and the crew did fantastic work.

I just had the sewer lines in my house relined by US Pipelining Services, and I can’t say enough about how amazing the experience was! I bought a house last year, and it’s been full of surprises—bad cast iron plumbing being one of the worst. From the very beginning, Jeff was incredibly informative, laid out exactly what to expect, quoted me over the phone, and invoiced me to the penny of that quote. No unexpected fees, no surprise charges for some random reason.The crew—Cody, Ruben, and Abner—were absolute gentlemen. They took their time to explain every step of the process and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire job.
