We had a technician, AMED, on the phone the same day, helping us to turn off the water, and then he was onsite first thing the next morning to pinpoint the problem and do repairs. He was personable, patient, and articulate, clearly explaining and showing where the problem was and what needed replacing. In 70 years on this Earth I have never met a more dedicated company than Ultimate. We hired them to put shut off valves in several condos that had been damaged by hurricane Milton. Each condo had a different situation, some needing 5 shut off valves, some more, some less. When we hired them we told them it would be a maximum of 5 but as they worked in each condo they found 1 had a piece of copper piping missing and they went ahead and installed that with no charge. We had 2 condos that we forgot to put on the work order have 2 bathrooms and though the checks from those owners was short 1 bathroom they went ahead and added them right then and allowed those owners to be billed afterwards. This company gets the job done efficiently, explain everything and you can count on them 100%. If you have a plumbing problem dont hesitate to call them!

I am very pleased with the service provided by this company. I called Sunday morning and was immediately greeted by Jack. From beginning to end everything went smooth and professional. We had another company come out initially and one issue turned into a completely different issue, telling us we had to cut a hole in the wall to fix the issue, which was not the case. Jack from Ultimate Plumbing saved me a lot of time and money with my toilet. Another plumber said I had a vent problem with a slow flushing toilet, which can be a very expensive problem. Jack used his experience to determine in 2 minutes that there was nothing wrong with my vent, and that it was a toilet problem. Jack installed a new toilet at a great price the next day. Had the other plumber gone down the vent rabbit-hole, it could have cost me thousands of dollars and not been the solution. I highly recommend Ultimate Plumbing, ask for Jack.

He took his time to verify the issue, explain it with detail, and alleviate my concerns. I had a work meeting shortly after he showed up and felt safe to leave him to it.
