I called The Clean Plumbers to remove an outdated water softener that was leaking. After Israel arrived to look at it he gave me a very reasonable estimate. At this point I was looking at the water heater that was almost 12 years old so I asked him to include replacing it at the same time. The quote with the two items together was cheaper than doing both separately so I gave him the go ahead. He had to make a trip back to the office to get a water heater but he came back and did a fantastic job on both items. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend Israel and The Clean Plumbers for all of your plumbing needs. He was so pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Every aspect of the service from the Clean Plumbers was exceptional. Scheduling over the phone took less than 3 minutes. I received an automated text message confirming my appointment. The morning of the appointment I received a text with information about my technician, Anthony, and his expected arrival time. Anthony was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, providing just the right amount of detail about the issues we were experiencing and providing options for preventative maintenance. Best plumber we have experienced in 15 years. We will definitely rely on the Clean Plumbers in the future!

My water heater blew out on Saturday morning. Water was flooding my garage and I thought for sure I’d be waiting at least a day to get a new one. I called The Clean Plumbers before 8:00 am and in less than 30 minutes a technician (Adam) called to tell me he was on his way. I couldn’t believe it. Adam arrived to my home around 8:30 am and went to work. He explained the entire process and was upfront with the pricing. The removal and install took about 2 hours. My wife and I are very satisfied. He left the area neat and clean. The new water heater works great and everyone in our home is happy. The weekend was saved thanks to The Clean Plumbers and the awesome technician Adam.

Having your toilets back up on a Sunday morning isnt how you hope your day starts. After calling the clean plumber Mike responded quickly and was at my house in less than an hour after my first call. He was a pleasure to work with. An experienced and knowledgeable plumber, he explained the possible solutions to the problem and the possible costs.My house did not have a discreet cleanout, so access to the blockage required removing the toilet unfortunately. However in using the pipe camera, Mike was able to identify where the clean out in fact was! It had been buried over the years by a foot of dirt that I can now dig out and use should I ever have the problem again. He was also able to diagnose what caused the blockage in the first place and what might be done in the future correct it.Im glad that Mike was the person on call this Sunday morning. Should I have a another plumbing problem in the future? I will ask for Mike, for sure!

Had a great experience today with The Clean Plumbers. The plumbers name was Luis. He came right on time and totally prepared for the job. He took before and after pictures and worked in a very organized fashion, which made it a quick fix to get me back up and running with water supply in my kitchen, as well as repairing the drain line all the way back to the main line. While Luis was working under my home, he noticed that a drain line from my bathroom was also laying on the ground and not properly installed by a company my community contracted to replace all drain lines. After several attempts to reach the person I was told handled the replacement of drain lines in the community, I never received a response to my email. Thank God, I reached out to The Clean Plumbers and I appreciate the fact that Luis came out to do the work!! They have my business from this point forward.-Steve

Luis arrived at my house early and completely the job perfectly! I was really nervous to call a plumber as this is my first home. Luis was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Fantastic service! I contacted them to get a quote to replace the existing natural gas-powered tank water heater with a natural gas-powered tankless version. They came out and provided a quote for $3200 for the largest model Navien makes (the other quote I received was $3100 for the mid-range). I wanted to make sure capacity was not going to be an issue so I went with Maurici Plumbing.Tony and his helper showed up on time to install the unit. They were both extremely friendly, patient, and very efficient!! I asked a bunch of questions about various things during the install and Tony was very friendly with responding and didnt seem impatient at all. They were finished in about 4 hours and as you can see, the work they did was top notch. Highly recommended!!!

We recently had an emergency in our backyard, where my husband was trying to replace the hose attached to the main spigot and accidentally ripped the entire top off with the nozzle and water just began gushing out of the pipe. We started frantically contacting anyone we could think of to help get the spigot replaced same-day since we had to shut the main water to the house off, and naturally because it was a Sunday, and urgent, it was really hard to find someone to assist quickly. We found Clean Plumbers on Google and my husband gave them a call, and although they didnt answer right away, Dave called us back a few minutes later and was fortunately in the area and able to get to us within the hour. Not only was the service quick, he was thorough when going through the pricing before he started the work and made a pitch for their yearly membership (which we didnt feel we needed). He was very quick and had the whole pipe and nozzle replaced within an hour, and even helped us put the new hose on and attached it to the new hose collector. Although we have another plumber we usually use for everyday issues, we would definitely consider using Clean Plumbers again in the future!

Garry was dispatched to a leak that i knew was going to be hard to find. Garry was prompt and very informational as well. They had to use specialized equipment but found the leak in about 5 minutes. Garry was back the next day, and quickly fixed the problem in about an hour. He repaired a faulty shutoff valve and in the process found a hidden pinhole in the water supply copper pipe. The pipe had just begun to show the minuscule pinhole leak. Adam’s knowledge and keen eye prevented what could have been a major break in a very short time. He quickly repaired the pipe which is no longer a problem or concern.
