I recently had a plumbing emergency and called Roto-Rooter for help. From start to finish, their service was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to schedule a visit, especially considering it was the weekend. The guy who came was polite and personable, went about finding the problem in a systematic way, and gave me some helpful information I needed for an unrelated issue. Pricey, but probably in line with other similar companies.

Great service! My toilet was backing up into my tub and there were issues with the wax seal around my toilet. It’s an older duplex with old pipes so it took a lot of work to fix. They had someone out quickly each time they came (I had issues 3x), the guys they sent were very knowledgeable and kind and worked hard to get the issue resolved. I didn’t catch the first guys name, but the one who came the most recent time was Eduart. They both were very courteous. Everything seems to be working well now! I appreciate that they guarantee their work and come back out for free within 30 days if the issue persists. Highly recommend!

Tyler & Jon from Roto Rooter did a 2 day excavation of my bedroom floor to replace the cast iron MSL with PVC & did an excellent job! They were both so courteous, efficient & knowledgeable. I especially appreciated them both explaining what was going on throughout the process, keeping me in the loop. They also gave me excellent advice for maintaining the remaining cast iron pipe by using an enzyme cleanse. Of course thanksgiving day arrives and water backs up into our tubs and out of the toilet. I had called another company and they couldn’t get someone out until tomorrow, completely understandable but we needed someone ASAP. I called Roto-Rooter plumbing and they got someone out within an hour. Adrian came, assessed all the plumbing, snaked it and figured out what the problem was. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I am so appreciative of him coming out on thanksgiving day and solving our plumbing issues.

Henry is fantastic! Another plumber said the issue was with the sewer pipes and quoted over $6k!! In a few minutes Henry knew what to do. He quoted $730 and if he didnt fix the problem, no charge! I had nothing to lose and so happy that Henry was right! He fixed everything in a couple of hours. Henry even cleaned up the tub and toilet. Hes my plumber forever! Oh, and theres a warranty too!

Glen and his “assistant plumber” (sorry but I didn’t catch his name) did a fantastic job. Professional, clean, kept me informed. Did their best to explain situation in laymen’s terms. Both are keepers. Please treat them well and pay them beyond what they are worth! Glen went out of his way to for us regarding replacement of our water heater. It was almost 4 years old and he contacted the manufacturer to see if a warranty would be available. Manufacturer denied a warranty claim. Glen said that didn’t seem right to him so he contacted your plumbing supplier and they agreed to honor a warranty claim!!!! Saved us around $700!!! We will not hesitate to use Roto-Rooter again

I Called Roto-Rooter at 6pm for drain stoppage and to replace a faulty bathroom facet. Within 15 minutes I had an appointment for the following morning. They would have responded by that evening, but I could wait. The plumber, Mr. Eduant, arrived at 10:30 with his snake machine in tow. Within 1/2 hour all three kitchen drains were functional. He cleaned up his workspace and moved to the bathroom facet replacement. Upon inspecting the old emergency valves from under the sink did not work and were frozen in place. I decided to replace these too, as all the pluming and valves in this house are original being 60-years old. Unfortunately, upon removal the old galvanized pipes could not take the pressure needed to remove the valves and crumbled into a rusted mess. So, the lead pipes that go into the wall also had to be replaced. I was afraid this would become a major plumbing problem. But Plumber Eduant is a very skilled craftsman. He knew exactly how to handle the problem and after much dedicated expertise, was able to fix everything like new and avoid a major plumbing bill. The new facet was beautifully installed, The bathroom area was all cleaned up and Im a very happy customer. Hats off the talents of Plumber Mr. Eduant and the team at Roto-Rooter for the quick and complete repair of my problems. Highly Recommended !!

We had a buzzing noise under our bathroom sink at 10pm at night! We lived in houses before buying our tower condo and had never experienced this before. Roto rooter couldnt make it until the morning but the noise only lasted a few hours. Ariol arrived the next morning and explained that, due to construction on the building, a water line had most likely been disrupted, causing an air buildup. He said we were fine as there was no leak. In the course of discussion, he gave us a tip related to preventing leakage in the building from toilets by replacing the wax ring every year. An inexpensive preventative for a very expensive problem in a 12 floor building!

I was very pleased with the technician. He was very knowledgeable. However, I was very disappointed with the company and I may not use them again. I had roots growing in my pipe and they charged $276 with a $40 coupon to clean them out. NO warranty for the service either, and they didnt use a camera (which seems like an expected tool for a job like this) especially with such a well known company. If I wanted to get a someone out to use the camera to locate where the roots were entering into the pipe, it would be an additional charge of $425. I called around and found other companies that included the camera service in their initial visit and fees, and I feel regretful that I didnt try them instead.

Perhaps even more than fixing the problem with my toilet, it was the communication from Roto Rooter that has prompted me to write this review. First the problem, I have a 2 year old Kohler toilet that suddenly started slow flushing. That is to say it would take about 3 times as long for the water to drain out of the bowl and it lost a lot of its force. I replaced the internal flushing components (TWICE!) and things would get better for a day or two. but then the problem would come back. I had a handyman come n & he replaced the tank to bowl gasket AND the internal components (so third time now). Everything was good for about 5 days. Finally, at my wifes insisting, I called a professional plumber. Roto Rooter not only came out the same day, but they kept me informed while I was at work & my wife (who was at home off this day. Roto Rooter identified that there was a blockage inside the toilet. He then proceeded to remove the bowl from the floor & discovered that my grandson(2) had flushed his sisters (5) sunglasses. Afterwards, he had texted me this info even as my wife was calling me to tell me the same. Even though Roto Rooter was 3 times as expensive as the handyman, you get what you pay for. Next time, I will just call them first. 5-stars.

Kitchen drain stoppage. Very dedicated technician Micheal worked Saturday night and Sunday to resolve the issue. Felt he really cared that my problem was resolved. Logan, the camera guy, completed further diagnostics the next day re: roots and damaged sewer line. He patiently explained what needed to be done - excavation of the drain under my concrete, paver- covered lanai. Steve arrived to excavate the site (remove the pavers, concrete and soil) repair the damage, replaced the concrete. Steve is an expert at his job, works systematically with care, and makes a messy job neat. All of the men were very responsive to questions, encouraged looking at the camera screen, and were okay with watching the work. A big problem for me but these guys did a great job and I highly recommend them.Micheal and Steve handled equipment breakdowns in a very professional manner albeit frustrating situations.
