Their positive outlook made an otherwise difficult situation much easier to deal with. Had a great experience with Matts plumbing. They replaced my leaking water heater and installed a new water softener, all the same day that I called them. And the prices were reasonable; all the work that was done today (2 installs+equipment) cost less than JUST a water softener quote I got from a different company a few months back. I was also pleased that the guys made the plumbing look nice and organized, and educated me about maintenance and such for my new stuff. All 4 folks i interacted with during the process were professional, friendly and efficient. Great first impression, I will very likely call them again.

I had a great experience with Matt’s Plumbing! I decided to try and take my kitchen sink apart to figure out why there was a slow drain, and after hours and hours of trying to get everything back together I finally got so frustrated and sent in a desperate plea to anyone who was open on New Year’s Eve. Austin arrive well within the arrival window, did not make me feel silly for my mess up, did not charge me an arm and a leg, and even proposed a future solution for the sole drain that I was experiencing. Will 100% recommend this company to anyone who asks!

I needed help getting my 94 year old grandmother’s hot water heater fixed. I found Matt”s in a google search and was impressed with all the positive feedback. I called and got a same day appointment. Surprisingly there was no trip charge, they said they’d give me an estimate when they got there. Jason showed up on time and was friendly and professional. He was able to immediately diagnose and fix the problem quickly. I’m very impressed and will only use and recommend Matt’s in the future.

After completing phase one, Trace noticed several more leaks caused by rodents chewing on the water line. We had a wonderful experience with Trace at Matt’s Plumbing Services! We have definitely found our new go-to plumber company. They arrived on time after giving a window and texting beforehand when they would arrive. Most importantly, they were honest! I had attempted to fix the plumbing issue with our shower faucet and water continuously running/leaking, but was unsuccessful even after replacing all the parts. That’s when we called Matt’s Plumbing. After they assessed the situation, they confirmed that I did everything correctly, but that the new replacement part (posi-temp valve cartridge) was just defective. Wow! They could have moved forward with replacing what I thought was the issue - a $1200+ job - but instead were honest and shared the solution to our plumbing problem. These guys were awesome, were polite and respectful, and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be calling them for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

I do need to have my septic tank cleaned out, and he put me in touch with the company that could do that for me. He was very helpful and I really appreciate his kindness. This company Matts plumbing services top notch. They actually said and did what they said they were going to do but earlier and better we were looking at a 4 hour wait time before they can show up same day service, when we called other companies and couldnt get them to come out earlier than a week. Not only did they come out same day service but they came out two and a half hours earlier than they said they would be there. Gentleman that came out (Ricardo) was proficient in his knowledge of the different types of services we could possibly need. We figure it out what the problem was and how to fix it, we ran into another issue, we couldnt get anybody out till the following day. But he made a call and made it happen, and had someone come out and do the job for half the price the other companies were charging. I absolutely DO recommend and WILL USE them again if I need their services. I will definitely be calling Matts plumbing services first before any other companies. Only gave five stars because they dont do six.

My water heater started leaking in the afternoon on December 2nd, and, thankfully, Matts Plumbing had a plumber available to come to the house the same evening. Chad was very detailed in his explanation of the water heater that he would install the next day and even took the time to answer questions that I texted to him later. Because I had a morning appointment on December 3rd, he accommodated my time schedule by arriving at the house with the new water heater promptly at 7 a.m., and he was finished with the installation by 10 a.m. when I had to leave. I was so impressed by all of this. This is a very different experience than Ive had with other plumbers. I highly recommend Matts Plumbing.

Chad was extremely helpful. I asked him to look at a clogged toilet and he immediately saw that it was not the internal plumbing but a septic problem. He was right and we had someone come in to fix it. He could have done all kinds of work and charged me a ton of money, but his ethics wouldnt let him. Great guy. You can trust him

Cameron arrived just hours after I called and explained exactly what needed to be done to get my pipes repaired. I had a leak in the pipe at the shutoff valve. I decided to have the pipes replaced as they were so old and I have a lot of oak trees. I was worried about the roots growing through the old pvc lines as that had happened in the past.On the next day, Stephen and Pete arrived promptly to replace the pipes from the meter to the house. They were very professional and explained what they were going to do. Before they left they showed me where the new pipes had been laid and also the new type of pipes that were used.I am extremely happy that I called Matts Plumbing and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Polite, prepared, professional and proficient.This was not a straight up fix, as the plumbing in this mobile park is old and mostly irregular (a hack job). A newly installed sink begain to leak when the house water was turned on because a rubber gasget was not used in the instalation (different company). Jesse had the rubber gasket, kindly put it in place and saved the day and my new sink cabinet. I am a happy customer! Jesse will probably be named Man of the Year, due to the great job he did.

The injection pump had a broken, Riccardo explained that our system was designed more for city water and not well. From start to finish, completely professional. I called and made an appointment for a quote on two spigots that were leaking from everywhere. Immediately I was given a next day appointment. I walked him to the first issue and even before touching the spigot he gave me different scenarios based on the age of my home and the plumbing possibilities he was facing. I had quotes from four companies, but I really liked Chris right off the bat. He was very honest and not a pushy sales person. He convinced me that replumbing my home was the best move since 80% of my house is open due to remodeling. Im so happy I listened. I also feel that I was given a very fair price for the project and all the work they did. I definitely got the A-Team with Elmo, Jason and Troy. They were so knowledgeable and I was extremely impressed with how thorough and precise they were on measurements. Elmo really took the time to ask me questions about what I was trying to accomplish, looking at my kitchen blueprints, the sink I was putting in, the shower system I wanted installed, how thick the drywall was going to be in each room etc. Jason was extremely precise on every cut and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. They both answered all my questions and were very patient with me. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about making the customer happy. Im thrilled with the job they did. Everything they did was an improvement to my home. These guys were also driving an hour to two hours, one way, to come to my project. Troy came on the last day to help and drop off more parts, where everyone worked and cleaned up until 8pm at night. I can not recommend this company and this team enough!! This company has gone above and beyond anything I could have expected. I contacted them for a plumbing issue related to a homeowners claim. While in the process of repairing a bathtub drain failure, we experienced a back up in our other bathroom, which another big name local plumbing company had just repaired to the tune of $7,500, less than 90 days prior. Chris from Matts Plumbing came out and performed such detailed diagnostic on both issues. He was able to quickly identify the problem that the other company missed (despite coming out 4+ times over the course of a year). He reviewed my contract and scope of work with the other company to help me get a refund from them or have them correct the work. I cant believe in this day and age of turn and burn contractors that the team at Matts Plumbing would work so hard to help me get another companies error corrected. Needless to say I will never call the other plumbers again and Matts Plumbing will be my first call every time. Maybe those are market rates for a new WH install, but even when I advised Id supply the new WH, the price didnt drop as much as I felt it should. In the end, I decided to replace the WH myself. I gave 5 stars for service because the CUSTOMER service was a 5-star experience. I just wish we could have worked out a better price for the installation.

I would like address a google review that was made by a Nancy McCabe. This review was a complete and total lie. First of all this was written by a man named Anthony who works for a water softener company. He had sold me a system and had his installer come. The installer was not able to locate the main valve. Anthony had a couple pluming companies come out to locate valve. Each company that came said they were not comfortable dealing with my pipes because of age and the material they were made of. I got a quote from each while they were here. The last company he called was Matts Pluming, and he told them that I was his sister.... I am not his sister! Chad from Matts Pluming agreed with the other plumbers on the state of my pipes. Chad took the time to answer all my questions and didnt make me feel like I was annoying him or wasting his time. Matts Plumings quote came in far less than the others and came with a water softening system! Lets just say I got my entire house repiped and a water system for just a few thousand more than I was going to pay for just the water system from Anthony. Matts came out to do the work and all I can say is they were awesome! Ryan and his helpers was very professional. The best thing is they cleaned up after themselves everyday and when they would leave you didnt even know they had been there working. The wholes that they had to make to access my pipes were cut out nicely and placed back when they were done. Which has saved money on getting the drywall repairs. I will be using Matts Pluming for all my pluming needs from now on! They get an A+ from me!!!!

I would give more stars if I could. I highly recommend Matts plumbing service and their Tech named Cameron. Our water heater stopped working. I called at 2pm and got a same day appt. Cameron diagnosed and fixed the issue. He arrived around 6/630 and stayed till a bit past 9pm to get us up and running with hot water. I will definitely call him the next time I have a plumbing issue! He was fast, efficient, and kind. Prices were great too! All around a good experience.

He patiently replaced a very stubborn garbage disposal assembly and took the time to get the measurements and optimal position of the new P trap just right. Cameron came by to check water leak (stop and go leak)he gave me some options and the prices. I thought the price was very fair and reasonable. Joseph and Greg replaced 2 flappers outside valve and two shower mechanisms. Their work was so clean and very good. They were so careful and meticulously solved the leak. Will hire them again for some plumbing work in the future. I highly recommend Matt’s plumbing.

My husband is out of town for five days and of course my kitchen sink starts leaking and food from my garbage disposal was all over. I called Matt’s Plumbing and a technician was at my house within two hours or less. I love how you can track where the technician is and the frequent text/email updates. Let’s be honest, waiting on someone is the worst and I love the response time. Chris R. (my technician), was professional, courteous and explains exactly what the problem is with available options. He left zero mess and even cleaned the mess that existed and put all my stuff back under my sink for me, which I really appreciated since I have a 2 yo. And 4 yo. at home and I was scrambling to get dinner made. My 2 yo. brought her apple sauce pouch to him to open and he even stopped to take the time and do it. It was very cute and my daughter was so happy. I have used Matt’s Plumbing in the past and have always been extremely happy with their service. They have fixed what previous plumbers had done wrong. Never using anyone else again. And I really appreciate that I consistently get Chris R. He has been here enough to know our house and our family, dogs included. Having that rapport is so important and what I feel a lot of other businesses are missing. 5 stars! Wish it could be 10! Thank you Chris R. and Matt’s Plumbing!
