Integrity was quick to respond for an appointment and the technician they sent, Jerry, was very competent and was not in a rush. He explained every part of the inspection and offered sound advice to consider for additional maintenance. Getting a yearly plan is the best way to go. This ensures your AC will be checked out twice a year in order to stay ahead of possible breakdowns.

I received a free inspection and estimate of my HVAC system, including the unit and duct work. It was extremely easy and fast, Michael King is the tech who came out he was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. I was provided with an estimate before he left my home and it was much more affordable than I thought it would be. The 1st part of this process has been easy, quick, and cost effective. I would definitely recommend Integrity Home Solutions.

I had a service call at 9pm for a 32 year old system. Nobody will touch units that old.After talks, I decided to get a Deluxe package and replace everything.10 year ni worry warrantee and a 15 seer rating tilted me to the decision.A bit costly, but top of the line systems.By 6 pm the very next day, my entire system was changed out.I am satisfied with everything involved.You get what you pay for.

7/26/2024-James Kaister arrived earlier than scheduled service time, which was cool. He gave the list of services we could benefit from, then, on to exchange our toilet. Unfortunately, the toilet that we purchased had a crack in the tank. He went with me, to the hardware store where I bought the toilet. When we arrived home, it took him about another half hour to change toilets, have me review the work, then, cleaned up, and charge me for services rendered. Yes, he went above and beyond...And when momma is happy, Im happy! Thank you!Norma/Carmen

I just wanted to share my experience with Integrity. Ive had a multitude of plumbing issues, since the purchase of our house, however integrity was the only company that was able to give me a thorough explanation as to the problems I was having. They took the time to give me a detailed analysis of all the issues going on, with regards to my internal plumbing. While these problems were extensive, they gave me several options on how to deal with the issues and provided financing, if necessary. James K is incredibly professional, and really helped but me and my wife at ease. The service he provided was beyond exceptional, and because of this, integrity gained our trust and future business. Nigel McKay came out on 10/11/24 to service my daughters A/C right after Hurricane Milton and did an outstanding job. He was prompt, professional and thorough in his inspection of the A/C unit and made sure that it was working efficiently. I could not have asked for a better technician to handle my request because he was cool, calm and collected as well which helped me and my daughter after having been trapped in her townhouse due to a flood in her complex. We had been having AC issues for a little bit before we called Integrity Home Solutions. They made it so easy to schedule and came to us the very next day. We had a great experience with Jason L. I called integrity when my AC wasn’t cooling like it’s supposed to and they schedule Jason to do the maintenance he was on time and very friendly and soft-spoken first thing he did when he got to the site was to make sure the filter was changed and give a little update on how to change your filter and also the size of the filter. my AC is located on the roof. He went up to do the necessary maintenance work to the AC unit. My thermostat was set at 75 but the actual temperature was a little higher than 75 so after Jason did maintenance and everything was done now my thermostat is at 75 and the actual reading is 75 now my home is very cool, thank you Jason and thank you integrity for scheduling Jason, job well done!I will definitely share integrity to friends and family and hopefully they will schedule Jason to get the job done.

REVISED REVIEW - Though we are unable to change the past, Integrity Home Solutions takes these reviews seriously and appears to strive to ensure everyone receives excellent customer service. Once they became more involved in my service issue, I received at least 1 update everyday. They were transparent about the struggles they were having with the manufacturer, but continued to focus on getting it right. As is the case with most poor customer service complaints, communication is key. Thats truly all I was asking for. They made this right and Im grateful for their desire to change or at least improve my overall experience.Thank you Jessica and Blake!********************************************By far the worst customer service I have ever received. This started almost 4 weeks ago when my water softener (under warranty) was not working. Since then Ive had a no show for the first appt., late for the rescheduled appt., said it was fixed, it was not, came back out, said the part is ordered and would be here Monday or Tuesday, no communication again until I called the Friday after the due date, they promised a call back that day, no call, I called them again, still promised a call back that day, no call, Saturday called them, promised a call back Monday by 11:30 am, no call. I called at 2:30 pm Monday and they are promising yet again, a call by the end of the day from Blake. Apparently they are great when you are purchasing from them, however, not when they have to service it. Oh yeah, Ive been charged $195 thus far. Thats even more laughable. And very unapologetic, except Nora.

The first was an emergency call (backed up main sewer line on move in day!) and the second was today (leaky valve under sink). Both experiences were positive. The technicians were punctual and courteous. Work was completed promptly and thoroughly. Prices are a little higher than one-off plumbers but convenience, dependability, and good workmanship is worth it to us.

The technician that came. He did a great job. His boss Mike was very unprofessional. After I call them to make the appointment they said that I could get a discount military discount once he was here to get the discount. It had unlimited of how much you can spend and Ive been a loyal customer for them very long years. So if you want to do business with them. Be careful. Kiss the manager is really not truthful and when you have a manager whos not true its just for us but the technician he was awesome, very professional and did a good work. Im disappointed at the manager. Mike, it seems that he doesnt like to honor veterans so these veterans be careful making deals or doing anything with this company from now on Im going with one of the company after so many years working with them

William was able to figure out the cause and helped replace the parts necessary while explaining why. He got the air working again in a timely manner. After a hurricane is not an ideal time to start having AC issues obviously. Im lucky to even have electricity. However, my AC began acting strangely & I called Integrity after my usual AC company told me they were not operational at this time which is totally expected. Michael came out just before 7pm & diagnosed some issues that could have caused what I experienced earlier in the day. He was able to make the repairs & kept me informed along the way. Im hopeful the issue was resolved completely on my 14 mo old unit. Thank you for being available during this terrible time. The only downside was the cost.

Thomas Augustin was an A+ electrician whos really talented at what he does and had a great attitude & personality who I would trust if I had future electrical needs.Also Integrity was great to work with because when I bought the new light, originally had another electrician named Ryan who was about to install it quickly, but my light was missing parts from the manufacturer. They were willing to wait for me to drive to Home Depot to see if I could get the parts (but ultimately did not have it in stock). So overall, Integrity are talented & professional electricians that I would trust as my first choice for future needs. And many thanks again for the help... as you can see I had an old & broken light and they helped my house look better with a new light.

I had two technicians - Jason and Jordan, and both were fabulous. Integrity was great at handling warranty work. One thing Im always surprised with is HOW HAPPY their technicians are. They are sincerely the nicest, most approachable people. Integrity is also fairly fast to come out and diagnose an issue - I called at 9:40pm when I noticed my AC wasnt working, and they had an appointment available that night.

Nigel McKay came out to our house 2 evenings in a row (after his regular calls) to work on an issue we were having with our AC condensation pump / line. We very much appreciate Nigel spending about 2 hours each night working on stopping the water leak from our interior air handler.To complete this review, Integrity Home Solutions installed a temporary pump that was plugged into a standard 110 volt outlet to keep the system running. A permanent 220 volt pump was ordered and installed. Nigel McKay also did the final installation and he was again excellent.

I had a pool pump that went bad so I bought a new one and installed it. When I flipped the breaker to reinstate the power to the pool pump, I was getting no power. I assumed the old pump had fried the breaker switch but I wasn’t sure. So I called Integrity Home Solutions to have them come take a look. Montell arrived later that day and confirmed what I thought. The breaker switch was blown. Unfortunately, my main electric panel was not only ancient, but the brand of the components in the panel was no longer in business and had a bad reputation of having bad components that cause fire and other hazards. Because of this, Montell informed me they are not allowed to service these old electric panels and suggested I have it replaced with a new, up to date (and code) panel. I agreed and signed the work order to have it replaced. Two days later Rob came over and got to work on replacing the panel. It took him 3 or 4 hours dealing with ancient electrical work (my home was built in 1958) but he got it done. He also took the time to just check my pool pump wiring to ensure everything was good (it was) which I really appreciated. The new panel looks great and my new pool pump is up running whisper quite like a champ. I wasn’t planning on replacing an electrical panel when I swapped out that pump, but I’m glad I did. The price of the job seemed fair and I also received a veteran discount (I’m a retired Marine) on the total cost, which is always appreciated. Thank you Integrity Home Solutions, especially Montell and Rob, for the outstanding service. I salute you 🫡

Called integrity at 7:30 pm on a Saturday hoping for an emergency visit as my unit was about the same temperature as a sauna. Integrity sent out their technician Hunter. Let me tell you, I had zero intention of switching HVAC companies, originally called because the ones I’ve used for years were closed and I wasn’t waiting 2 days. HOWEVER, that has completely changed and I will be using the services of Integrity from now on. Hunter was great, if you are worried about being scammed or mistreated, I would go ahead and specially request Hunter as your technician. My unit has been referred to by multiple companies as a “H**l job” due to the fact that my AC access is a good 12 feet in the air, there’s no elevators to help with the ladder and I live on the top floor. Hunter DID NOT ONCE complain about anything whatsoever even though it was now Saturday night at 9pm, and there are 10000000 things he could be doing other than fixing my AC. He even went through the trouble of walking down the ladder and a good 150 feet back to my unit just to show me exactly what went wrong by presenting the physical part, then proceeding to walk all the way back up the ladder to go back and fix it. The entire time he showed great personality, humor and was overall someone I trusted in my home.After the repairs were done, he intelligently showed me how I could leverage more value through one of their memberships, and even found a way to save me good $ through it. I had zero intention of signing up, but he showed me why I should.If you are the owner or manager of Integrity, I hope you are reading this as I tell you, Hunter is the real deal and I hope he is treated and compensated correctly. Not only is he great at his HVAC abilities, but he is also the only technician of any trade who was able to promote a membership, while providing value and trust for the client that I have ever dealt with.The emergency fee was whatever, you deal with that when you are stuck in a sauna, but it was well worth it after a great service provided by Integrity and Hunter

Update: I got a different technician, Zach Jacobs, who was quite good. He replaced the filtered drinking water system, registered it for me, stayed long enough to ensure the tank was pressurizing and explained where to order and how to go about replacing the filters in a year. Changed my rating from 1 to 4. Zach is 5 stars but due to previous issues, 4 is the overall. Because they have always finished the job despite the number of visits, I would recommend their service.Original review: Inexperienced plumbing technicians. Even the simplest job has taken 4 to 5 visits. I had them install a water filter under the kitchen sink and that took 5 visits. A leak under the kitchen sink took 4 visits to get fixed. Its only been 6 months since the water filter was installed and is no longer working. A technician came out and said a certain part needed to be replaced. Its readily available at Lowes and Home Depot, but Home Integrity hasnt scheduled a technician despite two calls for them to do so.

I had a great experience today with ANGELO HOLBROOKS from Integrity Homes. I needed to replace the main water valve in my garage, and since I live in a townhome, I had to involve the HOA to get the water shut off. The HOA representative was also present during the repair. Angelo was professional, patient, and provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. He truly made it a positive experience. I highly recommend this company!

Originally booked an appointment through the Google app for 2-6pm, they couldn’t make that time, apparently, but rescheduled for 8pm-Mid.Jason showed up, diagnosed the problem (compressor failed), got us set up for a new system to be installed in the morning.Timely service if they can manage it, we’ll see how the install goes tomorrow, but I suspect everything will go smoothly. (Update- they were unable to begin the install on the promised day, delayed 24 more hours)The install went well. Fast, professional, and immediately functional when complete. Excellent work by skilled pros.With the exception of the above mentioned issues everything went well, and is currently working as promised/intended.Satisfied customer.

He explained everything I needed to know about maintaining my AC unit, he also let me know about other services Integrity Home Solutions offer. I’m definitely a client for life. I truly felt like I could trust this company. The dispatch agent was very nice and accommodating as well. I appreciated her professional attitude and support. Hunter arrived at the earlier time of my appointment window. Thoroughly checked my AC unit and other components. Was very knowledgeable and great personality. I ended up choosing to have a new unit installed due to this and he was able to take care of all of that happening right at my home. Best of all was he had no problem with my rambunctious pup and he had treats for my dogs!Second portion(install of new unit), Miguel and his co worker again, arrived in the early part of my service window and began work immediately. Completed the install in a professional manner and in just about 3 hours. Now just waiting for the inspector to be scheduled and approved

Just had Integrity Home Solutions and their technician, Joseph Walsh, come and take down two fluorescent fixtures and put up two LED ones in their place. He had to add electrical boxes as the builder never put them in. Joseph did a fantastic job....worked quickly....gave me all the information and pricing if there were boxes in the ceiling or if they were missing. Great customer service...excellent work. Highly recommend Integrity.
