Awesome working with Carlos and Trevor to get a new tankless gas water heater installed in my house. During my search of local vendors, I stumbled across Gas Works. The 5-star reviews are correct. I worked with Trevor to capture photos to support my cost estimate. When I agreed to move forward, Carlos was dispatched to perform the installation. Carlos is very meticulous and detail oriented. He took his time to ensure everything was neat in appearance, functioned correctly and worked with us to adjust the water pressure throughout the home. He definitely goes above and beyond in his job and we appreciated it. Gas Works has a new long-term customer and I will recommend them to anyone who is interested in installing a tankless water heater. Awesome job with the install, Carlos. Pleasure working with Trevor on the estimate.

I would like to thank Donnie for his help. Our current plumber told us that our 5 year old Noritz tankless water heater was failing and needed to be replaced soon, and I was quoted $5000 to replace with a different brand heater. Donnie came out and verified that our Noritz heater was actually in good working condition with no error codes, and explained that it was still under warranty for parts. He also added a missing PVC pipe to the condensate valve and sprayed some superficial rust on a gas pipe that our plumber had otherwise suggested needed to be replaced. He charged me a total of $75 for his work. HIS HONESTY IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. I will be switching my heater maintenance to Gas Works.

We hired Gas Works to connect the natural gas from the house to an outdoor grill. They were very responsive from the beginning and all the way through. They were quick to schedule the work and the pricing was very appropriate. The two gentlemen that showed up to do the work were excellent; on time, professional, friendly, knew exactly what they were there to do and how they were going to do it. They completed the job quickly and to our satisfaction.
