    Mr Goff with Frank Gay was promptly on time. He gave me all the options for fixing our plumbing issue with the bathtub/shower. He tried the easy, less expensive, route first. That didnt work and he showed me why. He then explained how the issue could be fixed correctly and helped set up the process. He was knowledgable and very personable/kind.

    Keith Robinson gave 150% in identifying the source of my clogged sink and repairing it! He arrived at my home at 4:00PM and kept working until 7:30PM until the issue was resolved. That involved climbing on my roof and clearing my underground pipes through to the street! I will absolutely call Keith again and tell my sister weve found THE plumber!

    Once again, not disappointed in the services. Chris Maldonado came out again to install UV lights on an air conditioning unit. He took the time to listen to all my concerns that led to installing the UV lights. He also took the time to explain how the whole system works.     Late yesterday a Lizard got into my outside AC Unit, crawled across the circuit board, electrocuted himself, and caused a short circuit power spike that, among other things, fried my tankless water heater. Googled repair companies first thing today, and called Frank Gay Services about 7:00 this morning. Michael Myers was here by 8:15. Found it was dead — and by 6:30 pm, with Brad’s help, they had a brand new tankless water heater installed and running. They were prompt, friendly, focused, knowledgeable, and efficient. No cold shower for me tomorrow! Highly recommend these guys — great work, done quickly, solved an urgent problem.

    Really sorry to report that I am sitting in the heat only two weeks after a new AC system was installed. So disappointed.7/15/2023 So happy to report that Brook saw that, the thermostat installed with my new AC system, did not suit my purposes. Instead he installed a much simpler thermostat to use and more suited to my needs. So happy that he listened to me. No one likes to complain, at least I dont. We all work hard.

    Will continue to use Frank Gay. Ignore the whiners that they had to pay more because Frank Gay said this or that. WELL, maybe if those people hadnt waited until things got WORSE to call someone they wouldnt have had to pay more than they planned on.We called Frank Gay for our AC, and then got the electrical side out to figure out what was wrong with our bathroom outlets. After Mister Sparky told us they wouldnt even attempt a service without charging nearly $400 to open up the box to look at it. we were discouraged because weve used them for years now...not anymore. We now will be contacting Frank Gay for all our needs. Trent came out, and ran a few simple tests, and when it boiled down to it. He knew exactly where the problem lies and we found out that our 33 year old house needs new wiring for our bathrooms...where mister Sparky wouldnt even bother to TRY without charging an arm and a leg, Frank Gay stepped up. Where mister Sparky said we needed the whole house and it was going to run in the 10s of thousands, Frank Gay said its completely unnecessary to do all that when everything else in the house is working fine, its just the neutral line to the back bathrooms thats gone bad.Thank you Frank Gay for giving us an answer others wanted to SAP our emergency funds for. You all have new clients in us, and my mother and best friend are ready to contact for services! And one of those individuals is EXTREMELY particular about who they hire. The fact you got their trust! Thats saying something in my book!!!14/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

    Chris came out to our house to assess a cracked water pipe in our front yard. He was very prompt, on time especially in our emergency need to be able to have this repaired to have water.     It was a great experience Mr. Ramos our plumber was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He identified and fixed many problems I asked him about and even those I didn’t, he gave me recommendations on up keep and the proper methods for small projects. overall great customer service I’d give him more stars if I could!

    Today 2-2-24, Mr Soto came to my house to fix un issue with AC. I am very happy with his service. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant. He installed the part and service the unit.     Called and had them out within 3hours on a Saturday! Gentleman (bertin) showed up very polite and diagnosed our non working ac with a failed part. Easy payment and he came with a loaded truck to the repair took maybe max 1/2 an hour. He was very polite and informed us the job was done and everything was checked and up and running. House started cooling off immediately!

    We received several quotes from HVAC contractors for a difficult project to replace the HVAC ducting in a 1950s home with very limited space in a crawlspace. Frank Gay Responded to us quickly and gave us a very reasonable estimate. As the project progressed, it became evident that we needed to encapsulate our entire crawlspace. This made their initial plan impossible to do. To their credit, they came back and revised the plan to include extra equipment and replacement of existing equipment that we did not expect would need to be replaced initially. They completed the project to updated requirements that would pass inspection, and in the end gave us exactly what we needed. Despite the fact that they added additional equipment, the initial quotation did not change. We are impressed with the final product, and the integrity displayed by Frank Gay Services.

Got the problem fixed in under 2 hours and water back on. The tech (Khalil) was very professional, jumped right in, and cleaned up when was done .
