Thanks to the work done by Cassie and Alan onsite plumbing skills I feel problem free from leaking Pvc piping that was left to age. Also the leak had taken its toll on hot water heater that was just 4 years old by rusting it out So both the tank, PVC piping, and shut off replaced. Very glad to be a customer.

This is my second time using Experts Plumbing Services since I was happy with my first experience with them when they installed a water heater. This time I had them remove a broken water softener and had them fix a couple leaking spigots. The plumber arrived as scheduled and sent me notification via text and email that they were on their way. The plumber was obviously skilled at his craft and did a great job in an efficient manner. I even got a discount on the price they had originally quoted me since they were able to complete all the requests in one visit.

Alan fixed a major leak from my kitchen sink and then came back another time to install a garbage disposal. The spigot on the outside of the house broke completely off! I could not find the way to turn off the water. I called these guys only because I saw the truck parked at a neighbors house. They sent a technician out right away (Kyle). He showed me how to turn off the water at the road with a special tool I didnt know I had. He replaced the outside fixture and asked if I wanted them all taken care of. Absolutely! Now my hoses are easily moved from place to place.

Jacob Smith and his team were AMAZING, professional, polite, informative & even funny. Jacob outlined a solution to our water system draining by re-setting the system then by outlining a new drain system that no longer flooded our yard or our neighbors. Cassie in the office is also a huge help & very pleasant. She kept us up to date, informed & seriously notified of service arrival. After the new drain line was installed we discovered an issue with our irrigation from the work & Cassie had Jacob back out bright and early the next morning with a quick repair and just as pleasant. I had a plumbing company that I had been working with for 5 plus years. But when my water heater went bad at 1am and I was leaving town, I needed a reliable plumber and fast. The the company that I had always worked with never called me back. I went to Google and tried to find someone to come out quick and replace my water heater. Experts Plumbing Services showed up that morning and replaced my water heater. DAN was my plumber. He was knowledgable, fair and professional. The water heater works great and I am a very happy customer. I have since called them back for additional work, which was also a very pleasant experience. I also asked for DAN again.

After he left, I noticed a minor adjustment was needed. Steven came back out the next day and made sure it was perfect before he left again. They said they would be there between 1-2p but showed up at 10a because another job was completed sooner than expected. The person they sent was very professional, knowledgeable, and was working right away. Also, he did not have to leave to buy extra parts or tools (not a good sign). I am in the process of opening my property management company and I know who I will be calling for plumbing issues.

I have never left a review for any type of MEP service before. However, after my experience with Art of Experts Plumbing Services, LLC I was inspired to leave this review. I rent a house from Silver Bay Property Management. When I contacted them about two showers that were leaking they called Experts Plumbing Services, LLC.Art arrived and was very professional, efficient, effective and went above and beyond (he fixed a 3rd thing that was not mentioned on the maintenance request after gaining proper approval of course but I didnt have to go back through the bureaucratic steps and wait another week which is nice).Also, I should mention that Art was appropriately personable. Many times having someone in your house for maintenance can be awkward, especially if you have dogs. I have two that are usually well behaved but go nuts when a stranger comes to our home. He was patient and understanding, even helpful. Our big dog really lets everyone know when she does not like someone but in this case not only was she cool calm and collected (after Arts initial entrance) she acted excited to see him by the third time he came into the house (in and out for parts and such five or six times all while keeping the floors my wife mopped the previous day spotless). When my wife and I finally decide on a house to buy, Experts Plumbing Services, LLC will definitely be our first call for plumbing needs.

The previous owner of our home installed a water softener do it yourself, we never had proper water pressure in the house and then the system failed. Experts plumbing came out and replaced the unit with a high quality water softener for our two-story home. They also removed the atrocity do it yourself plumbing that was in our garage and when the job was done it came out to exactly what the estimate was. Could not be happier and have never had proper water pressure in her house until now. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will definitely call experts plumbing. We had a significant under ground water leak at our office, and contacted several different plumbers because we needed someone to come out quickly. Experts Plumbing Services was the only one who would squeeze us in, they came out later that same day to evaluate our situation. They gave us a temporary solution that same day, and returned to do a full repair quickly after that. We had a 2-person team at our office all day, they were very professional and kept us informed about how the repairs were going. When they were finished with the outside repair, they took the time to come inside and check all our water fixtures to make sure they were working properly. Some dirt had gotten into our lines during the repairs, so they checked and cleaned all of our inside fixtures and made sure everything was back to normal. When we got their invoice, another pleasant surprise, their costs are very reasonable. We highly recommend Experts Plumbing Services for both large and small jobs!!

Wow! Super quick same day service. Installed new water heater within hours of call. Friendly and courteous staff and installer was too. Hooked water heater into existing heat recovery system. Also, installer did a courtesy check on our other water heater for me. Price was fair. I have been Tampa resident for all of my 60 years, and Experts Plumbing Service is best that I have found here. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues.

Experts was great, Mike the owner tried to walk me through the repair so that I did not have to pay a plumber to come out. When we determined that the part was something that I would not be able to purchase at Home Depot, or Lowes, Mike found the part and had a plumber out quickly. I have old pipes in my home that was built in 1964. I had a really bad drain clog and I needed a plumber so I did what everyone does, I googled the reviews! Experts Plumbing Services had awesome reviews so I picked them. Well, the reviews dont lie! I had a same day service call to unclog my pipes. Kyle informed me of the issues I was having and what he would recommend and that he would get me a quote for replacing the old steel pipes. Two weeks later (after a ton of rain) it happened again. I called Experts and they again gave me same day service. Kyle and I discussed the quote, and I decided to commit to it. No charge on that service call. I have not had the replacement service performed yet, but I expect nothing but positive things! I will try to update as the service is provided.

We had a leak in our water heater and Mike came out right away. He had told us we needed a new water heater and a technician would be out in a few hours with a new one. Less than a few hours later Rob showed up. He was excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable regarding our situation. The service was quick and easy to get it taken care of! Id recommend experts plumbing to all our friends and family. Especially since the holidays are right around the corner its one less thing we have to worry about! :)

So, I have been renting a house for three years. In those three years, my toilets have flooded 9 or 10 times. The management companies have sent 3 or 4 different plumbers out to fix the problem. Within a a few, short months, the problems re-occur and I am left to clean flooded bathrooms and sewage out of the showers....again.The new management company sent James B. with Experts Plumbing Services. James did a great job diagnosing the issue and EXPLAINING exactly what was going on (which the prior companies never did). He fixed the issue within 45 minutes and even went a step further to ensure that the problem was resolved. To top it off, he was so nice, very professional and courteous!I generally never write reviews but I had to share my experience. Experts Plumbing Services is a great company.

I called them on a Saturday at 8pm because someone clogged my toilet DURING a party at my house...I had over 100 guests still at my home and a clogged toilet - it could have been a nightmare but Experts had someone there 20 minutes after I called and had us back up and running in less than 30 minutes - they did a fantastic job!
