Roughly two years ago, Joe Cool installed a Daiken unit and replaced old air ducts at our residence. We opted to pay a monthly fee that covers a system check every 6 months. Joe Cool has never sent a rep we didn’t like but there is one in particular that we think very highly of, Javier. He is always thorough and has kept our unit in top notch condition. Joe Cool offers many add-on features which Javier shares with us, including how each may benefit us. What we have come to appreciate however, is that Javier never comes across as a salesman. He treat us with respect and truly cares that we are satisfied with products and/or services provided. I hope the management team at Joe Cool recognizes what a valuable employee they have. If he were under my employ, a raise would be in order! 😉

Joey took the time to really explain everything in full detail and educated my husband and I on the full process. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The installation manager was very attentive to his crew and the crew did such a fantastic job! It was a great experience. The whole entire team was fabulous!! I highly recommend this company!! Jacob came out the morning we called because our heat pump had iced up. Since it was the coldest morning of the year so far we were very happy he arrived so quickly. He was very professional and personable and diagnosed our problem right away. He gave us a thorough explanation, in simple terms, of the issue, and several options for how it could be handled. He was knowledgeable and courteous, and gave us some tips on keeping our unit running more smoothly which we really appreciated. The next time the unit needs serving we will definitely ask for Jacob. He has a great attitude, and we appreciated his candor.

She then had Chanell call us to schedule an appointment with Nathan. He arrived within an hour and assessed the need to replace our 30 year old hot water heater. Nathan was very professional and personable, discussing a couple of options for us. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend using this company based on todays service.

This is the second time he’s been to our home . The first time was a water leak under the bathroom floor . A very hard repair to be sure , and the hot water heater installation was even harder! Had all the necessary fittings and specialty items on his truck . More businesses should be run like this . I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Ed came to do a preliminary inspection of job (replace existing toilet and install a new wc). As luck would have it on his truck he had the very toilet I had hoped to buy but had been out of stock in every big box store in town. Not only very well equipped, he was knowledgeable about the particular issues concerning water in town and what to expect down the road with my water heater. His work was efficient and well paced and he left the area where he had been working spotless. This was the second service call this week from Joe Kool. I’m so glad I opted for the service package because it’s already paying for itself. Well done guys!

Based of this experience, I contacted them for plumbing issues in my recently purchased home in Sunset Park. And to my good fortune, 2 of the plumbers have been servicing my new home for the previous 15+ years! Alan and Larry know the plumbing around my new place like the back of their hands and take great pride in their work!! So far they always have taken such great care of my home.
