So glad I found All Pro plumbing last year. I’m am equalling impressed with them them today. Josh was very professional and found my leak really quickly and went under my mobile and fixed it. He also fixed my drain under my kitchen sink and put in a whole new Ptrap. Mind you I called All Pro Plumbing this morning and by 1:30 it was done. I would recommend them completely and Josh did a great job. Can’t wait to do my dishes now.

We received 2 estimates from All Pro, one emailed and one verbally communicated/shown on clipboard on site ($1,223 and $1,530 respectively). The $1,223 estimate was to chisel out the broken vertical pipe in our sewer clean-out and replace it. The $1,530 estimate was to replace the entire Tee in our sewer clean-out and use two Couplers to secure it in place.GOAT Plumbing completed the $1,530 All Pro Estimate for $475 later that morning (see photographs).*** 03/20 UPDATE: I received a phone call from the owner of All Pro Plumbing to follow up on our dissatisfactory review. He was kind, courteous, and genuinely concerned with our grievance. He was also apologetic for the general circumstances of the event and offered to make things up to us in some way. He went on to explain that the $475 price we received from GOAT Plumbing must have been an error of some sort, sharing that it was well below current market pricing. I thanked him and we ended the call.After hanging up with the owner of All Pro Plumbing, I phoned GOAT Plumbing and asked to speak with the owner there. I explained to him thoroughly the events that transpired and long story short, the $475 price we received from GOAT Plumbing was indeed an error made by the technician. The price we should have received for the provided 2 hours and 10 minutes of work plus parts should have been $1,348... not $475.At the end of the day, I found both All Pro Plumbing and GOAT Plumbing to be courteous, transparent, and professional in their mission to provide excellent service to the customer at a fair price.

Santiago and All Pro as a company are top notch. I am a GM of a gym chain and use them on a regular basis. ALWAYS professional. Communication is amazing and when things might cost more. They always explain why and never do anything without approval first. Any sort of plumbing issue. Definitely call these guys.

Excellent all around. I scheduled online for the next Monday on a Friday and they let me know they had an opening Saturday. I had a leaky cold water valve on my washer that needed a full replacement. Brian came out, confirmed new valves were the proper solution, and was efficient, effective and extremely friendly. I’ll definitely call again if ever a need.

I needed some new shower fixtures installed in my guest bathroom, called All Pro and was given an appt. date within the few days that I had available; Santiago was the tech that arrived on time (he was the same tech that was sent out previously for other work, a very nice guy who seems to know what hes doing and performs quality work, from what I can tell); I told him I had found another problem and he was able to get me a few quotes on what needed to be done to resolve that as well. Overall, Im very happy with the service that has been provided on the three occasions I have called.

All PRO was amazing. I called and within an hour they were here. It wasnt an emergency, but if it had been their response time would be awesome. Pricing was fair, but I really had no one to compare it to. Santiago was the person who came, he was exceptionally nice, introduced himself, examined the problem, gave a quote and on approval to proceed he completed the work. I would call and request him again and have already recommended him to my neighbors. Thank you.

Update to previous post. Ryan Rigbie from All Pro Plumbing called me to discuss the issues I stated having with their service. He was very polite and listened very intently to my concerns. We discussed how little time the young man had to be here and the small amount of work he had to do for prep as I had already done that. Ryan took a minute to think and then he said it sounds like we did not have to do more than run the snake to clear line. Ryan said he did not have all the info and he would like to make it right for us both. I agreed to his proposal and I am very pleased with All pro Plumbing and their team. If you have an issue with All Pro call Ryan and speak with him. You may not get a great result but he will explain everything and work to make All pro Plumbing your go to company. Thank you Ryan and All Pro Plumbing.Young man showed up and was very nice, professional. He quoted a price to snake a sink drain around 30 feet. Before starting he quoted me a price of $367 minus 5% military. My jaw dropped. I had everything prepped for him. Cabinet empty, drain in sink and upper line vacuumed out . Opened the clean out plug at sink bottom. He literally only had to bring in a hand held machine and run snake 28 feet. 15 minutes max. He called office and asked for reduction so they increased they said military to 20%. Total end charge $301.47. If you pay your worker( not master plumber $20 hr. I doubt and then $150 an hour rate that is fair. I would have been happy at $200.But $301.47 for 15 min.max work. I dont think so. I live in a 55 plus community and ex board member and wife on board. I will be letting people know to shop around for plumbing for small jobs. I ran business for 40 years and we never had a flat rate charge for my technicians. It is based on the real world time and work. Larry Hill

Orlando was very professional and personable. He explained everything that he was doing and was very knowledgeable. He not only took out the old water heater and installed a new one, but he helped me take out an old slop sink and capped off all extra lines. He cleaned up after himself and got rid of all old material. You dont always have a kind person coming to do work, but Orlando was great with my 82 year old mother. And he enjoys his work. Editing my review due to significant changes and response from the owner.The good: The diagnosis was almost instant and for the first time after calling 4 different plumbing companies I felt like someone understood what was wrong, and had a plan to fix it.The worker who came by worked for 12hrs to fix the drain problem. It involved breaking open the slab, tearing out a shower pan and rebuilding a drain that was every of wrong. The p-trap was attached to another p-trap and that was attached to a drain pipe so clogged it had to just be cut. They replaced all of that and rebuilt the drain including updating it to the correct size drain for a shower.Initially I was disappointed. In order to gain access to the needed plumbing they had to cut out a row of tile and the initial project plan didnt include a plan to replace or patch that. That was my own fault for not being more clear. I did feel the communication wasnt adequate and I have shared that feedback.I reached out and didnt initially get a reply but after a few days I was outreached directly by the owner. He took the time to understand and offered a remediation plan that went beyond what was initially agreed to - just to make it right.I didnt ultimately go with that plan as this whole project revealed deeper problems that need to be addressed more thoroughly but I did value the genuine offer and that the owner and associates here care so much about the customer experience.Ultimately: Im impressed. A company that takes responsibility and is willing to go over the ask to accomplish whats needed is rare and something that needs to be elevated. I value the outreach and the sincere effort to help with a situation that has been a nightmare since buying this house.Hiring again: I would hire All-Pro again and heres why - they appear to take good care of their people, and the owner is willing to stake his reputation on the work they do. Its a level of accountability that isnt easily found, and that is worth celebrating.

Pretty good response time, and very knowledgeable technicians. Communication was excellent thru phone calls and texts. We didnt have a water issue we had a propane issue, where a leak was discovered by the gas company in a line that went to a tankless water heater. All Pro tech Kalib fixed it like it should have been done in the beginning. Our house is only 2 and 1/2 years old and was a custom build that took 9 months to complete. This shouldnt have happened at all. Im glad to have found someone like All Pro Plumbing to come out and correct this, but it was an expensive lesson to learn. Ive basically paid for this twice . . .

WOW This business is straight up, accurate, doesnt half step, or play around.All I can say is WOW!From the lady Michelle who sent someone out immediately on a Saturday, to Duran the plumber who responded to my plea for help for a sewage backup, to the supervisor Ben that came on Monday to diagnose and price out the job, all the way to Mike (and God forgive me I forgot the young gentlemans name) his apprentice who worked hard as hell to get my plumbing corrected from a really bad home flipper who had no clue what the heck they were doing.The work they messed up wasnt even close to compliance with codes & if ALL PRO hadnt come to my rescue, my home may have been deemed uninhabitable due to raw sewage leaking under my home.These gentlemen worked 12 hours at my home in the heat and under a mobile home no less, in dirt and did everything right; with the proper plumbing and corrected every issue I had. $5600 well spent for an entirely new & proper sewage & drain system thats up to code.They cleaned up and put everything back like they found it.I will never use another plumbing company for the rest of my life.Im a senior lady and they all truly looked out for me. Dont look any further use All Pro Plumbing! Rolando was here today and he is awesome. Not only was he polite, professional and knowledgeable, he shared that knowledge with me. He thoroughly explained the problem we were having and more importantly why it happens. He got right to work and told me he would teach me how to flush the hot water heater myself so I could do the maintenance annually to avoid this problem in the future! Being originally from up north where we are not required to drain our water heaters, I didnt know Florida water is different and a nasty build up happens. Rolando fixed the heater pretty fast and then walked me thru all the steps so I know know what to do. Hes such an asset to your company! He was so personable and friendly I cant thank him enough for all his hard work and the education we got. Great service! I will definitely use them again and will recommend to everyone. Obviously you can understand why I am a little annoyed. The tech who came (Auggie) was courteous, helpful and professional and is the only reason for my 4 stars. The practices of over pricing, double and tripling prices because of the market is not right in my opinion especially when not everyone is doing it.
