I called Adam Septic due to a plumbing issue in my home. I initially thought it was my septic system but Adam was professional and asked the right questions over the phone and was able to determine that it wasnt a septic issue but more inside plumbing. Very trustworthy person because some would have completed the work knowing it was a septic issue. He also went a step further and gave me a plumber number who he trust. Greatly appreciated and will use this company in the future.

Incredibly honest… I was told I needed a new lift station pump at $1500 by another company… Called Adams, which was a cheaper quote for the new lift station pump, but when he arrived, it ended up only being a float at $300… I wasn’t even home at the time, would’ve been really easy to take advantage of me and charge the full amount… Definitely trust worthy !!

Ive been using Adams Septic Services for 7 years. He was recommended to me when I had just moved in. What a find! I know its important to get my septic tank cleaned out on a regular basis to keep the septic system in good working order. I always call Adam. He makes the process easy. He shows up within a few days. He does a very professional job. I used his services today. Not only did he do a thorough job of cleaning out the stuff, but also hosed down the walls of the tank. Then neatened up where he had dug the lid of the tank out. He left the area pretty much as he found it. Recommended.

Called Adam on a Sunday morning after our septic tank backed up overnight. He was on site in less than one hour. Not only was he professional, prompt, and friendly but his pricing for weekend emergency service was more than fair. Adam definitely went above and beyond to make sure our septic tank was cleaned correctly. It was late on a Saturday night when we noticed that our toilets would not flush & our septic tank needed to be pumped... started to call around and even though it was after 8pm, Adam answered the phone (no voice mail) and I explained to him what what happening and asked when he could possibly be able to fit us in to get our issue resolved.... he was at our house the next morning (on a Sunday). He was quick and professional and within about a half hour we were able to flush our toilets again. Thank you Adam, we REALLY appreciate your fast response!!!!!!

Adams Septic Services is an excellent company. Our septic drain was plugged. He came first thing in the morning, unplugged it and did not charge us. We have used him before. If you have any kind of septic problems give them a call.
