ABC Plumbing Air Heat continues to provide exceptional service. Service Tech Justin did an after normal business hours maintenance and repair to my AC system restoring my AC system to normal operation. He had to work past dark to trouble shoot and repair my condenser on condominium roof.

Highly recommend this company. I broke a water spigot outside of my house. The company sent Dakota and he was here in 30 minutes. He spent 20-30 min fixing the problem and did a great job! I really appreciate how quickly this issue was fixed. I had other companies telling me they could come in 2-3 days. Thankfully everything is fixed! Thank you so much!!

Purchased AC in 2022. Recently the fan quit blowing. Called for service. Got same day service with JEROME. He was terrific! He went to Carrier warehouse to get my part. My AC was repaired quickly and same day I called ABC. Great company and Jerome is a great technician! Thank you!!

When confronted with an ill fitting filter holder, he solved the problem quickly! He is enthusiastic and enjoyed his work. He is ready for additional responsibility in ABC!He is a great man! Jerome came to make sure my AC unit would pass the final inspection scheduled for Monday. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I hope they send him back sometime. He fixed the wires that were on the outside and moved them to the inside of the unit where they should have been placed originally. He did a great job!

Jerome Miller showed up on a Friday night to diagnose/repair my 1.5 year old AC system that wouldnt stay running. Between the time I called and the time he got here was only about 2 hours. In that time, we had a massive rainstorm and it cooled off about 25 degrees so the AC could keep up and started cooling again. Jerome showed up and noticed it was cool in the house but listened to me describe the situation. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose that the foil wrapping on my air handler had come loose and was sucking the hot air out of my garage into the AC system. Although I had drained the condensation line before he got here, he did it again and found out it was still clogged 80% so he replaced it. When he left he had pretty much rewired, re-taped and sealed my air handler and re-plumbed my drain system. He did all this on a Friday night with a very energetic, professional attitude. If you ever have an issue with your unit and Jerome Miller shows up, consider yourself Blessed. Thank you Jerome!

Jerome Miller is one of the best and my favorite HVAC technician I’ve ever dealt with. First off I didn’t have to wait long once he notified me that he was on his way. Once he arrived he introduced himself and asked what was the issued. He went right to work and wasted no time after I told him as a homeowner and what troubleshooting I’ve done. He thoroughly investigated and checked everything again. After checking the power and all the connections, he then checked the system pressure. Everything checked out good. He finally checked inside the air handler and that’s where he found a blown fuse which fixed the issue. But he went beyond that to make sure the freon level was good. Jerome was not only a good technician but he was also very friendly and very approachable. He definitely made a believer out of me…that all house call service technicians are not just out to dig deep in your wallet. I will definitely use Jerome and this company again with all my HVAC needs. I will also recommend Jerome to all my friends if they ever need HVAC issues.

I had a few issues with the purchase and installation of my A\C unit. The unit stuck out far more than anticipated and the routing of copper piping was horrible. I also did not get a correct size filter for my unit. Though the installer did promise to come back and address my issues, I did not hear back from him. I called ABC about the issues. But, I feel that there was no communication between the dispatcher and the technician because they were Ill prepared. Jerome the tech did a great job addressing the problems I had, but the company has yet to give me a proper air filter. I know its a small thing, but should have been fixed far sooner. Jerome is the only reason this company is getting more than 2 stars.

Got to give a huge shout out to Jeremiah Tech 630… right off the bat he was extremely friendly and respectful. After having numerous other techs look at my newly installed unit, he was the first to actually diagnosed the issue that I was having. Scheduling was a disaster, a promised AM service ended up at 3pm. Very poor scheduling problems that eventually got done but was very upsetting to me. Dakota was great, he was not the problem, but scheduling was the causes of all the problem.

My technician, Ray C., was very thorough and polite while conducting the general maintenance on my 16 month old unit. During his 2.5 hour visit he installed a surge protector, fixed some delamination issues and replaced some wiring, in addition to other issues.He reviewed all the photos with me and then emailed them to me.

Jerome came out for a follow up on a recurring HVAC problem that was hard to pin down. The compressor just ran without any fan.
