Hunts Services is a godsend for most of my project needs, so Im putting them on speed dial. First Jerry came out and replaced our hot water heater. He was very professional and the price was reasonable. When he told me that he could do it on the same day, well I was sold. The positive impression left by Jerry prompted me to call Hunts Services again to have my smoke detectors replace. Brett the electrician was also the consummate professional, and was also able to complete the job professionally in the same day. Brett made me aware of some of the other services offered by Hunts Services. I could go on for days about how impressed I am with Hunts Services, but instead Ill leave you with this note. If you dont consider Hunts Services for your home projects, you are doing yourself a disservice.

We had an issue with our sump pump right before Thanksgiving and decided to contact this company after seeing so many positive reviews. They were incredibly responsive, answering our inquiries right away, and their technician arrived just a few hours later the same day. We were impressed by their communication — they even sent a picture of the technician and an estimated arrival time, so we knew exactly when and who to expect. David, the technician, was professional and completed the repair in under two hours. We are so grateful we found this company, especially since they were able to fix our sump pump just before the rainy days hit. Excellent service all around!

Fantastic work by Ernie! 10/10 would hire again. Hunts was great. They came same day I called and were pretty accommodating around the time window based on when I get home from work. Ernie installed a wall heater in my basement and work quality was great! He tried to do with as little drywall damage as possible. He even went as far as screwing the drywall back on after he was done, something that most electricians won’t do. He showed a lot of respect towards me, my dog, and another person in the house. He was very communicative and worked pretty late to get the job done. I’m still waiting for estimates for other projects from him I’d like to get done in the future!

Hunts has been, and continues to be, a great company to work with. I highly recommend them for any HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical needs you might have. We used them (through Donovan, Jerry and Rob) for estimates during our house inspection period which helped us with our negotiations and learning that we didnt want to buy that house. Then, after buying a house, we joined their Care Program and have been able to get so many projects done while only having to go through one company!Emily and CJ were great at inspecting/cleaning out our air ducts and giving us tips on keeping that system running. Nic came out to give our plumbing and electrical systems a thorough inspection and helped us navigate some upgrades to help the longevity of our appliances. He also was super helpful when we found a leak in our bathroom. And Brett came to do a fast and efficient surge protection install to help keep our house safe.And behind all the technicians are the great staff that helps organize all the appointments. I love how efficient their communication system is and how easy it is to schedule, confirm and change appointments. Niki, Maddie, Riann, and Brenna are all part of a very well running ship!

I’ve lived in my home 26 years. I’ve had both positive and negative experiences with a variety of home service companies. Even when i was satisfied with services received, I was never impressed enough to become a completely loyal customer. Hunt’s has changed that! I recently received a text reminder from Hunts about servicing my furnace. They mentioned they also did plumbing, something I didnt know. I needed my kitchen sink and the sink in my half bath looked at. David was the plumber sent to my house. He was excellent! First off he was a complete professional. He explained what the possibilities were with my sinks, explained what he was going to do, explained the pricing, and explained things as he did them. He was also just a really cool and down to earth guy to talk to as well. And most importantly, he fixed the issues I had! I found out that Hunts has other services too besides furnace and plumbing. Based on my previous service with the furnace and this visit with the plumbing, I would not hesitate to use them for any kind of service they perform. And David told me they also have some kind of optional monthly subscription service that could be advantageous depending on your situation. I will definitely be looking into that. These people are the best!

Can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Jerry and Hunt’s Services. Yesterday, I had another company here to service my gas fireplace. During the service, they found I had a gas leak at the key valve that needed to be fixed and he recommended I call Hunt’s to have it repaired. I called and they scheduled a technician for the same day. The valve is now fixed and the fireplace is working perfectly. Jerry was fantastic. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I have zero hesitation giving them a 5-star review and I will highly recommend them for any services moving forward. Thank you!

Alfredo came to our reaction New Years Eve! He unclogged our kitchen sink and also noticed a small leak close to the wall, beneath the sink. I thought for sure this would require another appointment with gore tools and pipes. Instead, Alfredo went back out to his truck and brought back more tools and pipes and replaced the rusted out piping. Now my sink is not leaking and everything works and flows smoothly. Alfredo’s attitude was professional and he showed determination to get things fixed, even when it was late afternoon on New Years Eve!Thank you Alfredo and Hunt’s Services!

We needed our water heater replaced. While Hunt wasnt the first office we called, we asked them to give us an estimate as a second opinion. Even though Hunt cost about 1% more for the tankless water heater, their friendly attitude and great financing option sold us and were very happy with the job Jerry did. He was friendly, clean, and considerate. Well definitely call them up for plumbing work next time.

Hunts was, by far, the best service experience Ive ever had when it comes to plumbing. I called them at 7pm at night with a clogged kitchen sink. They had someone out the very next morning. Danny was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and had the issue diagnosed with a solution within 5 minutes. 15 minutes later everything was fixed and cleaned like he was never there. They even gave me a discount b/c they care about their customers. Couldnt recommend them more!

We had a full electrical panel replacement. Gordon and Brian came out and were extremely knowledgeable, competent and friendly. They explained exactly what they were doing at every step of the process which took the better part of a day. They added another much needed outlet in the garage as well. When our city inspector suggested a couple of minor changes they came back the following day and quickly made the revisions. Very happy customer here and I even signed up for the Hunt’s Club as I will definitely use their services in the future.

Very pleased with Tony’s evaluation of our heating system. Found some large leaks in our ductwork that I repaired. This, in itself was worth the visit. I replaced the capacitor on furnace fan as suggested.Also, very pleased with Nic’s inspection of our electrical system. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. Suggestions on outside outlets as well as information on whole house surge protection was much appreciated. We remain big fans of Hunts Services.

I am so delighted they Hunt’s did work for my neighbor which allowed me to observe the workers and their production. I then requested work on a leaking outdoor faucet and received an honest recommendation to install a new water heater while getting this repair. I Knew their recommendation information was correct because I had read it in the consumer guide and from my deceased husband 15 years ago. Was serviced by Justin C. Who assisted me in the purchase of a water heater and was patient after a flaw in the delivery date and time. Excellent professional work and character. The entire staff that assisted me were cordial, provided great customer care/service (something that is a by gone today) and made contact with throughout the process through phone / messenger. Had flooding in my garage. Jerry with plumbing was on site the same day. Few days later the leak was fixed. Hunts removed and reinstalled the hvac. Ed with hvac was amazing. This company installed my dual fuel heating/cooling system (high efficiency gas furnace and heat pump) about a year ago - they did an amazing job with that massive and time sensitive project, I couldn’t have been happier with that. After that install, I signed up for the Hunts Care Club, primarily to extend the warranty on my furnace, but knowing there were other benefits to the Club. I just had my first set of home inspections included in the Club membership and it was a great experience. Hunts tuned up heating/cooling system, flushed my water heater, did inspections of my ducting, a sewer line scope, electrical and plumbing inspection - all included without additional cost to me. There was no pressure to make any upgrades, just a candid conversation with knowledgeable professionals about options (all of which are not even recommended in the next few years at my home). My experience with this company continues to be awesome. I expect to be a Hunt’s customer for a long time. (Thanks Emily and Nic for your great work!)

She also went an extra mile when I said one of my vent is not working. She went through crawl space to identify the root cause. Now I am the monthly member of Hunt’s services as she did an excellent job. You should check out their care program. Definitely recommend their service.

Everybody involved with my sewer repair was absolutely wonderful! The office staff was so incredibly compassionate and professional, The two different teams that came out to do the work were on time, focused, and got the job done when they said they would. They were very organized and extremely competent. Their prices are very fair and if I ever need any plumbing work done I will definitely use Hunts Services again. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work, or sewer work. Danny oversaw the whole project and he was amazing in his knowledge. Jesse lead the team doing the installation of the clean out, and again his knowledge was very reassuring as the process was going along. They have a great crew that were very respectful and friendly, not to mention hardworking. I am so grateful I used this company to get my work done. I had several electrical issues. Some lights and outlets were working while others in the same room were not. The problems were scattered throughout the house. I contacted Hunts and they were able to get an appointment for me the next day. I was kept informed of when the technician would arrive. The technician, Robbie, was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly and he gave me several options for the repair. I opted to go with getting the immediate problems fixed and schedule the remaining work for a later date. He completed the work in a timely manner and also fixed a couple other problems for me.Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I got. From reporting the problem to dispatch to the technician resolving the issue. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be contacting them in the future if I need any electrical work.

I received an immediate text message confirming the appointment, another advising that I’d be contacted when the technician was 30 to 45 minutes away from my location, and another one showing me a photo and a brief message telling me a little bit about the technician. My technician was Robbie.Robbie was outstanding in all areas; professionalism, explaining the issues at hand, and describing the solutions in terms that a layperson can understand. He was able to stay the same day as the estimate was given and completed the work in a very timely manner with no shortcuts! He cleaned up the areas where he worked in a very neat and tidy way, which I appreciate very much.The cost for completing the job was reasonable. I’m more than willing to pay for quality work to get the job done right the first time.Hunts is now my go-to for home service professionals. Thankfully the plumbing problem we were experiencing turned out to be fairly minor and a quick fix. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

A new enameled cast iron tub was successfully moved up three flights of stairs and installed in our small bathroom in one day. We will gladly give Fernando and John of Hunts our recommendation. The techs were professional, thoughtful, considerate, and collaborative in solving for the best outcome. The Hunts Organization communicated well throughout.We contacted Hunts at the recommendation of our neighbor. We called to coordinate a quote and they were very responsive. The initial visit cost $99.00, we were advised, but if they could do the work that day the fee would be discounted from our total. Hunts sent me a reminder text the day before confirming our appointment and then again the morning of our appointment. We waited all day and finally received an advisory text. No techs are available today, if you do not have an emergency situation please call to reschedule and your initial fee will be discounted by $35.00. We rescheduled for later that same week. Fernando came out reviewed our job, gave us a quote to remove an old tub and surround, install the new enameled cast iron tub, and replumb the fixtures for the new tub/shower fixtures we purchased elsewhere. We were charged for the visit less the $35.00 discount. We negotiated the price a bit lower as we would remove the old tub surround ourselves (and Fernando would haul it away). We agreed to the amended bid and paid 1/2 to secure the appointment. On the day of the job Fernando and his apprentice arrived as expected. After looking at the tub and where it had to go, they asked if we would be okay with it if they could not do the job. We were surprised. (They were, reasonably, intimidated by the task of moving a 310# 30x60 tub up three flights of stairs). After a brief strategy consultation we all pitched in to make it happen. Knowing that we were amenable to strategizing, Fernando and John applied all of their expertise to our job engaging us as needed to get our tub into place. The job took all day, but everyone was fully satisfied with the results. Thanks Hunts.

I hired Hunts to fixed a couple of outlets that had lost power randomly. They were very timely to my diagnostic appointment and Ernie was very up front about costs. It seemed like he really did want to fix our issue because he stayed longer than the allotted hour to figure out the most probable cause and what would be a solution to fix it. Ernie was not pushy with getting me to agree to using Hunts for the solution but answered all of my questions to make sure it was the next step I wanted to go with. There was a small issue with getting the follow up appointment scheduled but it was solved easily with a phone call. Ernie was our electrician that came out to do the fix as well and he was very nice and helpful, even switched out our two outlet and a switch box to a four outlet box. Overall would definitely use again, though hopefully we won’t have to haha..

Nate and his two crews installed two new HVAC systems on the main floor and second floor of our 3 story house. The project proved to be more complicated than any of us expected but the Hunt’s team did a fantastic job. They earned an A++ grade from us! It’s an old house with a complicated heating system that needed energy efficient air conditioning. The two crews worked well with each other and with us. They took great care in problem solving the best way to install AC and a new furnace on the 2nd floor. When the experienced crew devised a solid plan they went the extra mile to seek second opinions from their supervisors including the company’s lead electrician. Supervisors took time in their schedules to visit the house as well to ensure all work was matching their functionality and energy efficiency goals. They considered the impact of keeping walls, ceilings and a narrow crawl space in tact. A large obsolete commercial size furnace was hidden (no kidding) behind the old working furnace in the crawl space. They dismantled it piece by piece through the narrow crawl space opening. (Hunt’s thinks the commercial furnace was installed when the house was built in the 1960’s.) The main floor furnace needed a different duct material and the crew used metal fabrication to ensure that ducting for AC condensation would be minimized. The crews worked two very long days to complete the job. They were friendly and kept us informed throughout the day about their progress and consistently asked us if we had questions. Professional and really nice people who cared about the quality of the installation and clean up as if it was their old home! We highly recommend Hunt’s HVAC services.

Hunt Services responded to my message in a day and had an electrician out the next day. The electrician diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything working in a couple hours. I highly recommend Hunt.

I contacted Hunt’s Services about a problem with my porch outlet. Robbie is the name of the technician that came out to help solve my problem. He resolved that problem almost immediately, and the rate was reasonable. Then my wife asked if Robbie could also take a look at a separate outlet issue we had inside our house. This was not the reason why we contacted Hunt’s, but Robbie immediately sprung into action to solve this issue as well. it took a little bit of extra time and once again the rate was affordable and more than fair.We plan to do some work in our upstairs bathroom and we will definitely be calling Hunt’s Services again.

Great service from beginning to end!! Derek who responded to my initial request in record time! was helpful and very friendly (all done via email) and efficient. They stated they would call to confirm time about 1/2 hour prior to arrival which they did and Marc the fixer was so knowledgeable, figured out the problem and fixed it! did not feel like I was gouged which was nice (especially these days!) I highly recommend Hunts Service. They even sent me a little write up on Marc along with a picture before he got here. He was super nice too. All in all 5 stars out of 5!!

We had Alfredo out today, after calling just yesterday and getting a same day appointment.We bought our home last year and our hose bibs leaked then, over the winter the gasket deteriorated badly enough it effected the pressure coming through a hose.He replaced one entirely and repaired another, we tested the back one tonight to set up a sprinkler for my kiddo on the first really warm afternoon of the year and it is SO NICE to be able to turn the water on without wasting half of it and getting soaked in the process.Everyone we spoke too was very warm, the work is great, we will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.
