    Matt from At Your Service Plumbing has been exceptional in every way. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We had a plumbing emergency and he came out right away to help. We have family members with allergies and sensitives and Matt has gone above and beyond to help us trouble shoot and fix any issues we have had that he can help with. He is very honest and I would recommend him highly!

    Matt has been to my place twice now and I have been very impressed with his work. He installed a new toilet and a new hot water tank. He spent a significant amount of time going over all of the possible options for me. Matt is extremely kind, professional, conscientious, informative and honest.     Matt was very professional and resolved my plumbing issues head on. I was given straight forward answers on cost and any possible outcomes but thankfully he was able to fix my drain clog within minutes leaving a clean area and without breaking the bank.     Dan was great. He was clear on prices and products. Installed a new toilet for us and we love it. He left everything neat and tidy and his work was done.Adding on to this. We had Tyler from At Your Service Plumbing completely repipe our house after our old old copper plumbing began to fail. It was a lengthy job, but we were very pleased with the outcome. Tyler and Abel worked hard to get us water back into the house after having no water for about a week. They worked hard to be as least invasive as they could and to explain everything they needed to do and why. At the end of the job, they left everything in good order and clean. We highly recommend this plumbing company and their plumbers.

    AYSP does great work, but Im starting to think they are gouging their customers. I had a tech come re-caulk my kitchen sink and I was charged $585.83!!! Granted, I could have showed him the door, but I really needed my sink re-caulked, so I paid it.... 6 weeks ago I had them put in a new garbage disposal and that cost me more than $900.00! I decided today would be my last time using At Your Service Plumbing. Even though they do good work, theyre prices are outrageous. I rated them 5 stars for their work, not their prices.

    Matt came to our house for a service call and was very transparent in the entire process. When he couldnā€™t determine what was causing my issues with his normal tools, instead of just saying a different type of professional was needed, he continued with his knowledge and found out that our pump system had been turned off inadvertently by someone due to mislabeled circuit breakers in the breaker box. Once he identified the proper circuit breaker, pump turned on, alarm sounded and the backflow to my house was fixed. Matt saved my family thousands of dollars, but more importantly, peace of mind and a non-smelly house, by going above and beyond what he needed to do.I would highly recommend At Your Service Plumbing, and more specifically to ask for Matt when you call. He has made me a valued customer for life.Thanks again for all you did Matt!

    Fantastic! He is a detail person. Took care of problems in many areas. Took pictures of everything and made sure all was working when he finished. The dispatch gave me updates on the estimated time of arrival of the technician. Dan spent more time giving me valuable information on my home plumbing than he did resolving my tankless water heater malfunction. I pride myself in being a DIY homeowner, and just couldnā€™t figure this one out. Even after a call to technical support. Dan took about 5 min and the problem was solved! This company has a very personal feel to them. Dan is like the family doctor, but for your plumbing health. I wasnā€™t price gouged. Dealing with Dan I got a sense of honesty and integrity. This will be the company I will call again and recommend to others.

    I am a preferred customer since 2008, I have never had a adverse service or issue with this company.Dan from At your service has gone above and beyond the normal plumber client service. He has comes in and gives a step by step by step breakdown of how the job will proceed. Answers all questions and gives additional info that the homeowner may not know of the products or service be provided. Anyone who looking for a great customer service oriented company you cant go wrong with this company.Recently after an annual house inspection he came to me to say they found a leak under my shower area. After a preliminary look he notice my entire subfloor for the shower was gone/rotted out, the joists were just as bad. and gave me the names of water damage company to help out with my damage issue. I am grateful for Dans honesty to tell me that info, gave names of companies that dealt with water damage. Dan saved my house from becoming a total loss of my time, revenue, being my home, and the memories that are tied to this house.

The person that did the work was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough and he identified a the cause of a couple of ongoing issues that other plumbers had missed.UPDATE: 3/20 - At Your Service was just out to do a full plumbing inspection that was included with my membership in their Diamond Club and spotted a couple of issues. They are so professional and Tyler was so nice and professional that I am super comfortable having him do more work. Weā€™ve scheduled another round of updates and AYS will be doing all of my plumbing work in the future.     Another GREAT VISIT & SERVICE FROM THE TEAM AT At Your Service Plumbing. If theres an option to give it 10 Stars, we would! The professionalism started when my husband picked up the phone to call our plumbing service AYSP! Liz, the person who scheduled our service on Saturday, was so accommodating, professional, and took great care of our busy schedule. We got scheduled a service to look at our leaky pipes coming from our Guest bathroom tub. The excellent service continued with JR keeping tabs on us and provided effective communication on our scheduled time up to the day of the service. Our FAVORITE PLUMBER Matt came to our rescue (alongside his amazing coworker Austin). After having Matt for three visits already within four months (he took care of our water heater and other endless issues at our new house), we welcomed him like family. We enjoy Matt because hes very respectful of our property, always friendly, patient, and has great positive energy about him! Its hard living with the fact that I suffer from OCD with cleanliness. But with Matt, I NEVER have to worry when he comes over (and thats saying A LOT!!), because he cleans up after himself and is very organized and very respectful. Thats why he is one of the VERY few people I feel at ease with when coming over! And meeting Austin for the first time today, he was very pleasant and very approachable!     Matt P the plumber was AMAZING! He was excellent at explaining what he was going to do in his assessment, what solutions were viable and in what time frame. Once he laid out 3 options to solve my water heater issue, he talked through all of them and helped me understand the pros and cons of each choice. Once we landed on the solution that made the most sense for my family home, he got to work immediately. He said he could be done with everything by the end of the day and he followed through on his promise. He was on time and on budget!     Dan has been my plumber for about 5 years now. He is incredibly knowledgeable.     Originally we called AYSP for a service warranty problem with our disposal. They came several days earlier for the appointment, which was a plus for us. The repair was done quickly. We asked for an estimate for them to do the plumbing on our new generator. The three-man crew came out for a day and checked all of our plumbing systems. They also checked the connection to the generator. They calculated the BTUs for the gas line and contacted the Gas company as well. Very thorough. Everything was explained by Brett ni detail. He is very pleasant, kind and efficient. For an undertaking like we are doing with our full house generator, we felt like we understood the whole process and what it entails more clearly.     Very happy with the service and professionalism of At Your Service Plumbing, and Tyler in particular. I had a pipe that suddenly started leaking and the problem was identified quickly, scheduled for repair in less than a week, and the repair completed in half a day. All along the way Tyler informed me of the scope of the project, all the steps involved and (without any pressure) pointed out other areas to be aware of for potential issues and future repair.     Matt solved a mystery we were having for our low pressure hot water coming out of our shower. We know we may need to bite the repiping bullet at some point in the future but he was not giving up on solving our problem today after replacing the insert and still having very low pressure.     Have worked with At Your Service for YEARS! It finally came time that we really needed to replace the galvanized pipes in our home that was built in the early 60s. Because of the size of the job we got some estimates from several plumbers in the local and Seattle area. Andy and Brett went through the entire house and crawl space to really understand the job to prepare an absolutely reasonable estimate.     We have used At Your Service Plumbing for few different reasons since buying our old (new to us) home in June. Each time, Zachary has been the plumber who comes out and each time he has been incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. This past experience ended up being a larger problem and required external sewer pipe experts to come out. Zachary provided a fantastic referral and we began the next step in our very costly Christmas surprise journey. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to us, Zachary was working behind the scene with Kathy, the owner of At Your Service Plumbing to show extra care and kindness.     Brett arrived in a timely manner, got right to work with evaluating the cost, which he presented to me. It seemed expensive, but when you have a leaky shower, it is worth it. He worked on repairing the faucet, had to leave to get parts, returned and had it finished within three hours. He was diligently, respected my home, and the shower faucet handle is fixed completely with no leaks. Excellent!

    This company is very thorough and reliable.They communicate promptly about any changes in scheduling. They are meticulous about wearing shoe covers and using mats to protect the floor. He was was fast, efficient, and super friendly.(Visit two, 2022)This is my second time using this business to help me with some household plumbing. Both times, the technicians were on time, fixed my problem quick, and didnt try and oversell me on repairs.I love in a 110 year old house with some weird DIY holdovers from the previous owners that need to be updated.     We were upgrading our toliets. They havent been changed since the 70s. Had a 1 piece hose & pipe connection for water. It was old and burst when we changed toliet out. Called up AYSP on Monday after temp fix didnt work, owner apologized that first appt available was the following Monday. We took appt, happy to wait as it wasnt emergency. Owner called on Friday and confirmed appt for Monday morning. Got call from him again when plumber was 10mins out. Thankfully plumber was prompt, and courteous. Fixed issue after inspection and quote, took less than an hour. Plumber was fast and efficient, as hes seen same issue several thousands of times in the area over the years. Were happy to have plumber we can call in the future.

    Very courteous and professional. Looked at my two plumbing problems, then showed me what was going on, the options available and what they would cost.     I had a shut off valve installed so this 72 yr old woman wouldnt have to crawl under my house and a water regulator. I have older pipes the water regulator takes the pressure off the old pipes so they last longer.Tyler and Matt were the gentleman who did the work.     Our water gas water heater was 17 years old, installed by the previous owner, and had probably never been drained or inspected.We decided to replace rather than wait for failure. Been there done that.Matt arrived exactly when they said he would. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His truck had a complete inventory of parts and tools. Within a couple of hours he was finished. The new heater is anchored (the old one wasnā€™t), it sits in a pan (the old one didnā€™t) and has a leak alarm. We couldnā€™t be more pleased and weā€™ll call them next time we need plumbing.

Andy had several styles on his truck and installed everything the same day. It really is one stop shopping!.
