I had to get my hot water heater diagnosed as it was not heating my water. Workhouse was recommended to me through a Facebook group. I emailed on a Friday and got an immediate response. They scheduled someone to come out on Monday morning. Kevin was on time and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. He explained what the issue was and told me how my system worked. He was able to get the part (mixing valve) and fix the problem in no time at all. The cost was more than I expected, but that was divulged prior to any work beginning. Overall, it was a good experience.

Highly recommend. WorkHouse Plumbing & Gas performed theses services in a timely, complete, professional, service-oriented way: Disconnect and reconnect cooktop gas line and sink/dishwasher lines. After new granite counter tops were installed WorkHouse returned and assembled and installed a new, down draft gas cook-top in the kitchen island. They installed a new garbage disposal and faucet. Then reconnected all plumbing.

Kevin Forsythe and the entire WorkHorse team were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We were referred to WorkHouse by the scheduled plumber that had to cancel the same morning. Workhouse was able to come the same day to provide a quote with a very detailed description of the 3 items they recommended be performed. We ended up doing 2 of the 3 repairs because the other was only a recommendation. The first item, the sewer ejector pump was non functional, so they replaced that for $2,8k. The second item to replace the drain line $1,7k and install a back flow was mandatory bc previous drain line was illegal per plumbing code. Again all of this was spelled out in detail in my quote and discussed verbally to me by Kevin before he left my home after conducting a very thorough inspection of the entire basement and outside where the previous pipeline drained, well worth the $89 investigation fee (that they then credited back for the work performed). Workhouse was able to come the very next day to do the repairs and completed the work in under 2 hours.

Kevin came out on short notice and gave me two estimates to replace my water heater. I decided on the more capable but more expensive 75 gallon system. Kevin and Zack did a great job installing it the same day. Unfortunately the tank must have been damaged in transit. It’s got a dent near the bottom. Doesnt affect performance at all but I was surprised that no consideration was offered for what appears to be a system from the scratch and dent stock.

When our usual plumber stopped servicing Vienna, they recommended WorkHouse Plumbing, which responded swiftly to my call. The diagnosis was that we needed to replace three faucets in addition to hooking up a new fridge to the water line. I bought the hardware and a WorkHouse team led by the cheerful and efficient Zach Tessena made a quick return to install. Plumbing is never cheap, but we got a better deal with them than with another firm I contacted.After three months we discovered a small but persistent leak in one of the faucets. WorkHouse responded immediately to my call and sent a crew the next day. It turned out to be a faulty piece of hardware that WorkHouse replaced at no cost for us although the fault was not theirs. I call that excellent service!Zach and his team deserve special credit for quick response time, efficient work, respectful use of masks and shoe covers, and their positive attitude. Responsiveness and good communication seem to be hallmarks of this company.

I tried turning off the main water valve to my home that I’m not even moved in to yet and it started to leak everywhere. Down the drywall, puddle on the floor- two gallons within 90 minutes. To say I’m thankful/grateful/appreciative is not enough. Workhouse was my fourth phone call down the Google search- literally answering my frantic call at exactly midnight. 3 other companies told me they wouldn’t have emergency technicians until after 8am. This is a family business and initially the owner offered me a way to check my fixture so that I could avoid the service call and get back to having a working sink. I was glad to have someone offer to pass up easy money for the benefit of someone who they had not done business with yet. I still wanted to replace the faucet due to a leak so I called back and there was no opening in the schedule for 6 days. However, as an opening came available they reached out and were able to accommodate me the next day! When the men (Owners sons) arrived on time they were polite, efficient, and answered my questions. We had severe septic/plumbing issues at a new home we bought. I called workhouse plumbing and spoke to Morris about our issues. He was very professional and prompt in speaking to me. He listened to my issues and explained he didnt know much about septic systems (which I appreciated the honesty) but he would come out and look at what I had going on and if it was all septic issues and not plumbing and nothing he could do for me that he wouldnt charge me anything. He showed up on scheduled day and communicated w me an hour before he was to show up. He and his son came out and checked my whole system out and found septic and plumbing issues. He repaired all the plumbing stuff and kept me informed during the process on what and why and how much is was going to cost me. He was in target for the market in prices. No price gauging in my opinion. But more important that any of the money I spent w him was that , I felt like I got honest hard work and things were getting fixed correctly the first time. There would be no repeat calls for same problems. They were fixed. He gave me some advice on what he thought I should do to move forward on septic issues and some things to listen for when I hired a septic company. This was over and above his job at this point. He could have just said sorry cant help but he didnt. He took the time. I also love this company for its family atmosphere. Wife dad sons. This is rare. I have sent several friends to him also and everyone has the same great experience so we all keep referring him. Glad I chose workhouse plumbing

Workhouse Plumbing provided outstanding service that was fairly priced, quick, on time and came prepared. The original estimate included the replacement of the entire stack pipe from the 2nd floor to the basement. Morris diagnosed that only a section of pipe needed to be replaced and did not do any unnecessary repairs or replacement. Additionally, when cutting through the drywall, he was very careful not to disturb the crown, chair and baseboard moulding and only removed the necessary sections to gain access to the pipe. We would highly recommend Workhouse Plumbing.
