    I strongly recommend Quick Drains Plumbing for any and all your plumbing problems. Our water heater went out on a Friday night. My wife asked for quality and dependable plumbers for our job. Quick Drains was recommended and we left a message. The next morning James contacted us and sent us a quote. He mentioned that most plumbing supply stores are closed and he would see if he could get our tank. James came through. He showed up around 2pm and was done before 4. James was very professional and polite, and didnt mind us watching him work. I strongly suggest and recommend Quick Drains for any plumbing work you may have.

    This experience was not was I was expecting to happen on my Saturday morning, however I was glad when I googled and Quick Drain was the first to pop up. James took my call, gave me some advice on how to diagnosis the potential problem. I sent him pictures and said he could have a technician sent out. He gave me a time he would be to my home and he was there with a courtesy call when he was 30 minutes out.David was the technician was very friendly, respectful and he kept me informed of each process he was doing the entire time he was here. He made sure to put on shoe covers out of respect and he cleaned up when he was done.     I recently had Quick Drains Plumbing come out to fix my tankless water heater and run a gas line for my stove. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.     James and David at Quick Drains are very responsive, and do excellent work. One of our toilets was backing up into a bathtub, and they were able to come out the same day. David advised us of what was going on every step of the way, and was able to resolve the problem that day. My friend and I were curious as to what was going on, and David walked us through everything he was doing, explaining things and making sure that we understood without talking down to us because we are women. I highly recommend Quick Drains.

    I had Quick Drains replace my water line and hot water heater about a year ago and they did an outstanding job. I waited on this review to ensure their work survived the test of time and Im happy to say it has.The water line replacement required them to dig a hole in my front yard and cut into the concrete sidewalk. The grass was carefully removed so they could to put it right back in place once the job was done. Afterward, my yard continued to grow like nothing had happened. They also poured a new concrete square for the sidewalk.My hot water heater is under the stairs and even though there wasnt much room, they installed it quickly and it looked like they were able to do it effortlessly. They took care not to damage my hard wood floors and they cleaned up after they were done.I cant praise the professionalism of these guys enough. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Quick Drains.

    James from Quick Drains Plumbing came out to identify a suspected leak in our home. He was in our home within an hour and immediately found the issue. James customer service was outstanding, as he talked us through everything he did to find our leak. Once he found our leak, he walked us through options to handle it, including recommending other top-notch local companies that cover the non-plumbing/drywall repair work. Going back to James arrival, he briefly laid out basic pricing for his visit and any potential additional charges if he discovered complications before he started working. I find that valuable.     James and Quick Drains was excellent to work with! We had an issue with our main sewer line at 9pm at night and James was at my place at 8am the next morning. He diagnosed the issue, walked me through talking to the county Utilities folks (lovely people, by the way!), and had the issue excavated and repaired a week later with permits and inspection done. Such a breath of fresh air when I really needed it! Thanks James and team.

    The professionalism from the time I called throughout the time David showed up Monday is historic.     We had two very different experiences, both were excellent. No 1 was an emergency repair of our main water line when the street meter failed. That issue was diagnosed quickly and solved to restore our service. No 2 helped us split our incoming service line to separate irrigation from house water and install a Moen flow meter. The work was excellent, pleasant, informative efficient and economical.

    Faucet and sink installation for a pedestal sink. Very quick response time, friendly and professional. Did not make any messes, cleaned up after themselves and did not damage the walls.     James was very prompt and very professional in addressing our issues with the hose connector of the new washer we purchased. The delivery staff could not replace the hot water hose connector because it was old and was stuck, and they did not want to force taking it off because they were afraid it would break and cause more problems. We knew it was time to call Quick Drains Plumbing , and sure enough James was able to fix it and install the new hose connector. I would recommend Quick Drains Plumbing for any plumbing issues.     Just wanted to take a moment to give Quick Drains a 5 star review. My husband and I had a major issue with our main drain and it had been an ongoing issue for two years. We had several roots and other items trapped in our main line from when the previous owner lived here. We tried several alternatives with different plumbers before getting with James from quick drains to actually excavate, cut and replace the pipe. James was honest and knowledgeable through the entire process. My husband and I were given a few quotes ranging from 12-15k to finish the job. Unfortunately that was just way out of our budget. We explained the situation to James, who worked with us for a much more reasonable amount and was able to meet us at a price point that we felt was fair considering the amount of work that needed to be done. James and his partner applied for the city permit on a Monday and by Thursday they were here bright and early to do the work.They were quick, efficient, honest and punctual. We will continue to use James and his company for any other plumbing needs we may have. If youā€™re looking for quality work, look no further than Quick Drains.

    I would give them over 5 stars if I could. About 2 weeks ago, we installed some mirrors in our basement home gym and noticed a water droplet hanging from the bottom part of the mirror, which was odd to us because there was nothing around this mirror that would create water. We removed the mirror and water started trickling from the where the nail is screwed into the wall. I started freaking out since we just had a fairly big storm the previous night and I thought it might be something bad. I called several different plumbing companies, and I was told the earliest availabilities would either be next week or late in the afternoon. Not knowing where the source of the water was coming from kept me in a panic. Thats when I came across Quick Drains. James answered my phone call, and I explained to him what was going on. He was at my house in less than 30 minutes, literally. He was able to quickly identify that it was a weirdly placed sewer pipe that we accidentally drilled into when installing the mirrors. He fixed the issue within the hour and was able to refer us to Semper Dry to see what steps we should take since it was sewer water leakage. He was VERY detailed, professional, respectable, and explained all the steps he was doing and his thoughts about what Semper Dry might need to do to sanitize the area. Overall, HIGHLY recommend Quick Drains to everyone and anyone, especially if you live in the Stafford area since he will probably get to you quick as well.

    Quick Drains Plumbing was contacted concerning leaking water shutoff valves located under the kitchen sink. I discussed the problem and price estimates with James over the phone on Saturday and an appointment was set up for Monday morning. James showed up as promised on Monday morning and surveyed the work that needed to be done. Unfortunately the valves under the sink were approximately 18 yrs old and needed to be replaced with newer valves that had a different configuration for the dishwasher supply line. This required James to go and purchase the new valves and a dishwasher supply line. James was required to pull out the dishwasher to replace the supply line and was extremely clean and careful not to scratch or harm the flooring. After the new valves were replaced and the dishwasher supply line was installed ā€” James also reconfigured the kitchen sink drain plumbing to replace older pipes and to reconfigure the drain pipes due to eliminating the garbage disposal. His work was very clean and professional and when he was completed you could see a true professional had completed the job. I highly recommend James and Quick Drains Plumbing for completing the job in a very timely, reasonably priced, clean, professional manner. Thank You.

As this was not something we could wait on, I solicited several estimates from different plumbing companies based on price and how fast they could start. We called and got James who assigned a team member who came out the next business day and replaced the pumps and valves. Loren was efficient, informational and was clean. Ill use them again for sure. Price was what others have quoted but there is no doubt that the responsiveness and service was much more here and they helped us fast so we wont have floods.
