Today I used PNH, plumbing and their service, care, and quick response is nothing short of a miracle! Our family had been without water for 3 days and we were quoted above 12,000 for a new pump and all the trimmings which we’re absolutely unnecessary! I called PNH and they came within a 2 hour window and they found the problem replaced my water pump and gave my family water the same day within 4 hours. We were told by the other company that it would take 3-5 days to get the parts then 2 days to install. Mr. Phil looked at my system and assured we only needed the pump everything else was fine! They got my pump working and we have water. So from now on I will be calling PNH for all my plumbing and well needs! They are phenomenal and I recommend their services hands down! Noticed mid afternoon that we had almost no water pressure. Realized we had a potential problem with our well pump or tank. Called these folks and they showed up within the hour to diagnose the issue. They determined it was the tank that needed replacement. I had mentioned that my wife was having surgery the next morning and I was worried about not having water in the house. They got a new tank for us and installed it the same day! they said they didn’t want us to have to worry about that on top of my wife’s surgery. They were very kind! Polite, on time and professional throughout the entire job.The price was very fair! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Great customer service!

PNH Plumbing was absolutely great, I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. I have had a lot of water problems since I moved into my current place. PNH came and discussed my options with me and and gave me the reasons for my water problems. They installed my water conditioning system and my water is great now. They went out of their way to make sure my system was working correctly, all while sticking to their price quote, even when problems not relating to them cost them time. These guys want to make sure the job is done correctly and that their customers are satisfied.

My well pump died on a Friday and I contacted another company to come out for a replacement but, it looked like my well had collapsed... nothing but clay and silt. Well drilling companies informed me that a new well ($10k+) would need up to 6 months lead time. I was looking at renting a water tank just to have water in the house! I left a message with PNH. As they came up as a well company. Phil (correct spelling?) called me back after business hours and said that he has had success rehabbing wells... glimmer of hope heres the price was 1/3 the price of a well. He and his team came out, ran a camera, did some testing and started their process which was, to me, basically pumping high pressure water to blow out the mud in there over a couple of days... going from almost black water to ultimately clear! Also found out my well seems to replenish quickly and was in good condition! They replaced the dead pump and left me with good pressure and water that doesnt smell and has, so far minimal particulates coming up. His team was awesome... they answered all my questions... they were enthusiastic about what they do and we also talked cars and general life. While we didnt come up with any answers to lifes mysteries,.. they did an amazing job with the well and a new pressure tank and pipes in the house. They showed integrity and I was impressed with their general professionalism, knowledge and skills. If you are ever told you need a new well.. contact these people first. Theyll test it for you and give you an honest answer. Cant hurt and with the cost and wait periods in Virginia currently, its a small price to pay to potentially save thousands. I would definitely use them again for all plumbing and well needs. Good guys.

I called Phil on a Saturday morning about a leak I had in my well. A team member stopped by in the early afternoon, made an assessment, gave me a quote. They came out Sunday morning, made the repair in a few hours, cleaned up and left.A few hours later, Phil called checking on my satisfaction and if the repair was working well. I told him everything seemed to be in working order and thanked him again for the quick response and repair.Phil stopped by around 6:30pm to collect payment. I was grilling burgers at the time. I offered one to Phil. Phil left with his payment and a fresh juicy cheeseburger.They did a phenomenal job and we appreciate all the hard work. Our well water quit working completely on a Saturday morning and backed up with tons of sediment and clogged pipes, etc. I called PNH on a Saturday and Phil spent a lot of his personal time (no charge) on both Saturday and Sunday to try to walk us through fixing it. We couldn’t fix it Ourselves but he and Clayton had it fixed and running within hours! They were both very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and really explained things about our water filtration system that no plumbers, or even the company who maintenances it could ever explain. I will never use another plumber/well repair company again. Very honest, knowledgeable, and hard workers, would definitely recommend!

Had an issue with my main bath toilet being clogged the first day my family and I moved in. Went through Angies List to find reputable plumbers in the area. I requested quoted from PNH Plumbing and Well Services and a competitor of theirs. The competitor stated it was an after hours job and would cost an additional $100 on top of the repair for them to come out. Phillip from PNH called me directly 30 minutes after and gave me a suggested fix over the phone. His fix worked like a charm. Called him back 10 minutes after and he also provided additional preventative maintenance actions for the rest of the toilets in my house. I really appreciated the honest, straight shooting advice and will be using PNH Plumbing and Well Services in the future for needed repairs.

Very pleased with the work and cost. Phil was able to give me an estimate the same day I called about a water main leak. He explained several options that may have to take place once they started working, either repair or replace. His costs were much lower than other estimates I received. Fortunately they were able to repair my leak and had the work completed in 2 days. I would recommend PNH for any work you may need to be done.

This is how you run a plumbing company -- Phil, and his employees, are dedicated to getting the job done right. We were very pleased with the work they did to get a water-treatment system installed in a home we recently purchased. We are on well-water, and the water had heavy iron content, was highly acidic, and also contained small bits of shale -- Phil was able to get a system installed that left our water crystal clear, iron-free, and pH neutral.We found Phil a pleasure to work with, extremely customer oriented, and couldnt recommend him more.

The well pump quit working. PNH Plumbing was sent by my home warranty company. Not only did the pump need to be replaced, but the well had to be flushed. It was done in a timely manner and reasonably price. There’s an in-law apartment attached to the house. The sewage grinder pump quit working and over flowed all over the bottom floor. PNH Plumbing returned to fix and replace the pump. Found out the pump wasn’t the right pump and it had seized up. The alarm did not go off because a wire was broke. Above the sewage assist tank is the hot water heater. Who ever worked on it broke the electrical plug. It’s a wonder the house didn’t catch on fire. PNH Plumbing fixed it all. When the pump was turned on they found out there was a clog in the sewage line. It just wasn’t a clog, the sewage line was broken. Now the yard needed to be dug up from the front to the back to replace the sewer line. PNH plumbing fixed it all and made sure everything was fixed and my house was safe. I will hire this company for any future plumbing needs. They are honest and well priced.

My story:Last week, I had raw sewage backing up in to my basement tub. I needed a plumber in the worst way ASAP. Lucky for me, the first 6 plumbers I called were too busy. Again luck, I called PNH Plumbing and talked with Phil and explained my situation. Also too busy, Phil could not get a guy to my home, but could hear and understand that I needed help ASAP. Called PNH and they answered, talked us through what they thought problem might be and what time they would arrive next morning. Replaced entire in-house well bladder, replaced PVC valves, and purged system, and hot water heater (no extra charge) as a precaution. Final cost exactly what was estimated without extra charges. Called PNH first thing in the morning for a cracked well cover due to a fallen tree. They quickly came by and gave an estimate and said they would be back in the evening or first thing the next morning after they finished their scheduled job. They came back that afternoon and replaced the well cover and added an extension to the well bore to stop ground water from leaking into the well. On top of their professional and friendly service they also knocked $50 off their quoted estimate, which was very reasonable, especially for same day service.

I had a sump pump problem that was causing flooding in my basement. They came out and accessed the issue, they gave me a temporary solution for the pump. Then we scheduled the day and time to have them come out and dig out the area to see if the foundation wall had a crack or not and seal it. Found out that the wall was Ok but the wall that supports the stoop wasnt finished and had a gap to where there were roots going through and that is where the water was seeping into the house. They gave me an estimate and the price was very reasonable. They fixed it and completed everything in one day!!! They left my front yard better then ever! They are fantastic! I wish there were more people like them, professional, and willing to help and find the best solution for the customer.

Our home has a well, and we recently began having issues with it running out of water due to extra demand from company stay with us. Not a fun experience when it happens mid shower.After an internet search, we called PNH Plumbing and Wells and are glad we did. They impressed from the start; made us a priority, worked us into their schedule, and quickly came out and diagnosed the problem…a bad well pressure tank. They also performed a well recovery test. What impressed me the most was the phenomenal job of communicating with us, took the time to explain in layman’s terms how our well system works, and what was causing the problem. Given my well recovery rate, we decided to go with a large (92 gallon) pressure tank. They came out the next day to install it. Again PNH Plumbing and Wells did a fantastic job communicating to let us know when to expect them. The new tank was installed as promised even though the PNH team had to work late. Bottom-line, the problem was fixed and I’ve had no issues since.If you are having well or plumbing issues and are looking for a master plumber that is trustworthy, professional and a fantastic communicator; look no further. I give my PNH Plumbing and Wells my highest recommendation because they earned it. I will be a customer for life and will call them whenever I need help from a master plumber that I can trust.

What started out as a small leak behind the toilet turned into a complete bathroom remodel. The guys began the work ASAP and finished efficiently and precisely. Bathroom was gutted, plumbing was redone, and then a entirely new bathroom was installed. It was nice walking in each afternoon to be greeted by such friendly men. I have no complain. Bonus for households with pets as they simply love animals! We currently have them in for more work and will definitely continue to use PNH Plumbing in the future! For folks who lack knowledge on these kind of house projects the men will literally answer each question thoroughly and explain in detail what exactly is going on and what will be done.

We were out of town when alarms went off regarding both our septic tank and water heater. We called PNH and Phil walked me through helping our dog sitter through the process of shutting off the alarms and relieving us of the stress of trying to work out the problem from across the country. Phil explained everything about the septic tank, the water heater and what the choices were to best solve the problem for what needed to be done. Zero pressure. Zero sales pitch. Suggested a better alternative to our current system but declined the suggestion after the amount of work involved. Potentially giving up thousands in profit.He helped us understand what all was involved in care and maintenance of both the septic tank (our first) and our well, also our first.Very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to spend whatever time is needed to get you up to speed with regard to the plumbing problem you are working to correct.I would highly recommend PNH for any and all plumbing needs of your home.

I live in Nokesville and recently had an issue with my well pump and needed it repaired ASAP. I spoke with a few vendors and decided to contract PNH Plumbing and We’ll Service. They were able to replace my well pump within 20 hours of my initial call. I could not be more pleased with the responsiveness and speed in which my pump was replaced. Had an issue with the water pressure in our house being really low so I sent an inquiry on their website and got a phone call from their owner 10 min later. He had one of his techs come out within 2 hours to look at the issue and had our pressure back to normal within the hour. Very professional group and Royce did a great job.
