    I use Doug Turner Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs, and they’ve always done a solid job. Repairs are completed with no problems. Recently after washing a load of clothes, my laundry room and kitchen floor flooded. Chris from Turner Plumbing came out and solved a very complex problem. We had a cracked PVCPVC pipe in the washing machine drain line, very difficult to get to and fix. Chris evaluated the problem, explained everything fully to me, and then did a great job with the repairs. I’m really pleased with Chris’s work, and very relieved not to worry about flooding our floors again. If you want quality plumbing work done with a company that stands behind their work, choose Doug Turner Plumbing. By the way, I very rarely leave any reviews, but I felt one was definitely deserved in this instance.

    Joey and Terry did an outstanding job installing a new water heater in my attic. Also updated my A/C condensation drains and added a clean out for it. Great advice backed up with excellent skills. I also really appreciate the excellent and professional communications from the office in scheduling and keeping me informed. The guys arrived right on time with all the equipment and tools they needed. A virtual inspection went well and they left the work areas spic and span.

    Had another plumber come to my house to check out the low pressure that I was having the plumber told me it was my tankless water heater that I had to flush it before they could determine if the tankless water heater was bad so I called Doug Turner plumbing, set up appointment they were here on time. On time and ready to get to work was the result. Had many questions about this and that (hot water heater questions and post SNOVID plumbing issues) and not once did I feel that I was being “upsold” on anything. Honest assessment and direct answers are very appreciated.Then to the actual work order that required cutting sheetrock and running a water line to the garage. This was a pleasant surprise to see the cuts were done precisely and carefully to the point where I could reuse the pieces that were cut to patch the wall back up.     Doug Turner’s plumbers replaced the flapper valve assembly in one of my Kholer toilets. Not an easy job as on these toilets the water tank must be removed to replace the flapper valve assembly. The plumbers identified themselves upon their arrival and donned protective shoe covering before entering my house. They scoped the work, then presented me with a clear estimate. Upon me approving the work they set to work immediately. Upon completing the approved work they cleaned the work area and demonstrated to me the operation of the newly installed flapper valve

    This was our first experience with Doug Turner Plumbing Co., though we have tried other companies in Sugar Land. Damon was our plumber and we were so impressed with his knowledge, work ethic, and very pleasant personality. We had several problems and questions from clogged drains, drippy faucets, to washer water hookup issues.. Damon diagnosed each problem, gave me a written and verbal explanation of work needed along with pricing. We gave our Ok to start the job and Damon set to work.     Joey came twice. The evening of the call for a water service leak, he came by to assess if a repair was possible. But it needed some major digging. He promised to return the next day with assistance. We discussed approach and mutually decided to chase down the leak rather than replace entire line. After an hour from arrival, he found the leak. A failed pipe joint. It took only 3 hours including 45 minutes for glue to guarantee cure before backfilling. Have already had two neighbors to ask who did the work. I will be bringing this company back annually for inspections inside house plus water heater flushing.

    It is hard to find professional, punctual companies these days. I called Doug Turner Plumbing around midnight to report an urgent issue. As expected, emergency rates were a bit high so I opted to have them come out the next day.     Ever since my home sewer line clogged from tree roots about 12 years ago, I’ve had a plumber come out every 2 years and run a motorized snake through the line to prevent that from happening again. Sam came out this time and did the job. He was on time, called ahead to tell me his arrival time, was courteous and had no issue with me looking over his shoulder. They were there by 8:30 and replaced the water heater and drip pan immediately.
