We have been using Mr. Parker for close to 20 years. Hes an old timer that never tries to upscale you or price gouge you. He just fixes what needs to be fixed.

My downstairs AC unit went out last night. The unit was set to 69 but it was 73 degrees inside when I got up (and it was only going to get warmer as the day progressed). I went outside to look at the unit and it was not engaging. I called W.F. Parker at about 7:30 on a Monday morning, described the problem, and he said he could be out shortly. He showed up a little over an hour later, fixed the problem (the capacitor was fried) and was done in about 30 minutes. AC worked great after that. What a relief, considering we were heading into 8 straight days of humid, 90+ degree July heat. Same day fix at the beginning of a heat wave and at a reasonable price? Absolutely more than I was expecting. I have used them before and will continue to use them for all on my HVAC needs. They are truly awesome and I will recommend to any who ask.

What a pleasure dealing with reliable professionals at WF Parker. Despite tough access and working conditions, Parkers fixed the issue quickly and at a great price. I will definitely use them again. The tech came back in the evening to finish after getting a part. Tough to find that level of dedication these days. Easily deserves the five stars and more.I used A-Advanced to fix the A/C previously and they were like crooks in my opinion.
