My husband and I believe in calling local companies for work around our house. I check these companies out by reading ALL customer reviews before deciding which local, small business company to call.After reading about many plumbing services, I called Haynes Plumbing Services for two reasons: they are a local company, and their reviews were positive overall. Plus, I drive by their office and see their trucks in my neighborhood.What do I like about this business? The office assistant was professional when I scheduled the appointment and offered choices for days and time slots. On our appointment day, we received a text and photo of the plumber. Then, the office assistant called us in the morning, notifying us that our plumber, TJ, maybe later than anticipated due to the first job. We appreciated the phone call.Our plumber arrived around the expected time. TJ was cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. My husband showed him the tasks and gave us the estimate (replacing the garbage disposal and installing a guest bathroom sink). Although the prices were high, we agreed to complete the jobs. TJ immediately went to work on the garbage disposal. We talked to him while he was working, and TJ respectfully answered all our questions or responded to our comments.His next task was the bathroom faucet; the old one was on a pedestal sink. Again, TJ went to work, and after several attempts, he gave us unfortunate news. He told us there would be an added cost because he could not remove the piping. He explained he needed to remove the sink to replace the faucet, so he would have to charge us extra. Much to my disappointment, the cost was very high, but TJ explained that he would position the sink so we would have access to the pipes in the future.We felt TJ was sensitive to the change from the original estimate and did not push it. He merely waited. We agreed, and TJ went to work. He finished the job, cleaned up any residual mess, and explained what he did. Even though replacing two pieces of plumbing equipment was EXPENSIVE, I will call Haynes again for my plumbing needs. Its the little things that take notes for me. However, I would have rated the service a 4.5 because of the cost, but the STARS represent whole numbers.

I would 100% recommend Haynes Plumbing for any plumbing issue. They came out the same day I called for a quote to replace the water main to my home. They were prompt in every aspect, from texting me to inform me of their arrival, to providing a quote, scheduling the repair, and they were even able to do the repair 2 days ahead of time. Everyone was courteous from the receptionist to the gentlemen who did the repairs. I am so relieved to have had such a positive experience with Haynes Plumbing and I will be recommending them to my friends and family and I will be using them in the future should I have any other plumbing issues.

Haynes Plumbing Services was a lifesaver when our sewer line broke and backed up into our house. They responded quickly and got right to work, digging down 14 feet to fix the issue. Junior, who handled our job, was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything clearly along the way, making sure we understood each step. You could tell he genuinely cared and he was so easy and great to work with. He was there for every step of the job which spanned over a few days and was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions, no matter how big or small. Despite the major work, they left the yard in great shape. I couldn’t have asked for an easier fix to such an unwanted problem. Highly recommend Junior and Haynes Plumbing Services!

John is a model businessperson, taking the needs and request of the customer seriously and ensuring he leaves the customer completely satisfied. John ensured to assuage any concerns I had, and thoroughly communicated to me any explanations so I could have a better understanding of some of the things I was concerned about. I have chosen to use Haynes Plumbing Services moving forward with all of my plumbing needs, and I recommend that anyone needing these services use them, as well. We had a leak in the water line leading from the street to the house. We called Haynes Plumbing and were glad we did. Mr. Haynes and his staff were professional, helpful and polite! They offered customer service in a fashion that is extremely rare these days. They responded quickly and arrived when they said they would. The work was completed when they said it would be completed. It was done with minimal inconvenience to us. Our water was off for only about 1 hour. Our entire yard was NOT dug up because Mr. Haynes has some pretty amazing technology that allowed him to lay new line without digging up the entire yard. They cleaned up after the work. And they were reasonably priced! If you need a plumber, I highly recommend you call Haynes Plumbing. They are knowledgeable, experienced, honest, and very helpful!

I called Haynes Plumbing for a second opinion on a clogged master bathroom toilet. Another company came out prior to Haynes and quoted an outragous amount to snake my toilet. Jacob arrived on time to my appointment and was able to explain the issue, quote a resonable price and perform the repair all within a half hour. Next time, I know just to call Haynes first.

Its never a good thing when your hot water heater breaks. Haynes plumbing was able to be onsite and troubleshoot within 2 hours of me frantically calling. Steve cleared his schedule, ordered us a new hotwater heater, installed it and fixed a few other random plumbing issues all within less than 24 hours. He was extremely helpful, professional and saved me from a minor mental breakdown. We will ONLY be using and recommending Haynes to everyone we know for plumbing.

Jacob was to my home to fix a shower valve leak that was leaking into the basement ceiling.Jacob did an excellent job with the repair and cleanup of the area afterwards after as well because this job required cutting into drywall.Jacob was friendly and efficient as was the Haynes representatives who assisted me with a few reschedules I ended up having to make more than once.Overall great customer service, quality, and pricing.

Excellent service. They were very prompt to return my call as a new customer after my sump (installed by a competitor only a couple of years prior) failed during a heavy storm. They came out the next day and were able to install a new system that same day they inspected it. Thats almost unheard of anymore. And the tech Jacob was fantastic--extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy to have found a dependable company and will recommend to everyone.

Called Haynes plumbing about my broken tub nozzle and leaking 30 year old pipes, got immediate response and survey of my situation, upon survey of my plumping, it was pointed out that my water heater was 20 years old, and leaking too, I ask could it all be replace and have old tub replaced with new stand up shower and all the old pipes and water heater replaced in one visit, response was absolutely no problem. Haynes plumping sent out Steve Jackson. Steve Jackson in one and a Half day did it all, with absolutely a amazing and such a Professional job, that I just had to write a review......Next time I have any kind of Plumping issue, I will surely call Haynes Plumbing, got the number saved on my iPhone........Thank you Steve Jackson and your helper Kid Rock and Haynes Plumbing for the Professional Job, Wifey and I are very pleased and Happy...........

I called Haynes Plumbing to give an estimate to replace a 60 gallon hot water tank with a tankless hot water heater. Jacob came on time and gave a great assessment on the current status of the leaking hot water tank and an excellent overview of what would be needed to convert the system to a tankless.After consulting 2 other companies, I felt most confident in the assessment that Jacob provided, plus the estimate was over $2,000 less than the other companies I consulted.I ended up buying the tankless unit (Navien 240) on my own and had Jacob do the install. It took them a lot less time than I thought it would and the owner of the company came out to help with the gas line.I highly recommend Haynes Plumbing to do this type of work, and based on the quality of work I would easily recommend them for any type of plumbing work. The next time I need plumbing work done, I am calling Haynes.

I contacted Haynes to repair a couple of ongoing leaks in my bathroom an kitchen I had that I attempted to patch myself with no luck. TJ was sent to do the repairs and did excellent work. After seeing him struggle with one of the jobs that ultimately ended up being more work than both of us had expected, I was glad I finally called someone to handle the repairs.TJ was nice and professional. Answered any questions I had. When I asked if he could even out a hole in the drywall that had to be cut to access the bathtub plumbing (so that I could install an access panel instead of having to patch the drywall) he did so with no problem.Overall Im satisfied with the work and professionalism. The price wasnt even too bad considering everything that was done and how quickly.

Just want to thank Haynes and their technician TJ for resolving a very difficult issue with my tankless water heater. After doing extensive diagnostics with Rinnai tech support, it was determined that I had a gas issue and too much gas was the cause of it not working. I called the gas company and they indeed found that the home regulator had failed and my gas pressure was all over the place. This also was a safety issue. All the other gas appliances in the house were operating so this was very difficult to diagnose. The gas regulator was replaced and the water heater is operating correctly. Thank you TJ for taking the time and correctly diagnosing the issue.

Gave me a written estimate.Couple of other contractors came by. Checked out the job. Rather than give me an estimate, they said they would beat any estimate. I told them I wasnt playing that game. Neither gave me an estimate.Jr. Johnson came by on the appointed day and time. Did the job. Gave me a bill exactly the same as the estimate.Haynes phone number is now in my speed dial for any other plumbing problems.

Our water heater was at the tail end of its life (if not already past), so I looked at a number of different options online. Haynes Plumbing Services was extremely responsive, and I had an appointment booked on a day that was convenient to me. Their technician, TJ, came out, and he evaluated the situation both inside and out, and we discussed a number of different options. We went with one, and TJ was able to provide the follow-up installation extremely promptly. There was a mixup on parts prior to his arrival, and he notified me in advance of the original appointment window which was appreciated. TJ was excellent, the installation went smoothly, and I would definitely use Haynes Plumbing Services again!

Great job, TJ from Haynes Plumbing. Youve earned my future business, and heres why:I had a low pressure issue in my shower hot water that I tried to solve myself. TJ showed up at the scheduled time, listed to me carefully and tested the valve, which I had already disassembled before he arrived. What was probably a small debris problem in the pipe cleared itself during the testing. Upon putting it back together, the pressure was greatly improved.Although he was at our house for more than half an hour, TJ told me it was no charge because he didnt need to fix anything. I called Haynes Plumbing Service for an emergency water leak in our home. Haynes quickly responded with availability same day. TJ arrived at our house in less than half an hour. He was able to find our leak quickly and repair it. The job took about two hours to complete. TJ did an excellent job! Both our sump pump and the hydraulic backup pump failed two nights before Thanksgiving. It was raining pretty hard and we were worried that our basement was about to flood again. We contacted Haynes Plumbing for emergency service and they were extremely helpful. Even though he wasn’t able to come out to our home that night, Jacob responded to our call several times and answered all our questions to put us at ease. We were able to sleep that night : ) Jacob and his assistant came out first thing next morning to replace our sump pump and fix the backup system. I recently contacted Haynes Plumbing for a clogged sink that I had done everything a homeowner could do to fix it. In addition to scheduling me in a short period of time, I could also request a flex time, meaning if they had an opening before then, Id be home and the plumber would contact me on the way. We had a Oh Sh&7 moment on a Saturday evening where our sewage was backing up inside our house... Called around and got the brush off until I got ahold of Haynes. They were out very quickly! They found the problem and alleviated the issue until Sunday morning when Junior was able to come by and put a camara down the pipe. He was able to clear the blockage and provide a reasonable estimate to ensure it wouldnt happen again. We will definitely reach out to them when we decide to pull the trigger on replacing some pipe. We were lucky to discover this local Plumber Company. Upon moving into our new home. While hanging pictures when we discovered a leaking toilet. At purchase we noted the toilets were exceptionally small and my husband is 64. So instead of slapping a bandaid on the issue we began to price out installing new appropriately sized thrones... I called a round and got a ballpark over the phone estimate for 2 toilets it seemed really high and since the plumbers couldnt even come over for a week I started shopping around. I called Haynes Plumbing and was greeted warmly by their scheduler. She didnt quote me but said she could have someone come and quote the job that day so I agreed. An hour later a plumber (TJ) arrived at our door. He quoted me a very reasonable price but had to go to another job so we scheduled the toilet replacement for 2 of our bathrooms. Then God was on my side and they had a cancelation so they were able to come back just a short while later. I was so excited. They were professional, polite, reasonably priced and even followed up. Haynes Plumbing is a shining example of why its so nice to shop local. Their service was so good that Im calling today to schedule another round of toilet replacements. We had a water break in the line from the house to the water meter. Using 20 gallons of water an hour! This team from Haynes plumbing work the entire day to fix the pipe the most secure and best way, digging, measuring and completed the job in one day. They filled in all the holes, added dirt, put fresh straw down and picked up the gear and you couldn’t tell where they had work. They doubled check the crawl space to ensure they left the area just like it was before they started work. Double check the gates to the fence so our dog wouldn’t get out and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. Hard workers, polite and knew how to do the job. They recommended we get an assessment down on our water bill, something I did not think of.

Called first thing this morning because we were having an issue with no water coming out of our faucets in our house. We are on a well and, fearing our well pump or pressure tank had broke, I called Haynes. I got their after hours answering service, gave my information, and was told Id get a call back when the office opened up at 8 AM. By 8:15, the office had called and got me scheduled same day. Junior arrived at my property with a trainee, they quickly assessed what was going on and let me know there wasnt a great cause for concern. We likely just overused our water system which caused the well pump to go into thermal overload. We just need to keep an eye on it. So, water is working, and all is well now. Thank you Junior!I will definitely be calling them back if we have any other issues.

Jacob knows his stuff. Fixed my drain issues with the sink while installing a faucet. Fixed a pipe reverberation issue with a new toilet fill device. Unfortunately, we miscommunicated on the toilet tank valve to release the water to the bowl. It had been failing for some time. I only realized he had not replaced that after he left. No problem, he was back out today. This time he advised me that I should just get a new toilet as mine was twenty years old. He further told me he would take off the price of the fill valve he had previously installed on a new toilet. Ok, so I got a new toilet. My only complaint is that I would have preferred he advised me earlier about the need for a completely new toilet.

Chase was our service technician who installed our faucet and we asked him about additional concerns we had with our water pressure (we live on a well). He did everything possible, but couldnt find anything that would be causing the odor. Turns out it was a County Sewer issue. Jacob was professional, yet friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I dont leave many reviews. Mostly because the majority of services you get these days is mediocre. Its hard to find a company that seems like they actually care about their customers. I got that impression from Haynes. I called late in the afternoon after discovering a leak from a bathtub. Ashley answered and was extremely polite and helpful. She had a plumber (Junior) at my house the next day. He cut no corners in examining the pipe as the source of the leak was not obvious (this was late in the evening the day before Thanksgiving and I never got the impression he was rushing through the job). He came back the morning after Thanksgiving and repaired it no problem. The entire process was painless and professional. I would not hesitate to call Haynes again for any issues that may arise. Ashley and Junior were great.

Junior Johnson came immediately to assess the situation and set up an appointment to replace the water line from the meter to the house. Digging only needed to be done near the water meter; everything else was done underground. They worked diligently, and were careful of shrubs and plantings. Cant say enough about the professionalism of this company from start to finish! I placed a call for service. The receptionist was very friendly, patient, and helpful as I tried to explain why we needed service without actually knowing the proper terminology for things lol. Prior to that date of service, I received a text/ email reminder about our upcoming appointment.On the day of service, we received another text letting us know the name of the plumber that would be coming to our home along with his picture which I thought was a very nice touch and was very much appreciated! As it turned out our plumber, Junior was running ahead of schedule that day. Before just showing up early and unannounced -which has happened to me with other companies and it isnt always as convenient for the homeowner as one may think- he personally reached out to me and asked me if it was okay to come early. I agreed, he gave me an ETA and was here right on time! He was not only friendly but he was also extremely knowledgeable and gave us honest answers to questions we had regarding some plumbing issues in our home. Each time Junior and his assistant entered our home they placed disposable booties over their shoes which was nice because not everyone does that. They were quick to address our problems and even quicker about fixing them. Junior was also able to make a few suggestions for some upcoming repairs we were interested in getting an estimate for and really took his time to listen to our concerns. My husband and I realized we had a critter in our main drain pipe that runs from the top of our house to the foundation. We didnt know what to do. My husband called Haynes and the plumber came to see what (if anything) he could do. Our biggest problem was to get to the main drain pipe, was to go between the water heater and another pipe. The area is so small, neither of us could fit. However, the plumber could. He was able to cut out a small section and look inside. He found a squirrel. With a lot of patience and a little manipulation, he was able to rescue the squirrel.He was very nice and professional.
