Wanted to replace a failing water heater with a tankless water heater. Yes, I knew it was more expensive upfront and was ready for the cost. Did some research an found Pro Service and Ryan were a local company, something I was looking for. Ryan came and asked the right questions to ensure the tankless was right for my needs. He then prepared an estimate that was in the range I expected. We scheduled the work; he met every promised time line. When installed, he explained the operations and even followed-up to ensure it was working well. Happy with the results. Great communications throughout the process. A knowledgeable and trusted professional.

Ryan is very professional and showed up on time .even it was almost midnight but he came to fix our leaky pipe .as we have to shut off our water .he was quick and very knowledgeable guy .fixed our leaky pipe in no time and made sure its all good after installation. Ryan installed a quick connect gas connection for my generator. Super nice, super flexible. Came out for an estimate (unlike many competitors, this was not charged), had a few questions that we needed to have answered by the gas company, and then we were good to go. Did a good job of cleaning up after, and I would use him again.Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. Very professional. I will definitely use again when/if needed.So the if needed has come. We had a huge leak coming from a pipe that went down to the basement and under ground. Ryan was amazing! He detected the problem and came up with a plan. We reported to our home owners insurance. Ryan was very professional and answered all my questions when he did the estimate. He was frank about his services and the quality of equipment he would install. Although he was not the least expensive, he demonstrated a sense of trust. He arrived on time for the estimate and gave me a call when he was 30 minutes out. For the installation, he called 30 minutes ahead and arrived right on time. He used shoe covers when he entered the house and was mindful of our privacy. He finished the installation exactly as we agreed in the estimate, and I was very pleased with the results. This included an upgrade to the water heater installation as required by code that came into effect after the previous water heater was installed. I highly recommend Ryan from Pro Services and will use them for any future plumbing services.
