    This is my second service call at my rental property in a matter of a couple months. They were booked for the day but was able to get my job done when someone else cancelled.     I called Graham Plumbing on Monday afternoon about running a gas line for my portable generator. The woman I spoke to was great, scheduled a tech. to come out that Wednesday.     We needed a plumber on a Sunday and after trying a few different numbers, we called Graham Plumbing. They had a plumber out within 30 minutes of answering the phone. He provided a clear explanation of the problem and what was required to fix it.     We called on Graham Plumbing Services for the first time today due to family and friends recommendations and can vouch to them that we will be calling this company back again should there be other plumbing issue needs. They put us on the schedule promptly, called and texted us ahead of their site visit and Jonathan was very courteous, professional, explained in details what was wrong and how much to fix, straightforward, honest and reasonable. Jonathan and another gentleman even got our hot water side working again in the kitchen sink faucet. They were respectful of our property and covered up their shoes inside the house. Good service like this will no doubt go a long way for their long term business. Definitely recommended!

    Had a tough repair, clog in the shower was in a difficult place to find and deep in the lines in the house. Jonathon and Charles worked for hours to find it and fixed it.     I have used Graham Plumbing for years. They have always been extremely professional and responsive. I had a major sewer backup after 7 pm and within 2 hours had a plumber at my home. He was very quick and efficient with his work considering it was an over time call out. The repair required an additional visit and in less than 8 hours had them at my home. Angelica, Johnathon and Chris are live savers! I would only call Graham Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

    Busted copper pipe on the line of water going into the house, while I was preparing the pipe for the freeze. I called Graham and they were at my house in 30 minutes, Charlie worked diligently and got my outside pipe with a new handle and the part he had to sodder that goes inside the garage and then to the pipes throughout the house. Charlie was very professional and helping me understand what he was doing and how it was inevitable that the pipe was to break.

    Jonathan came out to inspect exterior irrigation system. He found broken intake pipes flooding side yard. He dug up pipes and replaced broken ones and sealed off the damaged areas all in one day. System is ready for future use . Area cleaned up, soil replaced and concrete border back in place. Amazing job, reasonable cost. Extremely qualified and enjoyable person.     The water heater was making noises and Graham Plumbing was contacted and I left a message with the answering service as the call was after hours on Friday evening. I received a follow up call first thing Monday morning and schedule an appointment for Tuesday between 10-Noon. I received an email at 9:15am notifying me that Charlie Graham was en route. Charlie did an assessment and determined their was nothing wrong with the water heater but would need to be replaced in the next 2-4 years. Charlie made sure there were no other concerns needed.     Had a pinhole in a copper pipe that was a part of the water heater installation. I am happy to say that Graham fixed the leak and was very responsive.I am only somewhat disappointed that the leak was in a pipe that was installed about 2 years ago (with the 2 new water heaters) by... also Graham. I assume, it was just my bad luck.

However, instead of relying on that relationship, Chris came in and did the work like a true professional. Again, even knowing me, put on the shoe covers - treating my home like he would his own. They installed a custom 3 part water system under our kitchen sink that I had purchased from a Dr in Florida. Chris, the plumber knew exactly what to do.     Graham Plumbing Company is definitely a 5 star !!! They came out to quote me on gas line , not only did they come on time they called me to inform me they were on the way . After assessing the situation, instead of just putting the gas line they recommended I conctacted the appliance service center to verify nothing was wrong with the appliance.
