    I recently had a great experience with Plumbing Solutions and wanted to share my experience. My water heater started a minor leak. I called and received an appointment the same day!I received notifications about my plumber and their ETA via email, text, and phone call. True to their word, Bobby arrived on time, was courteous, and clearly experienced. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained my options, and gave me a fair estimate. The repair was done efficiently, and he even cleaned up after himself. He went above and beyond to complete the project.What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty throughout the entire process. There were no hidden fees, and the price was exactly what was quoted. Overall, Plumbing Solutions provided top-notch service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work.

    TN Plumbing Solutions did an outstanding job at my home. At first, I thought they were a little expensive but we discussed the problems and they worked with me on solutions and costs. They were here for 5 hours or more and didnt leave until the problem was fixed (well into the evening). They saved me from buying a new dish washer and probably not having this problem again for a long time. I was included the entire time of what was going on. There may be less expensive solutions out there but I feel like this company is worth the money. Very professional people.

    Jeremy and Kevin came to my house, crawled around my crawl space and sussed out the situation. They were professionals and took care of business even though it’s been cold and wet. They were kind, patient and compassionate. Turns out the original plumbing and repairs were a disaster waiting to happen. Jeremy and Kevin helped me to feel confident that I won’t be having the problems I’ve been having the last 12 years. Roto-Rooter never looked past the clogs and leaks and never addressed the real problems, but yet charged me exorbitant amounts to “fix” it.I can’t say enough positive things about these 2 fine young men. Thank you Jeremy and Kevin. And Merry Christmas!

    The professionalism of this company Plumbing Solutions has been extraordinary. when the plumbing technicians came to my house to begin the plumbing project that I had for them to do, within 20 minutes one of the managers showed up to make sure everything was going smoothly and spend quite a bit of time talking to me which I so appreciated. The techs and manager and office staff answered all my questions and concerns as they came up during the project and the manager even came back in person a few times to make sure everything of my concerns were addressed after the plumbing job was done as well as I did have a few concerns but he came by very quickly to make sure that my concerns were taken care of and addressed. I was more than impressed by this company and can honestly say I would recommend them to everyone I know.

    Cameron is the best! He came out to my house today because of a water leak in my bathroom that was causing my floor to come up. I’ve already had 3 different plumbers apart from him come out and none were able to find the issue. Cameron however was able to find the problem very quickly, gave me an estimate on the spot and even got me in contact with somebody to help deal with my home owners insurance! I’ve had many bad experiences with similar companies but I 100% recommend TN Plumbing Solutions to anybody that needs work done

    I had a problem that I had no idea how to fix. My problem was diagnosed & I was given a couple of options for the solution. Bobby was very knowledgeable with the repair that was required. He explained things very clearly. I made my choice of the two options, and he explained that he had the parts in hand. His work was completed in a short amount of time. I can’t thank him or Plumbing Solutions enough for their quick response and their efficient work.

    Bobby and his partner were great. I requested to have my tankless water heater flushed due to losing hot water occasionally. They inspected the plumbing first to make sure this would solve my problem. They offered several different services and left me choose. I was very pleased with their work. Highly recommended!

    Amazing service! Had our water weather fail at 6 pm, TN plumbing Solutions was there by 7:30 pm to diagnose the issue and installed a new water heater first thing the next morning. Professional, courteous and delivered exactly what they promised. I will be a return customer.

    We had to replace the main water line from city meter to our house said line was/ is under our driveway. We called three other plumbing companies two of which are big national names all told us they would have to break the concrete to replace the line. My husband was very surprised that no one would consider boreing at all. Our last try before agreeing to break concrete and possibly remove trees was TN Plumbing Solutions. I read their reviews and gave them a call. Braxton was sent within one hour of my call. On arrival I explained the situation and the proposed solution from the other Plumbing companies. He inspected the site and assured me they could replace the water line without breaking the concrete. They replaced our line the very next morning. It has now been two weeks since work was done and we are so glad we gave TN Plumbing Solutions a call! 5 stars.

    09/09/24: **Update - This company called me back and that gave me a much better impression of the type of service they would provide. It actually ended up being a miscommunication with their answering service. Ive changed my review from 1 Star to 5 Stars based on my conversation with Johnathan. I WILL BE using them in the future.Called to find out how much they would charge to install a garbage disposal. They couldn’t give me an estimate because only the “technicians” can provide that but what they could do is charge $85 to come out and have the technician give me an estimate.

    I want to first start off with saying how kind and understanding this company is. I had a guy named Cameron come out and give me a quote to either patch or replace the pipes at my water meter. The price was something I couldn’t afford for at least a few months of saving. (Not their fault they have a business to run) I get a call today from Shaun for works for them. I tell him the situation he then sends out Robert and Charles. When I tell you this company goes above and beyond I mean it. They were able to come to a price that I was able to put a payment on and pay off at end of august. I may not be religious but I thank whoever is watching for the kindness of letting me find these amazing people. I will keep this company as a name I will recommend and trust so long as I live in my house.

    Had to call on a Sunday afternoon to have septic line cleared. Talked to a kind lady and a technician was at my home within an hour. Felt bad having to call on a Sunday but was in need of a quick resolution. The gentleman was able to clear the stoppage and he used a camera to determine the problem. All was well. The price was rather expensive I thought at $490 but I can’t complain because like I said it was a late Sunday afternoon and they fixed the issue in little time and everyone I dealt with was very kind.

    Dakota & Patrick were extremely prompt & professional! After moving, I was confident I could hook up my own washing machine. However, after several trips to Lowe’s, I was unable to. At my wit’s end, I googled plumber near me. They were able to come out on the same day (within 2 hours!), and use the right tools that I did not have to install it. Best money I spent during my move! Saved my sanity. Thank you!

    Great service! Both times we have had these fellas out they have done fantastic work. We even had a major kitchen sink break over the weekend and they came out a few hours later to put in a new sink for us. We would recommend them and certainly use them for any future plumbing needs.

    Braxton came out to Give me my estimate and look for the leak the very next morning and I had called late the evening before. Braxton was extremely friendly and professional. Braxton was able to squeeze me into his schedule the very next day to come and do the work. He brought one of his workers, Robert and a couple other guys in the crew. They were all extremely nice and did great work at an amazing price. For plumbing work, These guys are the only ones I’m going to be calling. Thank y’all. I recommend these guys for your plumbing needs above and beyond a five star rating. They don’t know I took a picture hope they don’t mind. They replaced both water pipes from meter to house. They filled everything back in and flattened it back out.

    Nothing but a positive experience with this company. Quick response, they sent a tech out the next morning. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and gave me several options to fix the issue.     Mike and Cameron just left. What a great couple of guys. Mike saw the problem right away and explained in a way I could understand and what needed to bedone.     Last night, I discovered a leak in my water heaters expansion tank around 8:30pm and water was on the floor. Thankfully, a neighbor recommended TN Plumbing Solutions, (available 24/7). I spoke with Deborah and she promptly connected me with Braxton Mayfield, who called within minutes. We connected on FaceTime and he expertly guided me on how to shut off the main water valve, stopping the leak.Braxton arrived on time the next day, inspected the tank, and provided recommendations. He efficiently installed a new water heater within that same day in a timely manner. He explained necessary warranty and maintenance details/services offered by TN Plumbing Solutions.     We called TN Plumbing Solutions for a leak in our kitchen sink. Shawn and Dakota arrived less than two hours later.     We had our attic copper pipes freeze for a second time in a different location 1 year after it happened the first time. Our plumber Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we could get these copper pipes replaced and insulated in a way that would insure longevity. We really appreciate the piece of mind a lasting repair brings because replacing a ceiling annually is no fun. Jeremy got to our house quicker than expected for an emergency call and stayed until all our questions were answered. Technicians Braxton and Jordan were the techs, that ran ALL new water lines inside my home, and ran a new water line to my water meter at the street, all in 1 day; and did an amazing job!!     Andrew came out to fix our water heater that was leaking. Turns out the previous plumber did not have it up to code and Andrew had to redo most of the connections. Would have liked to get other estimates, yet after spending 2K for initial fix which didn’t fix the situation, was able to apply that 2 K to the new total bill, so as we say in poker I was pot committed at that time.     If you have any plumbing issues and are looking for a company to help out, you have found the right one. It’s refreshing to work with a company who cares, communicates well, does awesome work and is affordable.Sean O. came out to bid a project of blowing out and scoping our downspouts for our gutters. Long story short our builder did a terrible job and our drainage needed to be completely redone. Sean and his team were great to with from start to finish. After evaluating what needed to be done, he gave me a bid right there with options and suggestions to get the project done and I scheduled at the same time. They were back in two days to get the job going.His team evaluated, bid and COMPLETED the job before I got one of the other bids from a company in town.Sean showed me progress pictures and videos along the way. If I had a question or thought on what was going on he took the time out to review it and made sure I completely understood. I would highly recommend Sean and Plumbing Solutions for any plumbing or water related problem.

After reaching out to several other plumbers who didn’t respond back, I contacted TN Plumbing solutions. They responded back the same day and I was scheduled two days later.Jeremey and Shaun showed up, a few minutes early, put on their booties, and provided a quote and shared that if all looked good, they could install that day. Fast forward, the new sink was installed, hot water at each sink was flowing on demand, and they left their area as it was, no mess.     I had a wonderful experience with this company. Kyle and his helper (I believe his name was Eric) were a pleasure to work with. From the initial call I knew I had made a great decision. I’m a Dispatch manager myself in a different state. Their customer service got me an appointment the same day with short notice since I don’t live there.     I called Plumbing Solutions, and Anthony was at my front door in 30 minutes! Im old, so seeing a young man with dreadlocks and a tattoo sleeve made me a little nervous. Its hard to know what is expensive with this runaway inflation, but I opted for the toilet replacement and am delighted with the results.     These people are Rock Stars in my book. After 6 pm on a Sunday night, they are here and working the problem. My emergency and they came to the rescue in less than an hour. Did what they could on initial visit to mitigate the issues. Lowes is the villain of the story. But stopped the water spray. Will recommend every time. Thank you Thomas and Debra. You are my Heroes tonight.

    Jeremy Phelps with Plumbing Soloutions went above and beyond. Had issues with drainage from house sewer mainline. Tried multiple different avenues and angles after one after another seemed to fail. Jeremy never gave up even offered different avenues of payment once things seemed to escalate in cost due to the severity of the problem. Stayed with us for close to 7 hours to resolve our issues. If there was any doubt before about being loyal to plumbing solutions Jeremy expelled them completely. Will ALWAYS call Jeremy going forward for our plumbing needs!!!

    We heard bubbling in one of our toilets. Next thing we know, two of our downstairs toilets and bathtub start filling up with sewer. I called Happy Hiller and told them I had and emergency the said It will be Monday or Tuesday before we can send anyone out. It is Saturday, with five people in the house and 4 of them being female. I called Plumbing Solutions and they said they would be there within the next 2 hours. THANK GOODNESS! They showed up on time as promised, very friendly and knowledgeable of the situations. They had it fixed in no time. I would HIGHLY RECOMEND this company.

    These guys are AMAZING!!!! They were in and out in no time. We had a leaky faucet and no hot water. We had 2 different people come and look at it and give us crazy quotes and tell us that everything fine. These guys walked in found it,fixed it and gone within 30 mins. NOT ALL HEROS WEAR CAPES!!! Thank you soo much i really do appreciate it 😊😊😊 (i wish i got the guys name )Update :MY HOT WATER DOESNT WORK! 😡 Its freezing cold now.

    I would recommend this company if you need a plumber. They (Cameron and Ryan) came out the same day I called. I had a clogged AC line. This was the second plumber to come out. They tried various options, but in the end had to cap the line off. They kept me updated on the whole process and gave me several different solutions to rectify the problem. After rerouting the condensation line, my AC is back working again.
