I had an excellent experience with Smyrna Plumbing. I called Jerel to schedule an appointment for my running toilet since I suspected my fill valve was leaking and needed to be repaired or replaced. I wasnt looking forward to paying that bill. Jerel and his colleague arrived immediately at my house, evaluated the problem, went to Home Depot for the part they required, and completed all of the repairs in under an hour. The only regret I have is that I should have called them two months ago instead of putting it off so long. I highly encourage that everyone visit Smyrna Plumbing.

I chose Smyrna Plumbing Company partly because it had an A rating and was located on the Westside. Blaze gave me a reasonable estimate, and we booked an appointment. He concluded that the flange was fractured and that some bolts were poorly installed. He rectified the problem and then left. The next day, I observed more water, but it did not appear to be coming from underneath. I contacted Blaze, who came out again that afternoon. He quickly discovered that there was further leaking between the back of the toilet and the base. He detached the two halves and discovered that the seal was applied wrongly. He reshaped the seal into an octagonal shape, reinstalled it, and secured the back to the base. He also cleaned out the fill valve, which had accumulated some debris and caused the toilet to fill slowly. I was half expecting there to be an additional charge because the issues were unrelated and he made an extra trip. Blaze apologized for not seeing the problem on his first trip. That is refreshing. If you need an experienced plumber who is committed to performing the job well, contact to them.

Blaze and Jerel arrived at my house , and got to work right away. They finished the FULL Inspection in 30 minutes and gave me a written report outlining their findings. This customer received a valuable service in October 2017 from them because they were polite, informed, and clean—a quality that is uncommon among plumbers.

Jerel arrived for the appointment on schedule. We valued his incredibly upbeat demeanor in everything he accomplished for us. He struggled especially to unclog a recalcitrant tub drain. After discovering a slab leak in our home, we consulted with several plumbers for advice and bids to repair or re-pipe. I got a lot of diverse opinions and absurd quotes. Finally, I spoke with Jerel at Smyrna Plumbing, and he offered me excellent, honest advice from the start. He got out to the house within a few hours of being contacted to assess the leak. When I called him back to schedule the repair, he got us in right immediately. He was able to arrive sooner than expected and fix the leak more faster than I anticipated. Friendly, fast, moderately priced, and did an excellent job. Definitely will hire him again for any plumbing problems!!

In the last four years, I have utilized Smyrna Plumbing five times at two separate homes. Being a single woman, Im often concerned about being taken advantage of, but with The Smyrna, Ive never felt that way. They respond to all of my inquiries, are professional, and are always on time. I encountered a septic issue yesterday, despite my first belief that it was a discharge drain issue. I apologize for not getting his name, however the guy went above and beyond by recommending to me reputable septic firms, offering advice on potential remedies, and taking me through every step of my basement. His knowledge and patience were really appreciated by me, as I recently purchased a home. He made sure to keep doors closed and keep an eye out for my animals when I came in or went out. The Waterworks has my highest recommendation. I also like that they are honest about their prices and usually accommodate me right away.
