    Had the absolute pleasure of working with the Service Manager Shawn Martin today. Not only is it snowing and cold but he came with a smile on his face. I rent a property and for 15 months I have had at least 2 backups/floods in my home a month. The property manager called another company every time and evetime they came out and said you use too much TP. and charged me the $700.00 bill. Shawn was here about 1.5 hours, took videos, pictures and came in and told me why this has been happening. The previous companies did not care and did nothing to replace or correct the problem. He sent all information videos and pics to the Managment company verifying its not a me problem, that this will continue to happen until they FIX it. It is being scheduled as we speak. Shawn was kind and courteous and took care of my things and space while in my home. I will forever call 1 TOM Plumber and ask for him in the future!

    We had great service from Jason. Truly did amazing. Was friendly with us and super transparent about what happened to our pipes. Showed us in the camera the damage that was done and explained what went wrong. Many times when to call service technicians you feel like you made get scammed since you do not know. But he was so helpful and clear that your trusted his experience. Highly recommend.

My basement bathroom flooded for the second time (first repair was done by a totally different plumbing company) but Jordan took the time & found the issue that was causing it instead of just doing a band-aid repair.     Jordan came out to my condo community to assist in detecting what was causing a leak in a lower unit. He was personable, patient, and professional -- taking the time to check all potential sources (which required going back and forth between units) as well as answer additional questions (which I asked quite a few).     Last Friday night in the middle of the night I developed a huge leak in my hot water heater. At 2 AM I called this company, and Brian came out to turn off my water for me outside on the street to stop the water leaking. On Monday, he and another plumber, Axel, came to my house to make the repairs. They were extremely professional, conscientious, and seemed to really care about the quality of their work. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. The fact that Brian would come out in the very middle of the night to help me was pretty amazing, and the cost was quite reasonable! I was extremely happy to have found them.

    I reached out to the scheduling manager Meosch at one time plumbing after our other plumber couldn’t get the 2 spigot’s replaced in time we needed. She was great at getting me scheduled the same day. She said the plumber would probably arrive a little bit early. Axel, the plumber, ended up arriving 45 minutes early. Right after the call was scheduled. I got a text from the service manager with a photo and appointment update of the tech that would be arriving. Then I got a call from the office and Axel confirming his arrival time. I was WOWED with the systematic process by which they serve their clients. They operate with a menu list of items like going to a local restaurant. It keeps things easy. They cleaned up after the job was done, and he always wore booties when coming in and out of the house. All these little details are what makes the client experience five stars. They are now one of our top vendors for plumbing in and around the Nashville area!
