    A neighbor recommended Atlanta Star Plumbing to us during a gas supply emergency that occurred while we were out of town. We discovered the problem upon returning home and contacted our gas supplier, but they would do nothing until we had a plumber check the gas meter! We called ASP. Bruce, the service rep who came to our house, responded within 25 minutes and not only checked the meter, but also checked all of our appliances, as well as the furnace and water heater. That done, we were then able to contact the gas supplier, who in turn contacted Atlanta Gas. AG then dispatched two teams of workers who safely contained and repaired a potentially dangerous gas leak in front of our home, which had resulted from recent sidewalk construction in Brookhaven. Thank you, Bruce, and Atlanta Star Plumbing!

    I needed to replace two almost 15-20 year old gas tankless water heaters. I received great advice on sizing and overall needs.     He and Justin sealed where the outside pipes comes into the house ... This was to fix a slow drip in the basement when it rains. Thank you guys! Left my front yard neat and looking the same way it looked when they arrived! Followed up a few months later when I saw a new slow drip after two days of really heavy rain. Britt came back out and replaced the sealant. All under warranty. Great service!Called in for Britt today...he replaced a leaky upstairs pipe in no time flat. Always professional and neat. Its nice to know Atlanta Star Plumbing is there now that my house is getting to the age where more maintenance repairs need to be made. Thank you!

    I had a great initial experience with Joy, their inside customer service representative. She scheduled me much quicker than expected. Our sump pump issue was solved in less than 3 hours after my initial call. Plumbing services arent cheap these days, but their pricing was in range for the services rendered. I will definitely call them again if we have a plumbing issue.

    I really appreciated the unselfish service. I needed a technician to look at an issue that our home inspector brought up before we buy this new house. The ATL Star Plumbing technician (James) came in, looked everything over and instead of making somthing up and using scare tactics to get a job where no job was needed. He happily explained how everything was fine and how there was nothing to worry about. He was on time for the meet up. He was very kind, respectfull and patient with me.     I have a phone malfunction of my washing machine where the water would not quit blowing and called STAR PLUMBING very early in the morning.Britt, the owner, came in a hurry and helped me figure out what to do about mitigating the flood. The price was reasonable compared to other estimates I had recieved.James, immediately scheduled an appointment to fix the leak for the following week.When James arrived on the appointed day. He knocked on the door let me know he had arrived and immediately got to work. He also explained to me what caused the leak ( installment issues).The price estimate was the price I paid after work was complete.James has to come back and finished adding the second layer of concrete. I am very happy with the service.

Appreciate him.After the repair, I didn’t have water in any of pipes in house, Ewan came back and had to change out the Pressure Reducing valve. He started the dishwasher and washing machine for me.     I called because of an outdoor pipe which had frozen and then burst causing all house water to be turned off. It was a Sunday so I was not optimistic about getting somrone to come out.     We had a water main leak yesterday. The county watershed department came out (on a SUNDAY!) and identified the problem as a private repair matter. I had a potentially serious problem with a pipe leak that turned out to be ground water running through old pipes that had been replaced, but not removed (my house is 93 years old).     Unfortunately, I had a leak in my furnace area, and was in need of a plumber. The search for a plumber is always entered into with apprehension because it can be hit or miss, but in this instance, it was a hit. Shuan was great, super nice, on time, super informative, super tolerant of my all-bark-no-bite dog, who gave into his petting fairly quickly. Shuan also explained the issue to me, and addressed some things that may need to be handled in the future. The job was completed within 45 minutes, and without any headache. I also signed up for their diamond membership plan since I was totally comfortable with them being my go-to plumber, and anticipated more work in the future.
