Outstanding work done by Pink Plumber team Christian and Ashley to remove and replace 50 year old cast iron main septic line from house to septic tank. They had to cut through almost 50 feet of driveway and did so with precision in a single day. Great work ethic. The pricing was competitive but not inexpensive. The drain field was treated with chemicals to ensure proper function. Christian returned about a month later to confirm all was working as expected. We appreciated the follow-up. Not to criticize their excellent work, the Pink Plumber should have informed me about putting a sleeve around the new PVC pipe (not done) and should have provided tarps to cover the cement driveway where topsoil was deposited during the digging process. Both would have made for a more professional installation. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work done by the Pink Plumber.

Tony and Justin did a great job with my new toilet install! It was a smart toilet, so a little more complicated than a normal toilet and while doing the install they discovered issues like a cracked flange. Tony was very good about explaining my options for fixing things and keeping me informed about each repair they completed. They offered to check on my water heater during the visit as well, which was luckily still in good shape.

I really want to Thank and commend Jacob and Kianna for the amazing septic work they did on my home. I watched from Beg, Mid til the very End and each were very professional and caring on and with my property. Jacob explained my pricing before they began the work and advised what could cause a price hike. Yes, I watched as Jacob worked the excavator and as He and Kianna both removed the grass and dirt by shovel to gain access to my septic system. I wanted to see for myself 1st hand if there was an issue or if one was created that would cause a price hike.....Listen to this....Wait for it..... Remember earlier Jacob had explained my pricing before they began the work....we could see from almost the very beginning that a teeny tiny issue might be at hand. Kianna kept advising a lids was slanted, and we could see what appeared to be an opening; but, they continued on. What happened next was like a scene from wipe out!! Kianna was shoveling cautiously I might add. He touched on something that caused Jacob to get off the excavator and see for himself. After a few moments of Jacob carefully removing the dirt.....The lid that Jacob was apparently standing on caved in and...Jacob FELL IN OH EMM GEEE I SCREAMED SO LOUD! He went down quicker than the Titanic. I will never forget it. He jumped out so fast and a bit shocked he professionally gained his composure, removed his shoes and socks and you guessed it...explained what MUST BE DONE including that Needed Price Hike work AND continued the task to the very end. I included photos a septic job is a real shyte show to say the least. They didnt load in order. Mind you, I didnt get a photo or video of the fall as it was unexpected; but had I...I know Jacob would have saved it in his archives of all time bloopers. I know this was long. I really wanted to Let the fellas know...that I appreciate the hard work that they did and do. This is a Trade. I really would like to see Pink Plumber offer a little summer time work program employment to help introduce this trade to young people to help keep them off the street and show them that there are other things to do besides sports and the music industry. A trade will help get our young males back to understanding what it means to work honestly to make it for your Family of course the pay would have to be worth it. They could call it The Jr. Pink Plumber Program (JPP). :-) It could run June 1st - July 31st but I bet you it would give a good perspective for future Plumbers. Thank me later :-)

Jacob F. Was exceptional- professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. He quickly identified a grease clog in the inlet pipe, cleared it, and restored the flow of sewage from the house to tank. He also performed a jet cleaning of the drainage line, ensuring everything was functioning optimally. Thank you to the team for their outstanding service. I highly recommend them for any septic needs. (Also the tenants were informed that need to stop pouring grease into the sewage)

I am renovating my condo & wanted a new soaking tub installed in guest bath. Once we tore out the old tub we discovered we had the original copper piping from 30 years ago. Since I live in a high rise it was critical to hire contractors with appropriate insurance & approved by mgmt. I’m glad I chose the Pink Plumber. The old pipes would not fit the new tub (we tried 4 different tubs) and we are not permitted to relocate the drains. General from Pink Plumber arrived on time, identified the problem, went to buy new copper pipe pieces, and replaced to solve the problem. The office staff is also excellent. They call & text continually to alert when the technician is arriving. Entire staff top notch, polite, & knowledgeable. 1st time I used them but definitely not the last.So, here we are a month later and I am trying to change my 30-year old shower/tub into a new walk-in shower! Of course, same old copper pipes with drains that are not 2 drains (per code). Again, General came out and even though it took him & my contractor the entire day, they were able to correct the situation and convert to 2 PVC drains to enable my new walk-in shower! YAY.for some reason the photos would not upload, sorry

Cody and Darnell came over expecting to just pump my tank. We had back flood issues the night before. After inspection it was clear, my tank was 4ft deep of sludge. Turns out my pipe from the house to tank was broken as well and my leach field out flow from the tank was broken letting solids out clogging the drain field. Cody and Darnell explained all this and showed me what was going on. They did a great job! Every thing is working now. I can shower and poop with no back flow. Great guys and great company. I will call pink plumber in 4 years and beyond for my septic tank needs. Plus they did a great job doing all they could to save my bushes. Thank you so much Cody and Darnell.

Despite having to suffer the rush hour traffic between Smyrna and South Hall County this morning, Michael T. showed up with a smile on his face and ready to work. Michael ran into a slight problem when the lid to the septic tank would not budge. He suggested installing risers in place of the lids in case the lids were damage during removal. This would also eliminate the need to dig up the yard next inspection. WIN WIN. Michael also suggested several other things that we could do to keep the system running trouble free for possibly a longer time.Hard working, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. These all describe Michael T. perfectly. Michael and The Pink Plumber get a 6 out of 5 from me. And it benefits the fight against Breast Cancer. Cant beat that.

I spent a career as a mechanical engineer from age 23 years old until I retired. Michael from Pink Plumber greeted me appropriately on arrival. He explained how he would troubleshoot my system in a clear manner. He indicated possible pricing prior to troubleshooting. He was very clear and honest in everything that transpired. He was helpful by listening attentively and answering my questions. He performed the needed work flawlessly. He cleaned my drain/leach -field appropriately as I approved his work at each step. I experienced a much more satisfying interaction with The Pink Plumbers technician, Michael T, than I did with Joshua from another local company S.-Blue who did not do not recommend the proper steps to make my drain/leach -field remain clear. Kudos to Michael T. for the most outstanding septic service I have experienced since 1997 consisting of 6 services over 27 years. Again Kudos to Michael T and I hope The Pink Plumber Company values him greatly as he is an adroit technician who worked tenaciously to attain proper results. Thanks goes to The Pink Plumber and Michael T.. If you need work, try The Pink Plumber and if you are extremely blessed, they will send Michael or perhaps they have other techs that are as effective. Try them. I will be using The Pink Plumber from now on but I dont think I will need service again for 5-10 years as Michael taught me how to manage my system biologically to avoid any future service calls.

I called The Pink Plumber Saturday morning and within less than 2 hours Jacob arrived with his assistant and quickly fixed our issues by pumping the tank and draining the lines to avoid future issues. He had the problem fixed, cleaned everything up and had our system working again. The call taker for The Pink Plumber Ashley kept us updated as to arrival times and informed us as to which Plumbing Tech would take care of us. Great service.

Excellent service. We had an emergency busted underground pipe in our front yard. I called another company who could not get to us until the next day. I called The Pink Plumber because I had seen their trucks on the road. I called in the morning. They said they would be out between 2-6pm. Derek arrived around 3pm. He was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He immediately evaluated the problem and gave us a quote on the spot. He said he could do the repair then. A leak in the main house sewer drain pipe turned into an issue with dilapidated outflow pipe from the septic tank, distribution box, and the pipes leading to the field lines. On top of this, we realized that 75% of the septic tank, including the outflow side was under 45% of the deck. Not only was Michael willing to problem solve with me about how to get to the section of the septic tank that needed repair, but also, he was upfront about the cost options of different solutions. I decided to due a full replacement of the outflow pipes and d-box. Michael maintained the integrity of the deck and carefully removed only as much of deck as needed. In addition, he lined the pieces up which made it easy to reconstruct it! He answered my questions about the repair process, septic tanks, and maintenance.

I like Christian M. as a technician and would use him again. There are concerns about the Pink Plumber trying to gouge customers on some prices. In the past, another technician told me that a replacement piece of PVC pipe, about 4 feet, readily exposed, would be $800. He backed off when I told him that a 10 foot PVC pipe was less than $20. In this instance, the Pink Plumber tried to sell me an effluent filter for $550.00. The technician seemed genuinely surprised when I showed him that the identical filter was $85.00 from a vendor readily available to the public. The cost to his company would be even less. So, my advice to the public is to be knowledgeable about your septic tank and parts for it. Look up the prices so that you will not be taken advantage of. Christian was knowledgeable and readily answered any questions.

I have nothing bad to write. The tech was very very knowledgeable and helpful explained every step of the process. The price was very reasonable and well below the competition. With that being said I believe the job was done just as well as any other company but after seeing the tech do his job, he did it better than any other company could. I will contact the PINK PLUMBING again with any other plumbing needs.

Technician (Cody) arrived and explained everything that that would be done to pump out the septic tank and diagnose the problem causing the issue. They were able to quickly identify the problem (tree roots blocking the drain line) and fix the problem.They completed the work and covered the area once again and provided a manager discount that helped with the overall cost.Pink Plumbing is a reputable company providing professional and skilled services!

Cody Harbin and his coworker came out and had to completely install a new septic tank and all the fill lines and everything. It was a lot of work and lots of digging. They replaced our septic tank pump as well and had their electrician repair everything too. They did an amazing job. They were on time and and communicated with everything. Very professional but laid back and friendly. The job only took two days and it never interrupted our ability to use the water. I hope I dont need them again buy would definitely recommend them to anyone. Awesome company and employees.

Jacob came by today after my husband called to have the septic tank pumped. No issues, we had just waited 20 years before our first call to have the septic tank pumped and that was too long. Jacob said everything looked healthy today and there was no need to pump it out at this time. We will call back in 2 to 3 years again to see if it is ready to pump out. I love everything that Pink Plumber stands for and appreciate the honesty of Jacob telling me no service was necessary today. God bless you!

After having had called many other septic companies around town and hearing back that the soonest they could handle an emergency septic issue was for 2-3 weeks, where we would not have any ability to use water in the house. We called the Pink Plumber where we were treated respectfully by the receptionist whom was able to arrange for a next day fix. We had Antonio Ant come out and assess our septic tank and was able to determine the issue fairly quickly and was able to provide and determine the issues. He was able to save us a lot of issues down the line. Was it expensive, yes, but for the kind of service provided as well as the professionalism and knowledge recieved, I would say it was worth it 10000%. Would recommend time and time again!!Edit:5 years later had excellent service by Jacob Freeman and Tyler for a pump out. Quoted us a solid price and plan for long term repairs. Highly recommend this service provider

Dereck M. with the Pink Plumber was amazing. I was having a sewer gas smell from a small bathroom that has been driving me crazy. When Dereck came the 1st time, he explained everything we would probably have to do to locate the odor. He scheduled himself to come back within two days because finding the source of odors can take some time. When he came back he arrived very early to get started. He was patient with ruling out things, he explained everything and showed me things of concern as he worked. He located the problem and Im extremely happy. Very professional. Pink plumber even gave me a follow up call about an hour after the tech left just to make sure I was satisfied. Excellent customer service.

We had problems with heavy rain which had already flooded our basement when the sump pump stopped. Then the septic system went into overdrive the same day. We called and Jacob arrived in the pouring rain. He suggested not waiting until the following Monday with our current situation. He worked for hours in the rain to dig, repair, and remove all our problems. I called The Pink Plumber for what I thought was a simple septic pump. Well that was not the case. I purchased my home 3 years ago and was told that the septic tank had been pumped 2 or 3 years prior. Well, that was not true at all, thanks to Jerry he may have just saved us from all kinds of disasters! Apparently, it had never been pumped!! I really hope we caught it in time and nothing else happens. I was not home when the work was being done, but my husband was and said Jerry did a great job. Thanks Jerry!!
