    I had a wonderful experience with JDM Plumbing. Upon making the appointment I received professional customer service. Josh was so kind and setup my appointment quickly. Today when the plumber’s arrives they were also professional and went right to work and completed my installation on a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company. Also reasonable pricing.I called them back for another appointment because I needed assistance in turning off my water sprinkler. They were kind and professional. I love this company because of their mannerisms too! I forgot to add photos before. Neat work!

    Awesome! Josh (owner) answers his phone when you contact him or calls back as soon as he can and also responds well to text messaging which makes communication easy. His wife keeps you updated with upcoming appointments and also quickly answers any questions you might have through email.After we placed the call, he sent out two of his guys to take a look at a leak in our ManiBloc. The parts were ordered, an estimate provided to replace and repair and Josh and his son returned soon after to complete the job. They were all VERY professional and also very respectful of our home. Its a relief to also know we can count on them should a plumbing need arise in the future.

    Josh and his crew did an excellent job installing our Tankless water heater. He also took care of several smaller but equally important plumbing issues for us. He was communicative and thorough, pricing seemed fair but we didnt get a whole lot of bids because so many other contractors dont even call you back! Thanks Josh.

    Very impressed by JDM Plumbing. First time emergency need for a plumber in Middletown DE for a gas leak. Great response and Josh was wonderful, really helped get things fixed right and quickly.     Was a great experience. It started out with my basement being flooded but ended up with a great water heater. I’m sure they do tanked water heaters as well.They did an amazing job on a TANKLESS water heater when everyone else was saying they are not certified to do it. after you do your research if you come to the conclusion that you want tankless. Call JDM. I called the first time and the owner Josh answered. He was driving at the time. He came over the next day. Once he found out I didn’t have hot water he changed the schedule and installed mine the next morning 830. 3 hrs later it was finished. Very clean neat job. Even left a wrench for the filter removal.     Sometimes there arent enough stars. I wish I could give more. Steve was able to find and resolve the source of the sewer gas smell in my basement. I was dealing with it for over a year every since I bought the house. It was a nightmare. After several plumbers couldnt find it or refuse to deal with it, I was ready to give up but once I spoke to Josh, he assured me he knew what I was talking about and had methods to sniff out the culprit. And they did! Turns out it was an unglued connection in my wasteline. Most likely missed by the original builders. But this wasnt just a plumbing issue, the smell was affecting my quality of life. I was embarrassed to have friends and family over. Now my room just smells clean and fresh! I highly recommend JDM!!

    Excellent work and professional. Appointment was for 8am, they arrived at 7:50. On time. Installed my new water heater, answered my questions, tested the unit and done in about one hour. Cleaned up their footprints and left my house the way they found it. JDM Plumbers are my plumbers!!!

    Had an emergency water leak inside my home. Called JDM at 3pm on a Friday and they had someone out before 4pm. They initially diagnosed the problem as a broken sewer pipe in my front yard that would require digging up my yard. They promptly responded the following Monday and through careful excavation determined the breakage was instead due to a third party having bored through the pipe. JDM then remediated the problem while also providing me with a detailed explanation of what had happened and how I can address it with the third party. Because of their due diligence, I was reimbursed by the third party within a short time for the repairs.Outstanding service, Superb customer service and detailed explanation are just some of the ways I can describe JDM.

    JDM #1 Plumbing was great to work with. We had an issue with our shower head leaking water when using the shower wand, which should only have water coming out of one or the other. Josh saved us some money by ordering the replacement parts we needed from Moen. They were free, since they were the original brand. They came out after the parts were delivered to our home and completed the repair in a quick, professional manner. The plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be using them soon to install a water softener. I also like that they accept a credit card for payment, as our previous plumber did not. Happy customer!!😊

    Our upstairs bathroom flooded along with and attached closet and our garage underneath on Christmas Day. The next day we called JDM and despite giving us a heads up that there were several other emergency calls just like ours ahead of us they promised to get there same day.     My experience with JDM #1 Plumbing, LLC was wonderful. I had a New 1/2hp shallow well jet pump and new 20 gal horizontal bladder tank installed. These guys also installed new plumbing for pump and bladder tank. The guys were very reliable, convenient, on time, professional and last but not least got the job done sooner than expected time.     Last week my water main broke. After waiting half the day for another plumbing company to call me back, I called six more companies. JDM #1 plumbing was the last call I made.The owner answered the phone and told me he could have a van at my house within 45 minutes. Forty four minutes later, there was a knock at my door! They were very knowledgeable and polite. The two gentlemen were able to give me a quote, and asked if I wanted it fixed the same day. Once the excavator showed up, the crew efficiently repaired my water main. I would definitely use their services again in the future!

    These guys were awesome!! First, the owner tried to help me by talking me through locating my water meter. When that couldnt be done he sent a crew out within 45 minutes.The guys that came out were super professional, really cool, and really nice they located it no very quickly, cut a hole in, put a cover over it, cleaned everything up and I got charged what I feel was a super fair price for what they did.I highly recommend them. And I will definitely be using them for any plumbing needs I have in the future without question.

    As always, the office office scheduled the job quickly; the friendly technician arrived right on time, and understood the full scope of the job. This time he dealt efficiently with the inevitable little problems that arise when pulling apart pipes in a masonry wall, and had the new hose bib installed within the hour. Job site left clean - as usual. THIS is why we always call JDM. Showers, kitchen sinks, sumps, the tankless whtr... our reliable plumber for at least 12 yrs!

    Were in the middle of redoing our floors in our new townhome and needed to get toilet and sink removed to make way for flooring. JDM came out on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
