Wonderful service! Chris H was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about about my issue. My upstairs bathtub drain assembly was shot, water leaked through the ceiling as well. Chris H reworked the drain and had me straight within an hour. It was truly a blessing to be met with such integrity. Please give this company a try for your plumbing problems. Im sure Ill be a repeat customer at this point!

What a superb company! Hilda got me scheduled the same day. Chris S. provided a transparent competitive quote to replace my hvac and reset the lines. Chris H., Chris S., Arthur, Mike and Eric all did an outstanding job getting the old unit out and the new one in. They handed me the new unit paperwork and had already registered it for me. When they left, my garage was cleaner than before they arrived! I highly recommend them!!

Chris Hay with Bradley Maintenance & Air did a great job with replacing our water heater. I was able to schedule them quickly and he ordered the specific water heater I requested. He was very helpful, pleasant, courteous, arrived when scheduled, and actually saved me a lot of money versus having an installer from the big box store install it. I would gladly recommend them and will use them again for our heating/air/plumbing needs.

Chris Hay saved the day! I woke up to a leak in my ceiling and called Bradley asap. Hilda picked up and was very helpful and quickly scheduled an appointment. Chris arrived a couple hours later and took the time to figure out the problem, explain it to me, and fix it. This was not an easy fix, and the hvac unit is in the roof so this was not an easy job (super hot). Chris not only solved the problem quickly, but he also left the area very clean.

Arthur was the plumber technician that came to my Sisters home. He worked for so many hours trying to fix their problem. Main line backed up. Finally, Arthur and his boss at Bradley Plumbing said it was to large of a job for them. Bradley Plumbing has a code, if we cant fix it you are not charged a penny. I recommend them for Plumbing services, they were GREAT!!!

We met with Chris just yesterday after my wife researched and initially contacted Brandon earlier this week. They arrived and laid out the plan, time lines, and let us know exactly the steps they needed to complete. It was a very thorough process, which I appreciate. I work from home, and I was able to work undisturbed while they: removed our older AC/HVAC system (inside and out), the closet in my office cleaned thoroughly because we had black mold growing on unit inside, built a custom fitting to accommodate a really tight space, trained me on the system and are completely done before 4pm today. The whole crew Mike, Chris, Eric, Brandon, big thanks! To add to the hospitality and great service, I had some siding on my house had started to come loose and Brandon offered to take care of that for me while his crew was working. Sorry, I didn’t catch his name, but everyone involved was awesome. I highly recommend you give this company your shot if you have any AC/HVAC issues.

Very impressed with this company. They were very efficient and fixed our heat in the middle of the winter storm. Our house was 42 degrees the night before and they came out and took care of us. Very professional and even put shoe covers on when coming in to the house. Friendly, informative and prompt. They were able to give us a temporary fix until they could install the sequencer we needed (installed the next day!). That temporary fix kept out house at 70 degrees so we were very happy with that. We rent our house from a leasing company so getting someone to come out and fix our AC has been extremely difficult and frustrating. We’re going on 5 days with no ac and no break from the heat. After our leasing company FINALLY gave in and called a Third party company, Chris was out the same day and he didn’t try to feed me the same BS our former repairman did, and informed us we need both compressors replaced. Being already late in the day, he set us up with a portable AC unit for the night and got us scheduled to replace our units and a tune up, he was extremely friendly and did not beat around the bush. After several failed attempts to rectify the plumbing problem at a home we just rented we called Bradley Maintenance & Air. Within the hour Chris H called us back to set a time convenient to us to stop by to see what problems we were having with our plumbing. What impressed me most in the beginning Chris H listened intently to us, which most people don’t do, and he asked many questions until he was sure of what action he was going to take to resolve the existing problem and the problems created by other so called plumbers. Anyway, Chris along with Brandon got busy and worked 5 hours until the job was completed. They were clean, respectful, knowledgeable and hard working and did not give up even when it seemed our problem was unfixable. These guys were awesome! These guys went above and beyond for me! When I called in for urgent help with my heating, the gentleman who answered took extra time and effort to troubleshoot my issue with me over the phone and even asked about my fireplace (which was also not working) and gave me advice on how to fix it. The advice worked, and I was able to get my fire working until someone could fix the heating, which was a godsend. They didnt have to do that and didnt receive any pay for it! The other item that impressed me was that Chris made sure to be respectful in my house with his mannerisms, and also laid down a work tarp on the kitchen floor and explained to me what steps he would be taking to remedy the kitchen pipe backup. He also made sure to clean up afterwards and was very open in communications on what he found/didnt find when his work was finished.I am thankful that Chris was the one who was called in on this job, as I had been washing my dishes in the bathroom tub for six days, on hands and knees, as we lost usage of our kitchen sink and dishwasher which created a great deal of stress and inconvenience in our daily lives. The put in a new unit very quickly and it is wonderful. They had to come back out because the pressure wasnt correct but they were out within a half hour of us calling to tell them there was an issue. They were wonderful to deal with.

We have had plumbing issues in one of our bathrooms for about 2 weeks. We would call our regular maintenance service but they only offered temporary fixes. So they called Bradley for us. The appointment was set immediately. He texted us the day before to confirm the time and date. He texted us when he was en route and showed up on time (even a few minutes early). Bradley was very professional and cared about our plumbing issue. He fixed everything right away and explained the entire process. If we ever have any problems or eve just a question in the future, we will definitely call Bradley Maintenance.

These guys finally got my air up and running even though American Homes for Rent were just simply uncaring. If you were to come in to the situation, you would have thought Bradley Maintenance and Air was the landlord. If you want someone that cares, working on your HVAC or plumbing, you really should call these guys. I wasnt paid for this review, I did not receive a discount and I am not a family member. Do you remember customer service? Its not just in books and old tales. These guys have it. Hire them if you want to see it in person for yourself.Thanks you guys! My 13 year old dog appreciates the air con. He says thanks too!!

He was very knowledgable, friendly and even wore shoe coverings, a mask and gloves. He is a true professional. He explained everything he did and was highly skilled. You can tell he is genuinely happy to be of service. What a breath of fresh air (literally)!
