We have used The Bathroom Company for three different jobs. 1. Bathroom tiling and tub installation 2. A complete bathroom remodel 3. Kitchen tiling. All were excellent. Wonderful craftsmanship and communication. I appreciate Caleb’s artistic eye as well as knowledge of what can be done with the space and the quirks of our older home. I changed the layout (how far it extended) of our kitchen tile based on his recommendations and I’m so happy with it how it turned out. Highly recommend!

Great communication from day 1! The Bathroom Company did a great job with a complete remodel of two of our bathrooms simultaneously. They really took the time to understand what we wanted and learn about our style preferences. The great design recommendations and thorough review of plans made the start of the process stress free. During the construction phase they were in constant communication with us. We never had to wonder what was going to happen next, or when someone would be coming over to work. I reached out to The Bathroom Company to get ideas and pricing on a large bathroom remodel. Our current bathroom has an awkward layout and we just couldnt wrap our heads around how to make it work.We were able to quickly book a time with Elisabeth. She came out to our house and spent a ton of time listening to the important parts of the remodel. Then, she offered different ideas on the spot to see if it lined up to what we wanted. Together we worked through each element of the bathroom. I really felt like she got the look we were going for.Elisabeth got us a quote and rough sketch of her remodel idea within days. The sketch took into account all the things that were important to us and also took into account livability and ageless design concepts. We loved her idea. We are currently working through each part of the sketch and proposal.Very happy with the process so far and would highly reccomend The Bathroom Company and Elisabeths work.

I absolutely loved working with Caleb and the whole team at The Bathroom Company! They recently completed a remodel of the basement bathroom and laundry room in my 1919 home and did such a wonderful job. I couldn’t be happier. Living in an older home, it was important to me that the basement reflects the older charm and look of the main floors. Caleb and Elisabeths love of older homes really shows as they literally transformed the dark, creepy, shoddily-made bath/laundry/utility area into a bright, beautiful and functional bathroom and laundry room that matched the aesthetic of the rest of the house.I would recommend them to anyone (and already have!). When I started this project, I had contacted other companies to just get a simple quote and most wouldn’t return calls since my project wasn’t “big” enough. But Caleb and Elisabeth understood exactly what I was looking for and worked with me on the budget. Every professional that worked in the home did quality work and I was always updated on the process. If I ever had any questions or concerns, Caleb and Elisabeth were prompt to reply. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday afternoon, so we had to shut off our water and by Wednesday first thing in the morning they were there checking it out and got a new one ordered, picked up and installed within hours. I 100 percent recommend this full-service and locally owned business. The Bathroom Co. took my two 1980s/90s primary and hall baths (think carpet and pink tiling) and gutted them into the perfection you see below. Caleb and Elisabeth were a dream to work with. From the hand drawings, to the meticulous design and material selections, to great communication through every construction hurdle, to providing styling and finishing, we have just been so pleased with the finished product. And they were a joy to have in our home for what can be a long and arduous process. These people are now our friends and they are rockstars at what they do. Okay... I dont often take time to give reviews, but I honestly have to give my high five and more to The Bathroom Company. Their knowledge of problem solving was excellent. I dont even know how many problems I had with some outside plumbing issues.I ended up with several cobbled up patch jobs.The technician from The Bathroom Company was at my home to fix something else (and did an excellent job) and I was fussing about my faucets outside.The Bathroom Company plumber took a look at it and said, Yeah sometimes plumbers dont want to fix this particular type because they are hard to do. Ill order you the special part and get that fixed the right way.I could have hugged him!!!I would HIGHLY recommend The Bathroom Company!!Also... Im a real customer, not someone planted to give good compliments. You can even call The Bathroom Company and have them give you my number.Yeppers... they are just that good!!!

They came out no problem at 530 pm on an emergency call because we were unable to complete our dyi toilet installation, the pricing was more than fair and they even billed us rather than demanding payment on completion...I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely use them again in the future

The whole team was wonderful!!! They understood what I wanted and made it happen. I did not want a whole bathroom remodel. The bathroom fixtures were dated and on the verge of failing. They installed new toilets, new faucets, new shower fixtures, grab bars, towel bars and lighting and shower rods. The bathrooms look great, and best of all are efficient and easy for us to use now.Every one of the team that came to work was knowledgeable and polite. They used shoe covers & also took shoes off to protect my beige carpet.
