Waterbury is always professional and friendly. My mom couldn’t get her thermostat/furnace to respond. Waterbury scheduled her in quickly and had a technician out to help. Ended up being something very simple. Instead of charging her a standard trip charge the tech took the time to do an annual checkup and cleaning. He made her feel validated for the call and actually provided a very valuable service for what he could’ve charged anyhow. Thanks Waterbury!! We appreciate you.

Efficient and great attention to detail. Service technicians are courteous and very friendly and took the time to answer my questions and made understanding my electronic and phone applications easy in setting the programs for my furnace and air conditioning. Best in the business in South Dakota. Very price competitive as I got the top of the line for what others quoted me as their midline products. I’ve never had an incident and both furnace and air conditioner were installed in one day and my utility bills have been lowered.

I recently had Waterbury’s service my furnace. The technician happened to see an issue with my hot water heater. He didn’t need to say anything, but did encourage me to have it fixed before it flooded my basement. Billy then promptly came out and fixed the problem. I appreciate their honesty and helpfulness. Billy was great. He explained the repairs he made and then talked through the pros and cons of replacing the water heater and installing a water softener. No pressure, just information. I was grateful he had the parts in the van.The overnight fee was steep but understandable. Very glad that we called Waterbury to help us with our issue. Our sewer lift pump went out causing our house to smell like sewage. The plumbing company that installed it told us it would be 2.5 weeks before they could come out to do the warranty replacement. After trying 3 other plumber companies who didnt get back to us, we tried Waterbury. Waterbury had someone to our house the next day. Very prompt, professional, and friendly service. Will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

We have been utilizing Waterbury Heating and Cooling since we moved into our new home. I am very happy with their services. Recently I had an issue where our system was making intermittent loud noises. Waterbury pinpointed it to the blower which needed replacement. I initially thought that would be another appointment, but the tech called their office, gave them the model number needed and it was immediately delivered. The blower was replaced, the system is quieter and Im a happy camper. Dawson, the tech was extremely helpful in giving me tips on how to effectively and efficiently run our heat and cooling system. He answered all my questions. I highly recommend Waterbury!

Waterbury is the company I use for my home service and maintenance needs. I needed my smoke alarms and light bulbs changed in my house with cathedral ceilings. Kirk came and changed out “all” the light bulbs in my home. He patiently allowed me time to clean the fixtures before putting them back in place. He explained how the newer LED bulbs and fixtures work. I understand now the life duration for future service. He made sure all the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were up to date and in perfect working condition.I appreciate that Kirk called prior to the scheduled service appointment. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Kirk is professional, kind and efficient. His work is neat and he cleaned up his work area when he was finished. All the staff at Waterbury provide excellent customer service. I recommend Waterbury in all the areas of services they provide.

Chelsea was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. We recently purchased our first home and called Waterbury for A/C and furnace servicing/repair after we noticed a leak. Chelsea taught us so much about our heating and cooling system while she made repairs. She then went above and beyond what we initially called for by helping us solve a completely unrelated plumbing issue. The level of service she offered was remarkable and as a result, we will return to Waterbury for all of our future needs.

Our water heater sprung a leak over the weekend and I left a name and number to be called on Monday morning to try and get a replacement lined up and installed. I received the call at 7:45 on Monday morning and the technician, Billy, arrived by 9:30 and the work was all done before noon. Billy was extremely helpful in answering questions and getting the unit installed.

A/C failed on Friday night of course, made the call and they fit me in first thing in the morning on Saturday! They arrived promptly and fixed everything within the hour and completely explained what they were doing, how much it was going to be, and my options for it all. Everything took less than an hour 15 to do and AC is back working full swing! Extremely reasonable price as well, I was expecting a hell of a lot more. Their after hours fee was $110, all worth it to beat this heat.

I’ve had the pleasure of using Waterbury on two separate occasions, both were fantastic. The fist time I had a new ac condenser installed, went perfect. Second time 8/8/24 for a furnace blower noise that turned into nothing, but I also had them clean the condenser before summer is over. Each time there has been no pressure, everyone is pleasant and honest. Will continue to utilize their service in the future.

Plus, the tech that came out was great with my big, excited dogs, and she even had treats to give them. Will 100% use Waterbury for everything from now on!

Our $1800 water heater turned a year old yesterday. 5 days ago it began flashing a thermopile code. Waterbury scheduled a service call for me and was able to make it out the next day. The technician came out and stated that he would change it out as the part would be covered under warrantee. I agreed that it made sense to change it. When he finished I was asked to pay $122.47 for labor. I did write out a check and gave it to the technician. I stated that I was disappointed to be investing more money into the water heater so soon and paid the technician. The technician asked if it would be ok if a written invoice was sent to me. I agreed to this. 2 days later i received the invoice indicating that warrantee covered the repair fully and my check was returned stamped void. They made things right with me and I will continue using them for future needs.

Recently Cody, from Waterbury, installed a whole home generator. Cody was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable about installing this unit. He kept my home and yard clear of debris, he placed wood on the grass where heavy equipment would be driven, removed the gate and a portion of my fence to gain access to the area that the generator would be installed and replaced it just like it was never touched. When a third party company came to do the coring and damaged two trees from the heat of their equipment, he reached out to them and my gardener to get them changed out, no charge to me.The office staff is equally as amazing. They are always so kind and thoughtful when talking to them on the phone. They contact me to schedule spring and winter maintenance keeping my heater and air conditioner in working order.I am so pleased with Waterbury.

I will call Waterbury every time I have an A/C/furnace issue. Their customer service is next level. They are honest, knowledgeable, and timely. I just had an issue with my furnace. Ethan was the tech who showed up. Exceptional technician. Before he came he called to let me know he was on his way. When he got here, he put his boot covers over his shoes so he wouldn’t get the carpet dirty, which I appreciated. He then went on to fix the furnace.I’d venture to say that the majority of people aren’t versed in A/C/furnace maintenance. It would be very easy to “pull the wool over their customers eyes,” and charge them an arm and a leg for their services. But instead of doing that, Ethan went out of his way to try to find ways to save me money, as it was a relatively expensive fix, which he didn’t have to do.I have needed Waterbury’s services 4-5 different times over the years. Each time has been an all around exceptional experience.
