    The valve in our shower rusted out and water was nearly free flowing from the spout even when you set it to off. Whats worse is it was pouring out hot water so we had to turn the water off to the home to protect the house and our heating bill! Thankfully our service professional Brian Howard was able to come out the next day and do a complete overhaul on our shower.Everything is new and beautifully done! He was very knowledgeable able actively kept me in the loop of what he was working on and what parts he was replacing. He was friendly and treated us and the home with respect! I am very happy with the work that was done and will absolutely continue to use Mr. Rooted for all my plumbing needs and hopefully no more emergencies, but I know Im covered if something comes up.

    Brian was so cordial and professional! He explained the “easy fix” that we would try first on my kitchen sink. Then, he described what we would need to do if that fix didn’t work. THEN, he explained how we could do a permanent fix within my budget (if needed).He explained their membership program which is a real deal for homeowners!     Brian did a fantastic job removing our old water softener that we havent been using. It was only causing an increase in our water bill.Brian was also the technician who fixed our downstairs shower a few months ago.This company has always come thru for me & gets help out the same day.     Had major issues with our plumbing. So much so that our basement was flooding. Brian Howard came first for the appointment I had scheduled. The problem ended up bigger than we thought but he went above and beyond, even coming back after hours to make sure everything was working again as it should. I decided to do the extensive fix that will correct the problem permanently. The technicians from Mr. Rooter - Brady and Dominic - were on time, pleasant, clear about what they were doing, and finished in the estimated time. When they had to add one more step to be sure things worked correctly, Brady was clear about what they were going to do and the exact price.     We had water from a shower back up in the basement and I called Mr Rooter. We got off to a rocky start due to a lack of communication from them. In fact all communication was initiated by me because I was afraid to leave my home without knowing when they might show up.About 30 hours later a tech showed up. The technician (RJ Cook) on the other hand was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He was polite and respectful of our home throughout this service. Sadly he wasn’t able to resolve the issue during his visit and had to return 2 days later to do a water jet clean out. It is now resolved.Now a day later I’m going have to call the company again. We’ve received no receipt, not even a copy of the estimate I signed and the tech indicated he would provide a map of our sewer pipes from his scope process. He received full payment his first visit and did verify our email they had on file so, it all should have been to emailed.Even when the technician is good the company should be calling the customer when there are delays. Mr Rooter is well aware the customer is waiting on them in a situation like ours and, customer’s time is just as valuable.

    Technician was knowledgeable and did the job well and quickly. Cost of the actual work performed and labor involved was pretty high. The parts used for replacement would have run about $100 at the local hardware store. 1 hour of actual labor shouldnt cost $1,000. Tech had to leave to get a new expansion tank for the water heater and had not started the repairs/replacements. He showed back up at 10:03 am. He did the repairs and replacements and was back out the door at 11:07am.

    I just want to say my entire experience with this company was amazing. When I first called about my basement drain flooding the lady over the phone was amazingly kind and might I say quick. I had Jon in my basement the next day. I had a great experience with him as well very kind and professional and explained any questions I had about my plumbing. My brother had the same issue, had to have a camera go down the pipe and payed a pretty penny, I almost payed half of what he did. This company and Jon will treat you right and won’t feed you any bullcrap like a lot of other companies would.     The repair fellow was prompt and courteous. He quickly repaired what we needed done. He did, however make a recommendation to install a ‘stop’ for about $125 for an item that shuddered. I knew that it would not fix the problem so declined it. The repair guy himself admitted it would do no good. He also recommended replacing 22 stops ( water shutoffs) that cost about $5 each for $1700. So buyer beware that the company tries to oversell unneeded products. Being a fraud investigator I picked up on that right away. However a naive person could be taken advantage of. Best to get a 2nd or 3rd opinion before proceeding with additional work. Buyer beware.

    Had a water heater that was leaking from the top. Called around and Mr. Rooter was able to come out the quickest so we went with them and Im glad we did. Its never fun to hear you need a new water heater but Brian was very good at explaining why the old one was shot and, was very thorough about expectations for the new install. Our old one presented issue after issue before it was able to be drained and removed, but Brian stayed calm throughout and did a great job.

    My tech was on time and very good at explaining what he was going to do and why. My only thumbs-down is that my toilet was not flushing correctly (small blockage).     Our water heater went out on Sunday. They came first thing Monday morning and Brady was amazing. He replaced the first part and couldn’t get it to stay lit either so replaced a second part. When that didn’t fix it, he said we needed a new one. I told him I would leave the door open for him to get in the next morning and he made sure to have the office call when he was on his way so I would know he was in the house. I stopped home to pay him as he was finishing up. He did a great job on the installation and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. I have used Mr Rooter in the past and will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend them and could not be more pleased with the product and the service.

    We had a number of issues with our plumbing after a bathroom remodel - thankfully Kyle was able to quickly resolve every issue we had. Not only were all the repairs done well, he also installed a water softener unit we had been wanting and it works great!     We had the absolute Best experience possible! We had what I would call an emergency. We had a slight gas leak leading up to our water heater. We called the day after the 4th of July thinking it would be impossible to get someone out that day considering it was last minute.     I just wanted to let everyone know that if you need help with anything plumbing, this is the place to go with. Mr. Rooter was wonderful to work with. I have older cast iron pipes in my house, and moved into my house in 2016, and Im pretty sure the pipes were never cleaned. My basement drain was clogged with food, and when I say clogged, I mean food coming out of the drain. Yes, I chop food up in a disposal and keep hot water running afterwards but its been a long while since they been touched. Kyle voloblek was outstanding. He was very professional and has a great sense of humor. He explained everything in detail and worked hard on the problem.
