Our furnace went out late on a Friday night. The service tech was out the next day and went the extra mile to help us, but there were too many issues to make a repair worthwhile. We went with a new Carrier system installed by Rogers and they were also prompt and professional.

My experience with Roger’s Heating and Plumbing was incredible! My AC unit went out. Roger’s was able to send someone out the same day I called. Michael was on time and very professional. Michael was extremely informative and made sure I understood everything he was explaining. Michael quoted me for a new AC and furnace, with multiple options. Once I chose my option, Michael had me scheduled for installation within a week. Michael also made a repair on my current AC unit to make sure we had AC while we waited for the new installation! After a poor experience with the company initially called, I’m extremely happy with Roger’s Heating and Plumbing!

Our outdoor faucet broke. We bought a new faucet. Had to put a hole in the wall and the pipe had been sweated on. We didnt know what to do. So on friday, I called Rogers plumbing & Heating thinking here we go another pay out for home repairs. I dont know his name but he told us what we needed to do. He didnt have to do that. He could have said lets just make an appointment for next week. We did what he told us to do and we got it done. To me that is amazing. Then today Monday they called to see if we got it fixed. Wonderful service. Great job of diagnosing & repairing the issues with my air-conditioning unit. This saved me thousands of dollars, compared to what competitors had quoted. I’m a truck driver. I was out of town, when my wife notified me that our heater would not work. So I started calling around. So glad I found Roger’s. I was able to schedule an appointment to have A technician come out and take a look at my heater and AC unit. We were able to get both heater and AC unit replaced in a very timely manner. The technician that came out was very nice, polite and friendly. He answered all of my wife’s questions and concerns. Thank you again for coming out and doing such a wonderful job.

I highly recommend this business! My sister had another company she found on Google go to our elderly parents home because our dad thought their furnace was out. They were told they needed a new furnace and were quoted 10k for a new furnace. The guy was very pushy about them signing paperwork that day and said they would help them with financing. My husband thought that was a little suspicious and asked that I call Rogers plumbing and heating for a second opinion. I called them early morning and they were able to go to my parents home that same day. My parents were told they did not need a new furnace and that it looked like some cables had been moved around. I value their honesty and I know who my family will be calling if we are ever in need of their services.

He is so friendly and helpful to make sure things got done correctly as previous owners on our house did DYI items incorrectly. Very reliable. We had a pipe freeze on Christmas eve, in a snow storm, at midnight and had to shutt off water at home. We called every plumber in town and Rogers plumbing was the only one who responded and sent a plumber to save the day. They also did not charge us more than the usual. We only worked with Rogers plumbing ever since. Thank you for being reliable.

Rogers Plumbing has always been good to me. I had them replace my copper lines with PEX in my exposed basement ceiling. They scheduled and competed the work in a timely fashion. The workers were courteous and professional. They were able to think outside the box and help me move an existing vent pipe to a more desirable location.My only complaint is that since I have an exposed ceiling that will not be covered with a drop or drywall (and they knew this), the PEX lines are not as neat and tidy as I would like visually. I will probably not be focused on my ceiling once the rest of the space is complete but at this point it is noticeable.I would recommend them as they are willing to listen to customer concerns, requests and specifications (usually). Thank you!

When the contractor was ready for their return to install the plumbing and new HVAC lines to an older part of the house, it took no time for their return. Needed repairs to our 13 yr. old furnace, my 1st call was to Rogers, best call we made., so needed a new water heater a couple yrs. later & called Rogers again we had talked about a tankless water heater & Josh arraigned the whole thing, I had also wanted a water softner so we had to talk about how the plumbing had to run to correct areas, so all happened at same time.We needed to move our 18 yr. old by now ac by now, because a house was being built to close to our lot line so put a new account unit & new furnace at the same time & boy did we save money this winter on gas bill, because of energy efficiency. Everyone was great to work with, you can call them for anything anytime if you need to.They also do twice a yr. maintenance on your equipment which is great.Thanks guys & gals for all of your help.

Our air conditioning went out this past summer so I called and received 6 different estimates on new AC/furnace systems. Roger’s Heating was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. We ended up choosing Roger’s because of the quality product but more so because of the fantastic customer service we received throughout the entire process. The customer service we received from Josh was second to none. Josh was product knowledgeable, patient and empathetic with our lack of AC during a 100 degree stretch of weather. Now that we have had the entire AC/Furnace replaced, I can say I would highly recommend Roger’s Heating and Plumbing!

We were extremely impressed with Rogers. Previously we had been told we needed a new a/c. Chris came out to quote us a price for a new unit and said he didnt feel right trying to sell us a new unit when he didnt think we needed one. He sent out tech Mike the very next day to come diagnose the problem. He was very thorough fixed the one small part that needed fixing. We were quoted a price for the service call and diagnostic, however when we got the invoice it was $100 less! Chris also took the time to call and check in and let us know he called to check on the warranty of our unit for us as well. We highly recommend Rogers and will be telling our family and friends!

We had discussed and ordered the new systems with Chris 3 weeks before the install. On the Saturday night before we were to get our new systems, our AC gasped its last breath. We had to wait only 1 day before we were cool again! Perfect timing since our temps had been in the 90s. Michael, Mason and Chandler installed our new AC and heating system. They were very professional, on time and cleaned up and took all the old parts away. Michael explained and helped set up the new thermostat. I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a great HVAC company.

Highly recommmend! Saw Rogers ad on the morning news . I had been using another provider and they said they “fixed my issue” with the first air conditioner fan in the spring of 2018. Then had another issue with the same air conditioner fan. I called Rogers and they fixed it and were honest. Then the second air conditioner unit finally went out in the 100 degree heat week. I called the original service provider to fix it and they couldn’t come out for at least a week. So I reached out to Roger’s again. Josh came out the very next morning and gave us plenty of options for a new air conditioner and furnace should I want to replace both as they were 30 years old, however he said I could have kept using my original furnace. I ended up replacing both the furnace and air conditioner with a new one. (Incidentally, my original 2 furnaces were Carrier and 2 airconditioners were Trane.). Josh was open and honest, prompt and courteous and professional. He also called just to check in and make sure things were good. He looked at the first furnace and air conditioner and said that they were getting aged but that I could still try to use them if I wanted. He told me the pros and cons of each along with showing me how the new ones would save monies and the amounts. They wore shoe covers when they had to go into the house. They even filled out the rebate paperwork for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. They also had a nice gift for us after all of the work. You can tell they are a hard working family business and have a great product and even better service. They deserve an opportunity and your business.

We had to wait a couple days for delivery of the new furnace and the same day our old furnace failed they brought over two 220 volt space heaters that heated the house to comfortable temps.New furnace was installed on time and on budget. Chris helped me with rebate forms and we got a nice rebate from the furnace company.Rogers furnace service man made a after hours holiday service call over Christmas to fix a shop heater for me. He had to go get a part and still had it fixed in 2 hours.So I have all good experience with Rogers with commercial, rental properties, and my own residence.
