Ive used Roto Rooter at least once a year for 7 years. Always wonderful service and great experience. Today John arrived and unclogged a toilet for us. Even in the bitter cold and snow and being busy John arrived within 25 minutes and spent 4 hours unclogging a frozen line. He was determined to get it and he DID!! So professional and cheerful throughout the visit. And cost much less than I expected. You are a wonderful company and we are so appreciative of your wonderful service. Was at my house within 2 hours of me calling them. Sewer pipe from septic to house had frozen up. The young man who did the work was so professional, friendly, and clean. Expensive fix, but it was done right and I was assured that everything would work fine now. I can’t say enough about this employee. If I had a business I would be hiring him in a heartbeat. We need more like him in the working world

Called Roto Rooter and they were able to come out that same day. Very happy with how professional they are and took care of my issue within 5-10 minutes. Ive used them in the past and will again. I realize all different types of companies charge a service fee but they should have a cheaper rate (like half) for calls less than 30 minutes. Also the company should tell the caller what the service call price is. Roto Rooters service call was $30.00 more than another company that was called but the other company had no openings. The other company also offered discounts to seniors, veterans, and others.

Right from the person who answered the call to the technician Chris, I could tell that they were going to do the best job possible. Chris was very knowledgeable and tried numerous ways to figure out the way our basement was plumbed and drained. This was crucial in order to start finding solutions. He brought his equipment down and extracted a ball of roots from a tree out front. I thought the service and speed were top notch. The bill was affordable. Ill be using them for all of these issues.

Rotorooter came out and couldnt clear our main line because there was no access hole. Chris still tried for 2 hours to work with what he had to get us through until he could get access to the main line. As soon as he had access he came back out and cleared it out within an hour. Super genuine guy and he did what he had to do to get the job done.
