    We were extremely pleased with the prompt and professional service we recently received from Hander Plumbing. They responded within one day to our online request for service to repair a leaky kitchen sink drain and the ultimate replacement thereof. Their plumber’s knowledge and experience in removing and replacing existing drain stacks and supply lines in our 90-year-old home was particularly impressive. He readily explained all aspects of the project in response to our inquiries including cost of labor, materials, etc. Work was accomplished in less than a day, and having Hander do the work was a pleasure.

    I called on Wednesday of this week for a hot water heater replacement and had a representative sent to my location on Thursday morning. The gentleman I talked to on Wednesday was great! Explaining the various options I was considering and offering me different choices.Jacob was the young man that was sent to me for our replacement. Jacob was very thorough and explained the process and set about his work. He called me down shortly after he arrived to tell me that my diagnosis was incorrect. I did not have a failure of my heater but a failure in my pressure expansion tank! What was going to be a several thousand dollar expenditure was about to be a couple hundred. Considering my call with the service advisor the day before, I knew I was living on borrowed time with my current heater and elected to go ahead with the replacement (my luck it would have failed in a couple of months and I would have relived the whole flooded basement scenario which I would avoid at all costs!).The work was concluded in a very timely manner, the work area was left cleaner than when Jacob arrived, he presented me an accurate bill, explained the various functions, and hauled away my old and defective parts!I have been a long time Hander customer and it is because of service like this, both on the phone and the personnel they send for calls, that will keep me one for the foreseeable future.Thank you to Hander Plumbing and Heating!

    I recently called Hander Plumbing to replace a garbage disposal in my rental property. They were very friendly on the phone and got a service call scheduled for the following day. They sent Jeremy and he replaced my disposal quickly. Jeremy was very friendly and kind and took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Hander!

    Hander was on point after hours for a boiler issue. He (Jeremy) got it up and running to get our tenants heat and hot water at 4:30 am on a Sunday. They were so easy to communicate with.     Called Hander after a DIY kitchen faucet change went bad. Not having a kitchen sink was a challenge and they scheduled me quickly. I decided to splurge and bought a new sink too. Jeremy came to install. Very professional, personable and did great work! So much so, I pushed ahead my bath to shower conversion and asked for the guy with the funny hat to come back for that.     100% will call Hander again if I have any issues in the future. I called on a Tuesday and someone was able to fit my odd schedule and come on Thursday to fix two significant pipe leaks. He was on time, friendly, explained the repairs thoroughly, and took care of the problems with no time wasted. The price for the service was much lower than I was expecting too, based on some other companies Id used in the past. Couldnt be more pleased with their service.

    Very professional service. Fixed the leaking shower and another issue quickly. Took the time to answer questions about other Plumbing issues. Also recommended adding new valve to incoming water.     These guys are so knowledgeable, skilled, professional and honest, I dont know if they make the world a better place, but they sure made my world a better place. Since February theyve replaced my water heater, furnace, AC, installed a new whole home humidifier and UV allergy accessory for the furnace, replaced a rusted water main valve, outside water spigots and under kitchen sink plumbing. This couldve been an absolute nightmare. Hander made it a pleasant anecdote.

    I had an issue with a leaking pipe in my upstairs shower, and the overnight guy came right away. He was very nice, he was telling me everything he was doing. He decided to wait until the next day to fix the necessary part because of kids sleeping, but stopped the leak. The guy that came over the next day was also super friendly, he did his thing and told me everything he did and showed me the part that was broken. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely the best experience Ive had.

    I normally call waterB but they were busy until next week so I called Hander. Hander came over next day and I immediately loved that he was friendly, laid back yet still professional and cared about getting it finished correctly. He was even joking around. I find it awkward AF to be around strangers but Jacob was awesome! He also has good hand writing so I can read this invoice. It was about $200 less than I thought it was going to be. Wooohooo!!! Ultra relieving to have a fun, nice, professional person to “deal with” when plumbing issues come up; it makes it a lot less stressful! Hander will be my first call next time!

    A year ago, Hander Plumbing installed a furnace humidifier for our home. I recently discovered a issue with the humidifier that required a phone call to Hander Service department. The gentlemen who took my call, understood the issue and sent a tech out to address my complaint within a few hours. The tech was very knowledgeable and congenital. They were around $200 cheaper than everyone else and we were able to get on their schedule for Monday right away (called Friday afternoon).     Plumber Jake was extremely helpful and professional. He replaced my old faucet and also the shut off valves. He noticed one additional potentially future costly repair, my very old main valve, suggested an additional redundant shutoff valve, which I had him install. Very good job!! Will use again!!

    I had a great experience with a local plumber I just had to share! We lost a water pump for a boiler that was in one of my commercial buildings, I called Karen at 9:30am when the pump started pouring water in the boiler room. Troy was at my building in 20 minutes. He worked on the pump, gave my model number and assured me that the back up pump would keep the building heated. An hour later called and provided me with a quote for a new pump along with different options and how they compare.I have used Hander for 20 years in my commercial buildings.     We had a broken pipe in the wall in the bathroom. Got the water slowed down and called Hander to see about a plumber. Travis said they could have one here in less than two hours. Rick was here in less than two hours and looked over the problem. He made one trip to his van and returned with everything he needed to fix the broken pipe. Very efficient. He was done in about an hour and he deserves a big attaboy.

    November 30, 2020 I had 2 of water in my basement laundry room.I called Travis in scheduling who is always so responsive to my needs. In exactly 15 minutes, Tyler arrived. He discovered that is was not the water heater but my indoor drain. Mitch arrived in a few minutes to unclog my drain.. Today. December 1, 2020. I had Shack arrive to service my furnace for the winter. They are all wonderful guys and went out of their way to help me. I strongly recommend Hander Plumbing!
