I was having an issue with my washing machine not draining properly and leaking water on the floor. I called and got an appointment for the following afternoon. An hour or so later, Castleberrys called me saying they could arrive at my house in 20 or 30 minutes, if someone would be home. Same day service! Excellent! They resolved my issue in less than an hour. Explained the problem and the solution. I highly recommend Castleberrys plumbing!

Very professional and great quality work done! James was very responsive and was able to help fix our plumbing issues the day we called. He was honest about the work and charged us a fair price as we had someone else try and suggest that we have more work done than what was actually needed. Had a great experience dealing with James and his crew during the bad freeze this year. I lost power and my tankless hit water heater ended up busting and needed to be completely replaced. Mr. Castleberry worked tirelessly to find my family a hot water heater, while every other plumbing company in town was fighting to find one. Mitch and Jeff pulled the old one out, and installed the new one in a matter of minutes. Great service, would definitely recommend.

I had to have my kitchen sewer pipe rerouted due to a cracked pipe. The crew was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. As with any plumber it was expensive, but well worth the money. They cleaned up under my dishwasher when they didnt have to. They then informed me my gargabage disposal was leaking where the dishwasher drain line connects to to it. Excellent work Gentlemen.

We have 1 bathroom and the plumbing was overflowing in the front yard. It was 9:30 at night and Castleberry answered the phone immediately. They had someone out within the hour and fixed our problem in 30 minutes. I cant thank them enough! So professional and so fast!! Very reasonably priced! Great local family owned business. These guys are awesome. They showed up early and completed the necessary repairs in a timely manner. I was not charged for travel time to pick up supplies as has been the case when using other plumbing companies. Mr. Castleberry was very easy to contact and returned my call very fast even while he was obviously busy on another job. Best plumbing experience I have ever had. Very highly recommend!!
