Jason quickly helped me locate a 2 inch supply line, coordinated with the city water department and had a crew come out to cap the line. All of this was done in a few days time after spending over a year requesting assistance from the city and other plumbing companies. Highly recommend Tilton Plumbing for any job!

In doing so, the employees did not bother to make sure no mud or debris got back into our water line, therefore our facets were completely plugged with mud. Mike Tilton’s Quality Plumbing saved the evening and sent John out to take care of the issue. John was very professional and polite when I asked any questions pertaining to the situation. Randy and Terron were the real deal!! They resolved a clogged pipe under my house which was causing a back up in my sink and also changed out my P-Trap and removed an old disposal! Robert and Micah did a great job repairing the leak on the line coming from water main to our house. Super personable, fast, quality work. They waited a good 20 minutes to be sure the glue dried on the coupler and waited to be sure meter was no longer running after the repair. In other words, fast at working but not at the expense of doing things correctly. Great price too.

Fantastic customer service, attention to detail, & craftsmanship. Had a prior plumber who left my house unfinished & had poor workmanship on an entire repipe for my house. The team from Mike Tilton came & gave a very detailed list of what needed to be done & made notes of all the things I wanted done as well. They took the time to make sure every aspect of the job was noted & completed. I am 1000% satisfied & have already started recommending them to other people. The guys are extremely respectful of your home & property. They always call ahead before they come which is very important to my wife when she’s alone at home. They clean up before they leave each day instead of leaving a mess. Don’t mess around & cut corners just to save a few bucks. If you want it done right the first time, choose these guys. Our water heater started leaking sometime during the night. I woke this morning to water in my hall. After searching the web and finding Tilton Plumbing web site with pricing and possible additional cost listed I decided to call them. I contacted Tilton Plumbing shortly after 8:00 AM. They would try to get us in this afternoon but it was possible it would be tomorrow morning . They had our new water heater installed for well within the price listed and before 4:30 PM. Very professional and understanding of the situation .

After reading numerous web sites and reviews on Tilton plumbing, I called them to come out due to sewage issues. I was absolutely fearing the most and fearing the cost of the repairs. Jason and Cody came to our house during the designated time. They were extreme professional and very patient with the millions of questions we asked them while they were working. They found the problem and did so in the most cost effective manner. Thank goodness the issue was not as bad as we had feared. I found the final cost to be EXTREMELY reasonable. I almost fainted because it was it was so reasonable and we did not feel at all like we were taken advantage of just because we did not know about plumbing. There is absolutely not doubt who we will be calling for all future plumbing issues!! Thank you so much to Jason, Cody and Tilton plumbing!!!

Tilton came and hooked PVC run from the street to old construction copper. Had to make an adapter work and got our water working after the irrigation pipe that was replaced by PVC with an emergency repair let loose. Ive used Tilton about 5 times in the last few years for plumbing issues I couldnt handle myself. Each time Im surprised by how quick, effective and inexpensive their work is. We have called them for collapsed sewage lines, clogged drains, clean-outs, installs, etc. with absolutely ZERO complaints.Most recently we had them come out to an abandoned property and they were able to help us locate all underground and water lines (which the previous owners, real estate company or city couldnt do)Also, after having 4 contractor meetings, Tiltons guy was able to inspect and make plumbing design suggestions that will save us a ton of money in the remodel of this property.These guys will show up with every tool and material they need to get the job done right there on the spot. Ive seen other companies that will need multiple trips to and from supply stores and warehouses- which costs time and money.I personally couldnt be more impressed with their work.

First rate professionals. The technicians were given an inaccurate address first and called me to ask where I was, when i explained the difference they told me they were on the way. This is tremendously significant because they did NOT start the clock until they were on site. They did not overbill me even though they were technically beginning the job. This was the first indicator that this was a stalwart company. When they showed up they listened, actively listened!!! to my concern and description of the problem. They then asked a few questions and explained what they were going to do and got right to work. Both men were professional, courteous, and just as important, they were competent. I could not be more impressed with Mike Tilton Plumbing and give them as high an endorsement as possible. 5 stars google rating, A+ BBB rating and all the superlatives apply. I will absolutely look to them first if I have future plumbing troubles.

Some issues were simple to solve and that was fine but when I needed a pipe unstopped, I kept having to call the plumber back 3 times. I then had to try a different plumber- Mike Tilton. What a difference! Quickly repaired and no need to call for followup!Remodeled my bathroom and installed the shower in a different place and moved the toilet. I called Mike Tilton Plumbing when my water heater broke. They gave me an appointment and came out the next day. I asked the price over the phone, and it was VERY reasonable. It ended up being about the price of a decent water heater at Lowes or Home Depot, plus a couple of hundred for the install. Frankly I couldnt be happier with their service and the price of the install, and Ill be calling them first next time I need a plumber.
