I had a leaky tub faucet in bathroom and needed tub spout installed. Kim quickly arranged for Jack Anders to come out to evaluate and provide an estimate to replace and install a new valves and spout from the original 1950s. The following morning Jack out and had to cut through ceramic tile with the concrete and metal mesh to resolve the issues.I now have great water preassure with no leaks. My new access panel door looks great.I highly recommend Jack Anders for any plumbing job you may have. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor make him a pleasure to work with. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was impressed with the level of service I received every step of the way. If you don’t have a go-to plumber, these are the guys you want. If you do, consider giving them a shot anyway… I’d be hard pressed to believe you’re getting better service elsewhere!

Extremely fast professional service where others acted like they didnt want to come out on a weekend. He showed up and knocked out my problem in 20 mins. The invoice was very reasonable and gave the technician a big tip. They definitely have my future business.

I scheduled the appointment with Kim and the next day, Michalan arrived right at the beginning of the appointment timeframe after he had called ahead. He discussed with me what the problem was and what needed to be done to have repaired. I was happy by the great service Michalan provided and how affordable it was!
