Mr. Marvin with Mr. Rooter plumbing came out and did a great job fixing a leaky faucet outside my home. It was quick friendly service. He even took the time out to show me how to turn off my water valve in my yard. He was very knowledgeable. This was my second time using him and his company, very satisfied with the service provided. Scheduled Gas line replacement with Mr. Rooter (Technician Mr.Martin and Mr. Richard) on 7/2/24. Both technicians were superb and their customer service ethics was excellent through out the whole process. The technicians demonstrated professionalism and were well educated and knowledgeable about their craft. My experience as a customer was gratifying especially when they return to the job to ensure the work was forfilled and complete. Marvin and Richard are an EXCELLENT team! They replaced my Terra cotta pipes in two days (on Good Friday to boot!). Richard even took the extra time to rake the ground level so that other than the lack of grass you’d never have known there was a hip deep trench there the day before (and let me tell you after the first day I definitely had my doubts about how it would look!). That would have been enough to warrant my praise, but they also spotted some corroded cast iron pipes under my house while working that I was completely unaware of and fixed the problem before it ever became one.We were building a fence the two days they worked (part of the reason my yard looks in such disarray) and they are both easy going and pleasant to talk to throughout. I thought I’d had good plumbers in the past, but these guys shattered expectations- I don’t think I’ll ever use anyone else!

They were fast on time “spot on diagnosis “ and “on time” repair ! A Life Saver!!!!! I’ll use Mr Rooter from now on!! I had waited 4 days for my home warranty company to send a plumber . I had water coming up from the floor in both bathrooms and the bathtub and could not shower or use the bathroom all 4 days . Called Mr Rooter that morning and had issue fixed and running water with no leaks by 530pm the same day. Thank God for Mr Jefferson (STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED SERVICE RESPONSE FROM HOME WARRANTY COMPANY!!!!!
