The price was much higher than I expected however Eric and Charles did a fantastic job with the requested service. They were polite and knowledgeable of what all needed to be done to replace shower valve assembly. I would recommend these two for any plumbing work needed.

Platinum Plumbing’s customer service was without a doubt one be of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the first time they answered the phone their manners and attitude were exceptional. It only improved from there. Aric and Nathan were my service technicians and their manners were second to none. They were both very mindful of not tracking dirt in the house and asking where they could go and if they could come and go inside as they please. During the service they were incredibly friendly and talked so highly of the company they work for. They were Adamant about the quality of work they do and were happy to tell me all of my options to help get my house in the best condition they could. They were very clear about all of my options for repair and the short and long term benefits and negatives of each repair. I could not be happier with the service I received and will be recommending them to everyone in the Shreveport- Bossier area!

Eric and Charles with Platinum Plumbing came out to inspect what I thought was a leaky pipe on my well and come to find out was much worse! They were incredibly professional, kind, and took me step by step through the process offering me different price options. They completed the job in one day and did not leave until they knew I was satisfied! I hate that only five starts can be given because these two deserve 10! I recommend them to anyone that is looking for professional, reliable, and friendly service!

I called Platinum Plumbing after a GC I hired for a toilet install left me with a flooded bathroom. First, Shawnee was amazing. She was nice and put me at ease. She dispatched Eric to my house for emergency repairs. Eric called before arriving. When he got here, he identified himself and was soooo courteous at every step. He gave me concise information about my situation and performed the fixes --even showing me a photo of the completed emergency work. Eric and Charles rocked my day. Woke up to 40 degree weather and no hot water. Returned from graduation to them waiting precisely at the time that they said they would be here. They did a thorough diagnostic and walked me through with pictures what was good, bad, and ugly. They understood money is tight, and helped me to get quality financing, so I could get what I needed and not the patchwork I could afford (today). The work was exceptional, unlike the sloppy frankenproject from the builder. I had to give an online exam and was disrupted more by the finance call, then the work these gentlemen did, so it didnt even disrupt my job for them to do theirs. Polite, professional, period.

Eric was really nice and very thorough in his diagnostic process... had some hiccups in a couple of situations but John did a very good job to try and rectify the situations.
