They were here at a specified time, and the office called to confirm that it was a good time for them to head this way. Both men were cordial, they had my leak fixed within an hour, and I only needed a few dollars worth of parts. Cleaned up behind themselves. I paid cash and tipped them, and the young man counting it was honest enough to let me know I overpaid. I was very pleased. Ill use them again if I have any more plumbing issues.

I had 6 bathrooms that had various repair needs. They came out first to review and then quote the job. I found the quote to be fair and hired them. They came out when promised and worked efficiently. The following day there was a small issue that needed adjustment. They sent someone out right away and did not charge extra since it was part of original scope of work. Highly recommend them for price and quality of work and for standing behind what they fix.

Right now my kids are being serviced by this company and it’s a Saturday a holiday weekend at that! They have over 16 busted pipes and one worker His name is Troy this man is more than friendly efficient and fast In my opinion he’s the best plumber I have ever worked with ! This company is highly recommended we had an emergency situation and they have delivered so far we still have work to be done that can’t get finished today and that’s ok!!!!!! They will come back and finish the job! This man is an excellent representative for this company! Thankyou Giglio plumbing for putting my mind at ease ! I had 4 plumbing companies show up and some that didn’t to find a leak in my wall. Gigglio was the only one that showed up and actually did the work to find and repair the leak. And this was done at a reasonable price. Josh and jeff did a great job and were friendly. Giglio is my go to now.

We had a sewage pipe separate under the addition to our house and called 3 other plumbers out to fix it. After waiting for 2 weeks and no one showed up, someone recommended Giglio. I called them and they were at my house within 45 minutes. This was late in the afternoon on a Saturday. The technician crawled under the building and fixed it in no time. He was real friendly and had a great sense of humor. He did a great job. I would recommend Giglio but to anyone.

I consider Eddie and all the guys who came out to be life savers. Weve had not much more than a trickle of water in this house since I bought it, due to an inept contractor and his plumber, and Village Waters unwillingness to help. (we are in Haughton)We found our saviors this way: I noticed a man working by the water meters on Belleveue Road, so I stopped and asked what was going on. Turns out our neighbor was without water and suffering similar troubles to ours. I asked how much theyd charge to run a new line to my home, too. I knew it would be a lot, because Id received quotes from other plumbers who apparently didnt want the job. Its an old house and a long distance to the meter, so I get it. Anyway, later that day the supervisor (Eddie) was on the job, and he agreed to measure the distance and give me a quote, so I could piggyback off the other job that theyd already be digging a trench for.His quote was a third of what everybody else wanted. I couldnt say YES fast enough. They got to work on our line a few days later, since we had water and there was no emergency. They were quick and efficient. They probably could have finished that day, if they hadnt been called for a couple of emergencies. I didnt mind one bit. They were soon back, and even though they ran into difficulties with my weird, old house, they saw it through and added only the cost of the additional materials to my bill. They even fixed a leak under the house that we didnt know we had.I am thrilled at the water pressure we have for the first time in seven years in this house, and its all due to their diligence and hard work. I highly recommend them, and they will be who I call first should I need a plumber in the future.

I had an after hours emergency and I called 7 plumbing companies that were listed as 24/7.. Only 3 called back. Giglio was the only company who was able to send someone out immediately. As a for me I will always use giglio Johnny Brown is a savior to me at 2:00 Am backflow blows out to one of my hotels I oversee and they came out with in 45 min and with no parts store open or shop he had my 100 rooms back in service in no time and there was no talk of prices just get the problem fixed.
