    Very impressed with this company. From the initial phone call to every bit of the same day service I cannot be any more pleased. They understood the problem that I had and fixed it immediately. Communication was great and price was great as well. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use them and refer them in the future.

    I hired Purcell Electric Company to do some work in an old house I’m selling. Carl Purcell is very nice. He was able to start the work soon after I called. However, there were some communication problems resulting in multiple calls from me and multiple trips to the house for him and his crew. Overall, I’m happy with the work done. I believe the price of the work was fair.

    I smelled hot wiring and felt my breaker box and it was very warm . I called after 11:00 pm and he drove to Mt Vernon in the sleet and snow . He put in 3 new breakers that had gone bad . And put 2 new smoke alarms . Very professional !! If I have any more electrical problems, I will be calling him again . I highly recommend Purcell Electric in Salem Illinois.
