We have had Pacific Power Electric do several jobs for us, including a heat pump, and replacing motion sensor lights. They have done an outstanding job and super friendly. Including some rather funny miscommunications that required several visits to our house, were handled with humor and grace. We are also planning on using their services for a bigger lighting job in a few months. We highly recommend them and will definitely use their services in the future.

After the diagnosis from the HVAC technician that it was an electrical issue, I received a genuine recommendation to reach out to Francisco and Pacific Power Electric for help. On short notice, Francisco extended his schedule for the day to fit me in for an appointment. He kept in contact letting me know when he would arrive. Pacific Power Electric, LLC was contracted to do the wiring and breaker installation for my new AC unit.Francisco was in and out quickly. A couple hours later I found the outlet for my microwave wasn’t working and let the installer know.Francisco came back with Joey after 8 the following morning and found the neutral was dead. After determining the issue they ran new wire and got me going.They found the damaged wire and while the work they did caused the wire to fail, it was because whoever sheet rocked the wall when I did a previous remodel put a screw through the wire. I am lucky the breach in the wire never caused a fire and glad it failed when it did so I could get it repaired.Francisco is professional, respectful, does good work and is a good communicator.I highly recommend his company.

Francisco is a fantastic professional! He recently helped us fix our 50 year old doorbell problems and install a camera doorbell. So great that he was willing to come out on the weekend too. He ended up, because of our equipment, having to come out 3 separate times. Each time he was friendly, helpful, efficient, and explained everything. We bought a 120 year old house and the electrical was total chaos. Four electrical panels, nob and tube wiring, bad diy work, 100 amp service to 200 amp panels, and most of the rooms had one or zero outlets that weren’t grounded.Francisco has experience working on older homes and did a walkthrough with us helping us identify a plan to make the electrical systems in our home safe, modern, and convenient. But beyond that- he did all the work at an amazing price.He and Joey were always friendly, amazing communicators, on time, efficient, and very thoughtful as they worked on every level of our home. The thing that really blew me away was that we were having ac installed in our home while Francisco was modernizing our electric. We were waiting to get our home upgraded to a 200 amp service line before hooking up the new ac units. Once Francisco and Joey finished the wiring, our hvac company wasn’t going to be able to come by to connect the ac units and we were heading into a super hot weekend. Francisco found out through our hvac company and came by on a Friday night at 7 pm after working a full day to hook up our ac!!I cannot say enough about how great these guys are- don’t think twice about booking them for whatever your electrical needs are!!

Our breaker panel shorted out and caught on fire. The fire was contained to the panel, but we had no power on a Sunday with family and friends staying at the house for a wedding. Francisco came out within an hour of my call, diagnosed the problem, replaced the breaker panel, and got all the wiring reconnected and labeled. Very pleased with the results and prompt, courteous service. We will call again if we have need of future electrical service.
