Nick came to my house and ran a master class on how to efficiently wire a house. He did exactly what I asked for while still coming in at the bottom of his quote range. Nick and Max wired 7 wallplate with 21 jacks in 14 man-hours during a single day. Everything worked perfectly when he left, and everything still works perfectly a month later.Nick worked with me before arriving on site to have all the hardware I requested at the lowest rate possible while still purchasing quality materials. The service was not cheap, but it was 100% worth every penny for the professional customer service and physical installation that was provided.10/10 I would recommend to anyone for any home ethernet wiring. I will be hiring him again if I ever move to a new home.

Nick was great! I contacted him in November to get some information, scheduled a job with him a few weeks later. His time & cost estimate were nearly spot on (under the time & cost). Purchased a home that came with a giant mess of cabling. Some things worked other things did not work. I needed to find out what was working properly, what was not working, and get everything cleaned up for my home lab. The first pictures are examples of what I was dealing with. And the guys with Correct Cabling turned it into the last picture. My lab was not installed yet, but it took them HOURS to resolve this due to how much of a mess it was and they are professionals. I cant imagine how long it would have taken me. Would have them back in a heart beat.

I spoke with Nick about my difficulty getting Xfinity to run cable into my home. Nick spoke with me on the phone and I texted pictures of my situation. He helped me navigate and problem solve how to bring cable in without boring a hole through my brick. He was patient and very, very helpful. If I had not done problem solving with Nick, Xfinity had no idea how to complete the task. I did not actually hire the company because Nick said it is best to get the cable run first. Not trying to just make money but to best serve the client. If I need to move where the cable is located or hide where the line is I would hire them. I am going to wait and see how the signal is in the current location but I was impressed with his knowledge and advice!

A couple of years ago, I started wiring my three story townhome with coax and CAT6. Today, after a few days of work, Nick helped me see that project through to completion. Nick didnt make a fuss about using materials I already purchased and wanted to use up.Nicks expertise was invaluable. Nick did an amazing job adding ethernet ports into our house. The original owner didnt add any wiring and we wanted to be able to hard wire our work computers to take some of the burden off of our wifi. We hired Correct Cabling to run a cat6A cable from our basement to an office upstairs (~250 feet of wiring). Given the layout of our house, the wire needed to run from our basement, to outside, then enter our attic (~20 feet up) through the soffit with it finally dropping into my office. The install went very smooth. Nick arrived on time, walked through what he was planning, did a great job of hiding the cable that runs along our house outside, and ensured everything was cleaned before leaving. I believe what he charged was more than fair given how difficult it was to access parts of my house. He was very professional and would definitely recommend.

The work was done in the time frame he outlined and his work was excellent. He had to cut some holes to run cable but did it so the repair of the drywall was easily done. Next, he did a very professional job of running 4 Ethernet cables from my basement to my second story where my home office is. He also accommodated a last minute request for a 5th cable run in the basement. Lastly, he personally patched up the two holes he made and matched the finish of the walls for easy painting when dry. Everything was clean and tidy when he left, and only evidence he was here is my home has now been brought into this century tech-wise! Nick did an excellent job installing a wireless internet connection from our house to our barn outbuilding finished interior. At 1/2 the cost our internet provider quoted, which also would have incurred an additional monthly fee for another modem, not necessary with his installation. I was impressed and was useful helping him sound out access points beneath the ceiling and exterior soffet for the antenna. Defintely a reliable source for any future work.

He installed an ethernet jack in my living room to connect to my router, ran Cat6 cable up the wall, through the attic, and down the wall in my home office, installing another jack on that end to connect to my computer. They showed up on time (an hour and a half away) with all the equipment necessary to meet any contingency - which turned out to be a good thing, as the install was a little more complicated than either of us anticipated. Excellent work; I will not hesitate to hire them again in the future and recommend them without reservation.

We recently had a team of data technicians from Correct Cabling secure our business with the installation of motion activated network security cameras. Reviewing motion triggered events both onsite and remotely is easy with the laptop and smart phone apps they set up for me and my staff. The software is easy to use and lets me know what going on day and night with great IR night vision on the cameras. I especially like the peace of mind I get seeing that my trucks are back and parked inside for the night.They really are the whole package when it comes to technology and networking. They used heavy duty structured cabling J-hooks to route the CAT5 and shielded CAT6 cables. They installed and configured a point-to-point wireless bridge to link to the cameras in my second building across the property saving me the cost of burying a line or paying a second monthly internet charge to my ISP.They mounted TVs as monitors both offices and concealed all the wires for a clean professional finish. Finally, Nick and Rick from Correct Cabling installed a data rack in a secure cabinet in our second building to safeguard our equipment and essential wires, and performed a network rack cleanup in our primary office, reterminating sloppy CAT cables to patch panels and using patch cables to the switch. I can finally close the door!We are very happy with the cost and final product. We plan on using Correct Cabling again in the future for custom wiring, automation, A/V, and security projects!

From the outset, it became clear that Nick was the right choice for our home networking project. Upon first calling, we established the clear goals, timelines, and budgets. I woke up to an internet outage last week and found a rabbit had chewed through my optical cable running from outside the house into my ONT inside the house. CenturyLink would not be able to get out to service my location for 5 days. I took it upon myself to track down the proper cable I needed and it proved challenging. The optical cable is not something that you can just run out to Menards, Home Depot, or Lowes. I searched out local help and called Nick. He was fantastic as he took the time to talk to me about what cable I needed and pointed me to two local businesses that would potentially carry the cable I needed. I was able to find the cable and fix it myself by 2pm the same day. Thanks a million Nick! Saved me hassle of 5 days without internet.

Correct Cabling was hired to do the cabling work needed for two of our new offices in Madison, WI and Brookfield, WI. Nick did a phenomenal job and is a true perfectionist. He was honest about what the cabling needs were for our offices and did not hesitate to take time to explain and answer all of our many questions! Both jobs were completed on-time and to our delight Nick and his team even managed to accommodate a few last minute add-ins along the way. 5-stars all the way for Correct Cabling!

I got several Cat6 networking cables run through my house and fished through my walls. Nick was very professional, provided great explanations about options and got the job done correctly the first time. Additionally Nick also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards, patching any holes and matching texture. All that remains for me to do is put a bit of touch up paint in a few spots.

Nick did such an amazing job in my condo. I bought a small condo in Roseville and I wanted my 5.1 stereo and TV to be installed in the ceiling and walls to save floor space. I also wanted all of the components to be connected with wired ethernet. Nick was very detail oriented about everything. During the project he took the time to offer thoughtful recommendations to improve the end result.The end result was a perfect, professional installation. The sound is amazing and aesthetically, it all just blends in. I couldnt be happier with this project and Nicks work. It wouldnt have turned out this well without him!
